Sejarah DAHANA sebagai pionir di industri ini berawal dari proyek Angkatan Udara Republik Indonesia (AURI) pada tahun 1966 yang dikenal dengan Proyek Menang, berlokasi di Tasikmalaya, Jawa Barat.

Kemudian, pada tahun 1973 secara resmi menjadi Perusahaan Umum DAHANA berdasarkan Peraturan Pemerintah No. 36/1973 sebelum ditetapkan sebagai Perusahaan Perseroan pada tahun 1991.

DAHANA’s historical roots as a pioneer in the industry can be traced back to 1966, when the Indonesian government, through the Indonesian Air Force (AURI), implemented a project named Proyek Menang (Menang Project) in Tasikmalaya, West Java.

Later in 1973, the project was formally changed into a public company based on the government regulation No. 36/1973 before it was changed to a limited company (PT) in 1991.

A. Pengeboran

DAHANA menyediakan layanan kepada pelanggan untuk jasa pengeboran lubang tembak sesuai dengan pola dan kebutuhan peledakan yang efektif dan efisien.

DAHANA memberikan layanan pengadaan dan pengisian lubang tembak dengan bahan peledak sesuai dengan kebutuhan dan menghasilkan daya ledak yang optimal. DAHANA juga membantu merancang proses pembuatan lubang tembak yang tepat guna.

Tim kami yang terlatih dan berpengalaman mampu menyediakan layanan untuk berbagai medan yang berbeda dengan tingkat kesulitan yang beragam.

Saat ini On-Site Plant (OSP) kami telah beroperasi di berbagai pertambangan di daerah Karimun (Kepulauan Riau), Batulicin dan Tabalong (Kalimantan Selatan), Bontang, Melak dan Sanga-Sanga (Kalimantan Timur), Kasongan (Kalimantan Tengah), dan Seruyung dan Berau (Kaltara) serta Padang (Sumatra Barat).

DAHANA menyediakan jasa peledakan lengkap dan menyeluruh untuk berbagai kondisi dan kebutuhan, baik untuk bench blasting, trench-blasting, tunnel blasting, cautious blasting, ataupun underwater blasting.

Peledakan di medan yang berbeda membutuhkan pendekatan yang berbeda serta rancangan dan persiapan matang dengan memperhatikan berbagai parameter dan kondisi, termasuk dalam menentukan optimum explosive charge, drill hole preparation, down the hole loading, efficient blast design, blast timing dan design configuration, field control of ground vibration air blast dan flyrock, rock mucking, cost analysis dan blasting productivity.

A. Drilling

DAHANA provides customer services for blast hole drilling in accordance with effective and efficient blasting pattern and needs.

DAHANA provides blast hole explosive charging services using compatible explosives in accordance with the needs, yielding excellent result. DAHANA also supports the designing process of efficient blast holes.

Our trained and experienced team is able to provide services for various fields with different levels of difficulty.

Currently our On-Site Plants (OSP) have been operating at various mining sites in Karimun (Riau Islands), Batulicin and Tabalong (South Kalimantan), as well as Bontang, Melak, and Sanga-Sanga (East Kalimantan), Kasongan (Central Kalimantan), Seruyung and Berau (Kaltara), Padang (West Sumatra).

B. Blasting

DAHANA provides complete and thorough blasting services for various conditions and needs, either for bench blasting, trench-blasting, tunnel blasting, cautious blasting, or underwater blasting.

Blasting in different fields requires different approaches and proper design and preparation by considering various parameters and conditions, including in determining the optimum explosives charge, drill hole preparation, down the hole loading, efficient blast design, blast timing and design configuration, field control of ground vibration, air blast, and fly rock, rock mucking, cost analysis, and blasting productivity.

DAHANA’s experience in this field ensures our clients get the best results. The use of DAHANA’s products in integral services also ensures the quality of the explosives used and allows customization for each blasting condition, and therefore provides the most effective and safe result.

C. Pengukuran Ground Vibration

Peledakan tidak hanya menghancurkan bebatuan, namun juga menghasilkan getaran di tanah. Peledakan yang efektif berupaya untuk meminimalisasi efek getaran ini untuk meminimalisasi dampak pada lingkungan sekitar.

DAHANA menyediakan layanan pengukuran getaran tanah dengan menggunakan alat ukur mutakhir yang memberikan hasil yang akurat sehingga proses dan efek peledakan dapat dipantau dengan baik.

C. Ground Vibration Measurement

Blasting not only destroys the rocks, but also generates ground vibrations. Effective blasting seeks to minimize the effect of these vibrations to minimize the impact on the surrounding environment.

DAHANA provides ground vibration measurements service by using the latest measurement tools which provide accurate results so that the blasting process and its effects can be monitored properly.

Bahan Peledak PertahananDefence Related

Selain melayani kebutuhan bahan peledak komersial, DAHANA juga menyediakan bahan peledak untuk kepentingan pertahanan dan jasa terkait lainnya dengan dukungan Energetic Material Center. Untuk melayani kebutuhan tersebut, saat ini tengah dipersiapkan produksi propelan untuk munisi besar dan kecil, roket, dan lainnya.

In addition to serving the needs of commercial explosives, DAHANA also provides explosives for defence interest and other related services with the support of the Energetic Material Center. The services include the production of propellants for small and large munitions, rockets, and others.

A. Demolisi Gedung/Bangunan

Tim teknis DAHANA memiliki kemampuan untuk melaksanakan pekerjaan demolisi gedung/ bangunan yang sudah tidak dipakai lagi. Peledakan dengan tingkat ketelitian tinggi ini ditangani oleh tenaga terampil yang telah berpengalaman di sektor konstruksi dan bahan peledak sehingga dapat dilaksanakan dengan aman.

B. Pemusnahan Bahan Peledak Bahan peledak yang telah melampaui umur simpan harus dimusnahkan karena tidak ekonomis dan berbahaya. DAHANA memiliki teknologi dan personil berpengalaman untuk melaksanakan pemusnahan yang aman dan efektif sehingga tidak merugikan lingkungan.

C. Mobilisasi Bahan Peledak

Mobilisasi bahan peledak adalah kegiatan beresiko tinggi sehingga harus dikelola dengan benar dan aman dengan menggunakan metode dan teknologi yang sesuai. DAHANA menyediakan jasa pengiriman bahan peledak dari gudang pemasok ke gudang end user, maupun sebaliknya. DAHANA juga memberikan pelayanan untuk proses impor dan ekspor bahan peledak.

D. Pergudangan Bahan Peledak

DAHANA menyediakan sarana pergudangan yang aman untuk penyimpanan bahan peledak dan aksesoris lainnya. Lokasi pergudangan yang strategis tersedia di Subang, Banjarmasin dan Samarinda telah dilengkapi standar pengamanan yang baik sesuai dengan standar industri serta kapasitas yang besar untuk menyimpan bahan peledak, detonator dan aksesoris.

A. Building Demolition

DAHANA’s technical team has the capability to do the project of demolishing unused buildings. The blasting which requires high level of accuracy is handled by skilled personnel experienced in the construction sector & explosive, therefore the demolition can be carried out safely.

B. Explosives Disposal

Explosives already exceeding their life cycle must be destroyed because they are uneconomical and dangerous. DAHANA has the technology and experienced personnel to carry out safe and effective demolition so they would not harm the environment.

C. Explosives Mobilization

Explosives mobilization is a high risk activity and has to be managed properly and safely by using appropriate methods and technologies. DAHANA provides explosive delivery service from the supplier’s magazine to the end user’s magazine, vice versa. DAHANA also provides services for explosive importation and exportation.

D. Explosives Magazines

DAHANA provides safe magazine facilities to store explosives and other accessories. Pencapaian Self Assessment GCG 2016Guna mengetahui hal-hal yang telah dilaksanakan berkaitan dengan penerapan Good Corporate Governance (GCG) pada PT DAHANA (Persero) untuk periode 2016, telah dilakukan Assessment GCG berdasarkan Surat Keputusan Sekretaris Kementerian BUMN No. SK-16/S-MBU/2012 tentang Indikator/Parameter Penilaian dan Evaluasi Atas Penetapan Tata Kelola Perusahaan Yang Baik (Good Corporate Governance) Pada Badan Usaha Milik Negara.

Nilai Akhir Penerapan GCG yang diperoleh PT DAHANA (Persero) dalam Assessment GCG tahun 2016 untuk seluruh aspek telah mencapai 79,32denganklasifikasi“Baik”, dengan capaian nilai untuk masing-masing aspek sebagai berikut:

Program Corporate Social Responsibility

Perseroan menyadari bahwa aktivitas bisnis yang dilakukan akan memberikan dampak bagi lingkungan, baik lingkungan yang berada di sekitar kantor pusat, kantor perwakilan maupun site project yang tersebar di seluruh Indonesia. Untuk itu, Perseroan secara proaktif dan selektif membina budaya tanggung jawab lingkungan, tidak saja di kalangan internal perusahaan (karyawan) tetapi juga terhadap masyarakat secara umum. Hal ini dilakukan untuk mengurangi dampak lingkungan dari kegiatan perseroan, khususnya dari lini bisnis DAHANA yaitu Explosive Manufacturing, Drilling & Blasting, Related Services dan Defence Related. Hal ini juga dimaksudkan untuk mendukung program nasional seperti lingkungan hidup, pemberantasan kemiskinan dan lain-lain. Upaya-upaya untuk meningkatkan dampak positif dan mengurangi dampak negatif dari aktivitas bisnis ini terus menjadi fokus perbaikan utama perseroan.

Sebagai BUMN yang sahamnya 100% dimiliki oleh pemerintah, Perseroan berkontribusi kepada masyarakat sebagai salah satu pemangku kepentingan melalui program Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR). CSR adalah komitmen DAHANA sebagai aset nasional untuk memajukan masyarakat Indonesia dengan semangat pemberdayaan masyarakat yang berlangsung seiring sejak berdirinya perusahaan untuk meningkatkan nilai tambah lebih terhadap masyarakat Indonesia. Program CSR diselaraskan dengan kebutuhan komunitas di sekitar wilayah DAHANA dan ditujukan untuk mendukung keberhasilan bisnis yang berkelanjutan.

Secara internal, program CSR DAHANA bertujuan untuk membangun hubungan yang harmonis dan kondusif dengan para stakeholders demi mendukung pencapai tujuan perusahaan terutama dalam membangun dan meningkatkan reputasi perusahaan. Secara eksternal, program CSR DAHANA membantu pemerintah Indonesia mencapai target pembangunan, terutama untuk meningkatkan taraf kehidupan dan mengentaskan kemiskinan di kalangan masyarakat. Program ini ditempuh melalui pemberdayaan masyarakat di bidang pendidikan, kesehatan, konservasi lingkungan, pembangunan sarana dan prasarana, serta pemberdayaan ekonomi masyarakat yang semuanya ditujukan agar masyarakat di sekitar daerah operasi menjadi lebih tangguh dan mandiri.

Program CSR internal DAHANA dikelola secara langsung melalui Layanan Korporasi sedangkan program CSR eksternal melalui satu unit khusus yang menangani Program Kemitraan dan Bina Lingkungan (PKBL). Kegiatan PKBL merujuk kepada Keputusan Menteri Keuangan No 316/1994 dan Peraturan Menteri BUMN no 05/2007 tanggal 27 April 2007 tentang Program Kemitraan Badan Usaha Milik Negara dengan Usaha Kecil dan Program Bina Lingkungan yang telah diperbaharui melalui Peraturan Menteri Badan Usaha Milik Negara No. PER-09/MBU/07/2015 tanggal 03 Juli 2015.

Corporate Social Responsibility Program

The Company is fully aware of the fact that its business activities give impacts to the community and environment around the head-offices, representative offices and project sites scattered throughout Indonesia. Therefore, it is necessary for the Company to be proactively and selectively establish its community and environment responsibility both within the Company’s internal (employees) and surrounding community. This is intended to reduce the environmental impact originating from the Company’s operational activities, especially with regards to DAHANA being an Explosive Manufacturing, Drilling & Blasting, Related Services dan Defence Related company. Apart from that, such program is meant to be in support to national program for environment preservation, poverty eradication and so on. Efforts for improvement of positive impacts and reduction of negative impacts resulting from the Company’s operational activities have been the Company’s major focus.

Being a state-owned company whose shares are 100% under the control of the Government, the Company’s contribution to the community as a stakeholder comes in the form of Corporate Social Responsibility Program. As a national asset, DAHANA’s sees its CSR program as commitment to supporting Indonesia’s people advancement in which DAHANA is in full determination of working along with the community to ensure its added value to the people of Indonesia. DAHANA’s CSR program has been tailored to the interests of its surrounding communities which are simply DAHANA’s major stakeholders and to the interest of the Company’s sustainable business operation. DAHANA organizes its CSR program directly and by means of its CSR dedicated executing unit called PKBL (Program Kemitraan dan Bina Lingkungan—Community Partnership and Development Program).

From the internal point of view, DAHANA’s CSR program is aimed at establishing a harmonious and conducive relations with the stakeholders in terms of building and improving the Company’s reputation, meanwhile, from the external point of view, program DAHANA’s CSR program is intended to help Indonesia’s government achieve its development targets, particularly in terms of improvement of the people’s quality of life and eradication of poverty. The program emphasizes in community empowerment in education, health, environment conservation, construction of infrastructure and facilities, and economy which are all meant to help the community gain more power and independence.

DAHANA’S internal CSR program is directly organized under its corporate services while its external CSR program is under control of its special dedicated unit called Program Kemitraan dan Bina Lingkungan (PKBL), or Community Partnership and Community Development Program. The PKBL activities refer to Decree of Decree of Minister of Finance number 316/1994 and Regulations of Minister of State-owned Enterprise no. 05/2007 dated 27 April 2007 on State-owned Enterprise’s Partnership program with small-scale business and Community Development program which was amended to Regulations of Minister of State-owned Enterprises No PER-09/MBU/07/2015 dated 3 July 2015.

A. Program Kemitraan

Progam kemitraan bertujuan untuk mendorong dan menumbuhkan ekonomi kerakyatan; meratakan pembangunan melalui perluasan lapangan kerja, kesempatan berusaha dan pemberdayaan masyarakat untuk mengurangi kesenjangan; dan untuk membangun kemitraan antara Badan Usaha Milik Negara dengan pengusaha kecil sektor Industri, perdagangan, pertanian, peternakan, perikanan, jasa dan koperasi. Dengan kemitraan ini, usaha kecil akan menjadi lebih tangguh dan mandiri. Kemitraan dijalankan dengan pemberian pinjaman modal kerja sesuai kebutuhan atau kemampuan usaha, serta pembinaan dalam bentuk pendidikan/ pelatihan, promosi dengan keikutsertaan pada berbagai jenis pameran. Dana yang disalurkan kepada mitra binaan adalah bagian laba PT DAHANA (Persero).

A. Community Partnership Program

The Community Partnership Program is aimed at encouraging and developing community’s economy; distribution of development by means of extended employment; job opportunity and people’s empowerment for economic gap reduction; and establishment of partnership between the State-owned Enterprises with small-scale enterprises in industrial, trade, agriculture, animal husbandry, fishery, services and cooperative sectors. Under such partnership scheme, the small scale enterprises are expected to be growing in sturdier and more independent way. The community partnership scheme is given in the form of loan of working capital adjusted to the respective enterprise’s capacity along with assistance in workshop/training, promotion and participation in related exhibitions. Funding to be allocated for the community partnership program originates from part of PT DAHANA (Persero)’s profit.

Prosedur penyaluran atau pemberian bantuan dan Pedoman Operasional Unit PKBL PT DAHANA (Persero) mengacu pada Peraturan Menteri Negara BUMN No. PER-05/ MBU/2007, tanggal 27 April 2007 yang terakhir diperbaharui dengan Peraturan Menteri Negara BUMN No. PER-09/MBU/07/2015 tentang Program Kemitraan BUMN dengan Usaha Kecil dan Program Bina Lingkungan.

Melalui PKBL, PT DAHANA (Persero) telah membina banyak mitra. Tidak sedikit dari para mitra ini yang telah berhasil menjadi pengusaha yang profesional dan sukses sehingga tidak lagi masuk ke dalam kategori pengusaha kecil, dan dengan demikian kebutuhan dananya tidak lagi didukung Program Kemitraan, melainkan langsung dari lembaga perbankan. Sejalan dengan relokasi DAHANA dari Kota Tasikmalaya ke Kabupaten Subang pada tahun 2012, maka jumlah mitra binaan baru di Kabupaten Subang mengalami peningkatan yang signifikan.

Procedures for loans or financial assistance and operational guideline for PT DAHANA (Persero)’s PKBL Unit refer to Regulation of State Minister of State-owned Enterprise no. PER-09/MBU/07/2015 on State-owned Enterprise’s Partnership program with small-scale business and Community Development program.

Through its PKBL program, PT DAHANA (Persero) has managed to develop some of fostered partners and some of the partners have turned into successful and more professional enterprises not categorized as small-scale enterprises, and therefore their need for funding are resorted to general banking services. In line with DAHANA’s relocation from Tasikmalaya to Subang in 2012, number of new fostered partners in Subang increased significantly.

Sasaran program kemitraan adalah usaha kecil dengan kriteria sebagai berikut :

• Memiliki kekayaan bersih paling banyak Rp. 500.000.000 tidak termasuk tanah dan bangunan tempat usaha; atau

• Memiliki hasil penjualan tahunan paling banyak Rp. 2.500.000.000.

• Milik Warga Negara Indonesia.

• Berdiri sendiri, bukan merupakan anak perusahaan atau cabang perusahaan yang dimiliki, atau berafiliasi baik langsung maupun tidak langsung dengan Usaha Menengah atau Usaha Besar.

• Berbentuk usaha orang perseorangan, badan usaha yang tidak berbadan hukum, atau badan usaha yang berbadan hukum, termasuk koperasi.

• Telah melakukan kegiatan usaha minimal 1 (satu) tahun serta mempunyai potensi dan prospek usaha untuk dikembangkan.

Sejak tahun 1992 sampai tahun 2017 PT DAHANA (Persero) telah membina sebanyak 1.816 mitra binaan usaha kecil dan koperasi dengan total dana yang disalurkan sebesar Rp 29 milyar. Wilayah binaan DAHANA meliputi provinsi kota dan kabupaten di provinsi Jwa Barat seperti Tasikmalaya, Ciamis, Garut, Banjar, Pangandaran, Subang serta provinsi Lampung.

Pada tahun 2017 total dana yang disalurkan melalui Program Kemitraan Bina Lingkungan adalah sebesar Rp 3,39 milyar. Dari jumlah tersebut, Program Kemitraan, yang membina 99 mitra binaan usaha kecil dan koperasi, menyalurkan dana senilai Rp. 2,725 milyar, dengan rincian: sektor perindustrian Rp. 574,5 juta, sektor perdagangan Rp. 1.835,5 juta, sektor peternakan Rp. 90 juta, sektor budidaya ikan Rp. 57,5 juta, dan sektor jasa Rp. 195 juta.

Kinerja Program Kemitraan DAHANA pada tahun 2017 cukup baik, yang ditandai oleh penyaluran sekitar Rp. 2,725 miliar untuk fungsi pinjaman modal kerja untuk berbagai sektor tersebut, dengan tingkat penyaluran dana mencapai 93,80% (skor 3) dan tingkat kolektibilitas 82,14% (skor 3), sehingga total skor adalah 6.

Small enterprises eligible for the community program shall :

• Have a maximum asset of Rp 500,000,000 excluding land and operation building; or

• Record a maximum annual sales of Rp. 2,500,000,000.

• Belong to an Indonesian citizen.

• Be independent, and not a subsidiary nor directly or indirectly affiliated to any middle-scale or large-scale enterprises.

• Be an individual’s business either a corporate or non-corporate body, including the cooperative.

• Have been engaged in related business for a minimum of one (one) year with a sound potential business prospect.

From 1992 to 2017, PT DAHANA (Persero), has managed to work in partnership with 1.816 fostered partners consisting of small-scale enterprises and cooperatives with a total amount of Rp 29 billion. DAHANA’s community partnership coverage includes the province of West Java, particularly in the city and regency of Tasikmalaya, Ciamis, Garut, Banjar, Pangandaran, Subang an the province of Lampung.

In 2017, total loan allowed through the Community Partnership and Development Program amounted to Rp 3.39 billion. Out of the amount, the Community Partnership program alone (which fosters about 99 partners of small-scale enterprises and cooperatives), fund transfer for such program amounted to Rp 2.725 billion comprising of Rp 574.5 million to industrial sector Rp 1,835.5 million to trading sector, Rp 90 million to animal husbandry sector, Rp 57.5 million to fishery sector and Rp 195 million to service sector.

Bantuan ditujukan untuk meningkatkan fasilitas kesehatan masyarakat yang meliputi (a) pembangunan dan renovasi sarana pelayanan kesehatan, (b) pembangunan dan renovasi sarana sanitasi umum, (c) khitan massal, (d) pengobatan gratis masyarakat, pengadaan obat-obatan, perbaikan gizi balita melalui Posyandu, serta (e) kegiatan pelayanan kesehatan masyarakat lainnya.

Kegiatan Pengembangan Sarana Umum

Bantuan ditujukan untuk membangun dan memperbaiki fasilitas umum untuk meningkatkan fungsi dan kegunaannya bagi masyarakat setempat, meliputi jalan umum, jembatan, sarana olah raga, dan fasilitas umum lainnya.

Public Health Improvement Activities

Assistance is delivered for improvement of community healthcare facilities which include (a) construction and renovation of healthcare facilities, (b) construction and renovation of public sanitation facilities, (c) collective circumcising, (d) free public medical services, procurement of medicines, improvement of toddler’s nutrition through the Integrated Service Post, and (e) other community healthcare activities.

Public Facility Improvement Activities

Assistance is made available for construction and repairs of public facilities for better function and utility, which includes public roads, sports facilities and other related public facilities.

B. Program Bina Lingkungan (BL)

Ruang lingkup Bantuan Program Bina Lingkungan BUMN Pembina (DAHANA) sesuai Peraturan Menteri BUMN No. PER-09/MBU/07/2015, tanggal 3 Juli 2015, pasal 9, ayat 3 huruf a-h adalah: bantuan korban bencana alam, bantuan pendidikan dan atau pelatihan, bantuan peningkatan kesehatan, bantuan prasarana dan atau sarana umum, bantuan pelestarian alam, bantuan sosial masyarakat dalam rangka pengentasan kemiskinan dan peningkatan kapasitas mitra binaan.Pada tahun 2016, dari total dana Program Kemitraan Bina Lingkungan sebesar Rp 3,39 milyar yang disalurkan melalui kegiatan Bina Lingkungan adalah sebesar Rp 665,5 juta dengan rincian sektor sosial masyarakat (pengentasan kemiskinan) sebesar Rp 422,1 juta, sektor sarana ibadah Rp 46 juta, pelestarian alam 29 juta, pengembangan sarana umum Rp.5 juta Pendidikan dan Pelatihan Rp. 60 juta, bencana alam Rp. 79 juta dan sektor kesehatan masyarakat sebesar Rp. 22,9 juta.

Kegiatan Pendidikan dan Pelatihan

DAHANA memberikan bantuan di bidang pendidikan dan pelatihan dalam bentuk: (a) bantuan beasiswa untuk para pelajar berprestrasi dan tidak mampu, (b) perbaikan fasilitas pendidikan dan pengadaan sarana dan prasarana sekolah (umum, pesantren, madrasah) serta usaha-usaha proses penelitian dan pengembangan pendidikan masyarakat, (c) pelatihan peningkatan kompetensi warga sekitar, seperti pelatihan mengemudi, kursus komputer, dan kursus membatik.

Kegiatan Keagamaan

Bantuan diberikan untuk kegiatan seremonial keagamaan berupa : (a) pembangunan dan perbaikan rumah ibadah, (b) pengadaan sarana ibadah, dan (c) pengadaan sarana penunjang lainnya untuk meningkatkan fungsi dan kegunaan fasilitas tersebut bagi masyarakat.

B. Community Development Program

The scope for Community Development scheme of DAHANA as a coaching State-owned Enterprise refers to Regulation of Minister of State-owned Enterprise number PER-09/MBU/07/2015, dated 3 July 2015, article 9, point 3, letters a-h which covers: donations for casualties of natural disasters, education and training, improvement of healthcare, community infrastructure and facilities, environment conservation, poverty eradication and improvement of fostered partners’ capacity. In 2016, out of the Rp 3.30 billion allocated to the Community Partnership and Development program, Rp 665.5 million was allowed for the Community Development program comprising of Rp 422,1 million for the social sector (poverty eradication), praying house infrastructure and facilities Rp 46 million, natural conservation Rp 29 million, Improvement of Public Infrastructure and Facilities Rp.5 million, workshop and/or training Rp. 60 million, natural disaster Rp. 79 million and health improvement sector Rp. 22,9 million.

Education and Training Activities

ANFO MIXER AND ANFO TRUCK

Teknologi ANFO kami dimulai pada tahun 1992 dengan penerapan desain dan rekayasa yang diusahakan oleh DAHANA melalui fasilitas produksi ANFO di Tasikmalaya dan Subang yang memiliki kapasitas 7,500 Mton/Shift/Year.

Berdasarkan itu, pengembangan selanjutnya menghasilkan desain ANFO Mixer sistem portabel dan permanen dengan kapasitas 4 ton/jam sampai 8 ton/jam.

EXPLOSIVES COMPOSITION

This activity focuses on design and engineering of explosives composition, especially water based emulsion. The aim of the activity is to produce explosives compositions with better performance and safety to support efficient and effective operations.

ANFO MIXER AND ANFO TRUCK

Our ANFO Technology started in 1992 with the implementation of DAHANA’s own design and engineering of ANFO Production facility in Tasikmalaya and Subang with a capacity of 7,500 Mton/Shift/Year.

Based on that, further development resulted in the design of portable and permanent Continuous ANFO Mixer System with capacities of 4 Ton/hour to 8 Ton/hour.

MOBILE MANUFACTURING TRUCK (MMT)

Meningkatnya konsumsi bahan peledak emulsi curah akan meningkatkan permintaan bahan peledak emulsi curah yang juga akan meningkatkan permintaan prose bahan peledak dan penggunaan peralatan. Berbekal pengalaman pengembangan MMT untuk Proyek Karimun, Energetic Material Center baru saja mengembangkan kemampuan untuk menyediakan Riset dan Rekayasa Unit Manufakfur Bergerak untuk konsumen yang memiliki kapasitas 2 sampai 20 ton.Unit-unit yang diproduksi oleh PT DAHANA (Persero) telah menjalani serangkaian uji dan terbukti bisa dioperasikan dalam berbagai kondisi iklim di mana suhu yang tepat dan tingkat kelembaban yang tinggi memiliki dampak besar pada operasi peralatan.Penggerak utama screw conveyor dan semua sistem pemompaan dirancang untuk mengoperasikan pak-pak hidrolis untuk mencapai fleksibilitas tinggi di bidang operasi dan pemeliharaan.Sistem kendali loading diadopsikan ke dalam MMT untuk meningkatkan efektivitas operasi MMT. Energetic Material Center juga memberikan jasa konsultasi di bidang bahan peladak yang mencakup teknologi dan aplikasi bahan peledak, teknologi peledakan dan bahan peledak untuk demolisi.

KEAMANAN DESAIN

Untuk menjamin agar unit rekayasa dan pengembangan kami kami bisa memenuhi persyaratan-persyaratan keamanan, maka HAZOP STUDY (Kajian HAZOP) dijalankan pada masing-masing tahap perencanaan desain sampai ke tahap percobaan peralatan.

EMULSION PROCESS SYSTEM

Continuing the success of the technology transfer of Emulsion licensed products, DAHANA has extended the capabilities by developing On Site Plant which had been successfully operating at more than 8 jobsites, from Karimun to the Continuous OSP at Adaro.

MObILE MANUFACTURINg TRUCK (MMT)

The increase of Bulk Emulsion explosives consumption will increase the demand of Bulk Emulsion Explosives whisch will also increase the demand of Explosives Processing and Delivery Equipments.Starting with the experiences of developing MMT for Karimun Project, the Energetic Material Center has recently developed the capability to provide customers with the Research and Engineering of Mobile Manufacturing Unit with various design capacities of 2 up to 20 ton.The MMT units produced by PT DAHANA (Persero) have been tested and proven to operate under tropical climate conditions where ambient temperature and extreme humidity have great impacts on the operation of the equipments.The main driving power of screw conveyor and all pumping systems are designed to operate using Hydraulic packs to achieve high flexibility in the operation and maintenance.Loading Control System is adopted to the MMT to increase the operational effectiveness of the MMT. Several types and makes of 4x4 or 6x6 trucks are available by request.

EXPLOSIVE CONSULTINg

The Energetic Material Center also provides general consultation on the explosives fields covering explosives technology and applications, product knowledge information, blasting technology and also explosives demolition.

bENCH bLASTINg, SMOOTH bLASTINg & PRESPLITTINg

The purpose is to create space in the rock mass, either for road cut, pipe line trench or building fondation. The bench height depands on the topography of the rock surface and varies from under 1,0 m to 20 – 25 m. To avoid excessive hole devlation, the contractors prefer to limit the bench height to around 15 m.

Surface applications such as road cuts, cuts for foundation, etc. Underground applications such as tunneling, underground chambers etc.

Used mostly in surface blasting such as road cuts, foundations where concrete lining or structural concrete is poured directly against the rock wall, etc.

TRENCH bLASTINgTrenches are excavatted for oil instalation, water and sewage pipelines as well as cables. Trench balsting is defined as rounds with a eidth of less than 4 m. A trench blast is more constricted than a normal open pit blast which result in higher explosives comsumption per cubic meter of blasted rock.

TUNNELINg, SHAFT, UNDERgROUND CHAMbER FOR UNDERgROUND bLASTINgControlled blast techniquw is our concern in underground blasting which provides better explosives distribution within the rock mass to avoid wxcessives over break in tunneling, shaft and underground chamber.

UNDERWATER bLASTINgApplied explosives in underwater environments can provide quick and cheaper alternatives to breaking hard bedrock or underwater structures than attempting to utilise small explosives changes on millisecond delay intrvals to simplify precondition or crack rock in-situ. This may speed up and facilitate the use of more conventional dredging and excavating tools.

bUILDINg DEMOLITIONDemolition using small amaunt of explosive for majoring building structures. Structures collapse under their own weight by controlling blasting time in prearrenged direction.

CONTOUR bLASTINgIn civil construction, it has become more and more important to ensure the quality of the rock wall formed after blast. This is to avoid or minimize rockfall, rockslides and excessives stabilization work. Two methodes are used to produces stable and smooth rock contours.

BENCH BLASTING, SMOOTH BLASTING & PRESPLITTING

Tujuannya adalah untuk menciptakan ruang di massa batu, baik untuk jalan raya, jalur pipa atau fondasi bangunan. Tinggi bench bergantung pada topografi permukaan batu dan bervariasi dari di bawah 1,0 m hingga 20 - 25 m. Untuk menghindari devlasi lubang yang berlebihan, kontraktor menyarankan untuk membatasi tinggi bench sekitar 15 m.

UNDERWATER BLASTINGPenerapan peledakan di lingkungan bawah air dapat menjadi alternatif yang cepat dan murah untuk memecahkan batuan keras atau struktur bawah laut dibandingkan penggunaan peledak kecil dengan keterlambatan milidetik untuk menyederhanakan prekondisi atau peretakan batuan secara in-situ. Teknik ini dapat mempercepat dan memudahkan penggunaan alat pengerukan dan penggalian yang lebih konvensional.

BUILDING DEMOLITIONPembongkaran struktur bangunan menggunakan sedikit bahan peledak. Struktur bangunan akan runtuh di bawah beratnya sendiri dengan mengendalikan waktu peledakan sesuai dengan arahan yang sudah diatur sebelumnya.

CONTOUR BLASTINGDalam konstruksi sipil, telah menjadi hal yang sangat penting untuk memastikan kualitas dinding batu yang terbentuk setelah peledakan. Hal ini untuk menghindari atau meminimalisir jatuhnya batu, bergesernya batu dan stabilisasi berlebih. Dua metode digunakan untuk menghasilkan kontur batu yang stabil dan halus.

KEAMANANDAYAGEL EXTRA mempunyai karakteristik fume hasil ledakan yang sangat baik, sehingga produk ini sangat cocok digunakan pada operasi bawah tanah maupun permukaan.Karena DAYAGEL EXTRA merupakan bahan peledak yang peka terhadap detonator No.8, maka DAYAGEL EXTRA memiliki sensitivitas yang rendah terhadap benturan mekanik. Kriteria ketidaksensitifan terhadap benturan mekanik ini merupakan fitur keselamatan yang sangat penting.

Jika terkena api, DAYAGEL EXTRA akan padam dengan sendirinya kecuali terdapat sumber panas eksternal yang kuat. Meskipun DAYAGEL EXTRA tidak mudah terbakar, namun tetap harus dijauhkan dari api atau panas berlebih.

Jika ceceran DAYAGEL EXTRA akan dimusnahkan dengan cara pembakaran, metode pemusnahan yang tepat dapat dimintakan kepada Engineering Center DAHANA atau dari pihak berwenang terkait bahan peledak.

PENGGUNAANDAYAGEL EXTRA merupakan bahan peledak kemasan yang tahan air dan didesain untuk menghasilkan energi yang besar sebagai primer dan sebagai bahan peledak yang memiliki massa jenis relatif tinggi pada operasi peledakan di pertambangan, kuari, maupun pekerjaan peledakan lainnya.

High Strength and Robust Detonator Sensitive Emulsion Explosive.

DESCRIPTION DAYAGEL EXTRA is an especially high strength and robust detonator sensitive emulsion explosive. The product is gray in colors with a from putty-like consistency, packed with polyurethane wrapping material.

SAFETYThe post detonation fume characteristics of DAYAGEL EXTRA make the product well suited to both underground and surface blasting applications but as with all explosives operators should ensure that adequate ventilation is provided prior to re-entry to the blast site.

While sensitive to initiation by a No. 8 detonator, DAYAGEL EXTRA has a very low mechanical impact sensitivity. This impact insensitivity criterion is a very important safety feature.If exposed to fire, DAYAGEL EXTRA will self extinguish unless a vigorous external source of heat is applied. Whilst DAYAGEL EXTRA does not burn easily, it should be kept clear of flame or excessive heat.

If DAYAGEL EXTRA remnants are to be destroyed by burning, advice on the correct method should be sought from DAHANA Engineering Center located at DAHANA offices, or from the local explosives statutory authority.

APPLICATIONS

DAYAGEL EXTRA is a water resistant packaged explosive designed to deliver high energy in both priming applications and as a relatively high density column explosives in mining, quarrying and general blasting work.

Bahan peledak emulsi DAYAGEL PERMITTED peka terhadap detonator, bahan peledak P1 yang didesain untuk pemakaian pada pertambangan batubara bawah tanah. DAYAGEL PERMITTED berwarna putih dan terbungkus plastik dengan jepitan kawat baja pada bagian ujung.

TINDAKAN PENGAMANAN Oleh karena sifat campuran kandungan pada DAYAGEL PERMITTED, bahan peledak tersebut sangat efisien dengan karakteristik fume yang lebih rendah daripada bahan peledak NG-Based maupun Watergel. Hal ini membuat DAYAGEL PERMITTED sangat cocok digunakan untuk operasi peledakan bawah tanah.

Pengguna harus mencatat bahwa standar ventilasi harus dipelihara dan personil tidak diijinkan untuk memasuki area pertambangnan sebelum level standar ventilasi dicapai.DAYAGEL PERMITTED memiliki sensitifitas yang sangat rendah terhadap benturan mekanik. PENGGUNAANDAYAGEL PERMITTED dapat digunakan dalam segala kondisi yang sebelumnya dijumpai bahan peledak “MORCOL” atau “AJAX PERMITTED”. Namun demikian sehubungan dengan kemampuan anti airnya yang besar, DAYAGEL PERMITTED terutama cocok dalam kondisi basah dimana bahan peledak memungkinkan diarahkan dalam air untuk beberapa jam sebelum diledakkan.

DAYAGEL PERMITTED emulsion explosive is a detonator sensitive, P1 permitted explosive designed for application in underground coal mining. It is white in color and is plastic wrapped with steel wire end clips.

SAFETYBecause of the intimate nature of mixing of the ingredients in DAYAGEL PERMITTED the explosive is extremely efficient which results in lower fume levels than for nitroglycerine based or water gel explosives. This makes DAYAGEL PERMITTED well suited to underground blasting situations.

Users should note however that ventilation standards must be maintained and that personnel must not re-enter the mine workings until the required level of ventilation has been reached.DAYAGEL PERMITTED has very low mechanical impact sensitivity. If exposed to fire, DAYAGEL PERMITTED will self extinguish unless a vigorous external source of heat is applied.

Whilst DAYAGEL PERMITTED does not burn easily it should be kept clear of flame or excessive heat. If DAYAGEL PERMITTED remnants are to be destroyed by burning, advice on the correct method should be sought from DAHANA Engineering Center located at DAHANA offices, or from the local explosives statutory authority.

APPLICATIONSDAYAGEL PERMITTED explosive can be used in all situations previously encountered with ‘MORCOL’ or ‘AJAX PERMITTED explosives. However due to its greater water resistance DAYAGEL PERMITTED is particularly suitable in wet conditions where the explosive may be exposed to water for many hours before the blast is fired.

AMMONIUM NITRATEThe main component of popular explosives ANFO and Emulsion

Amonium nitrat dapat digunakan untuk bahan peledak. Amonium nitrat banyak digunakan sebagai campuran industri massal bulk. Terdiri dari 94 persen prilled AN berpori. AN bertindak sebagai agen pengoksidasi dan penyerap untuk bahan bakar. Amonium nitrat digunakan untuk memodifikasi laju peledakan dari bahan peledak lainnya, seperti bahan peledak emulsi berbasis air, misalnya emulsi bulk.

Ammonium Nitrate can be used for explosives. Ammonium Nitrate is a widely used bulk industrial mixture. It consists of 94 percent porous prilled AN. AN acts as the oxidizing agent and absorbent for the fuel . Ammonium nitrate is used to modify the detonation rate of other explosives, such as water based emulsion explosives, for example bulk emulsion.

Ammonium Nitrate Solution

DESCRIPTIONAmmonium Nitrate Solution is the solution form of Ammonium nitrate with the formula NH4NO3. It is composed of nitric acid and ammonia. Ammonium Nitrate solution appears in a colorless to slightly opaque liquid with a slight ammonia odor which crystallizes when the water composition evaporates or if it is cooled down to its crystallization temperature in accordance with the solution concentration. It decomposes in temperature normally well above 200oC, or in the presence of impurities.

SAFETYHot ammonium nitrate solution can produce very severe burns not only due to its high temperature which is above its crystallization temperature, but also because of its oxidizing properties. It should not be stored near flammable chemical/materials. Heating under confinement can lead to violent reaction or explosion.

APPLICATIONAmmonium nitrate solution can be used as bulk industrial mixture which acts as the oxidizing agent and processed to produce water based emulsion explosive, for example bulk emulsion. Ammonium nitrate solution can also be processed further to produce solid prilled form of Ammonium nitrate.

DESKRIPSILarutan Ammonium Nitrat adalah bentuk larutan Amonium nitrat dengan rumus NH4NO3, terdiri dari asam nitrat dan amonia. PENGAPLIKASIANLarutan amonium nitrat dapat digunakan sebagai bahan campuran industri curah yang bertindak sebagai zat pengoksidasi dan diproses untuk menghasilkan bahan peledak berbasis air, misalnya emulsi bulk. Larutan ammonium nitrat juga bisa diolah lebih lanjut untuk menjadi bentuk amonium nitrat padat.

PENYIMPANAN DAN PENANGANAN Simpan di tangki yang kompatibel dan terisolasi dari bahan yang mudah terbakar. Menghindari pengurungan saat pemanasan diperlukan untuk mencegah tekanan yang berlebihan. Hindari pengasaman larutan dan pertahankan suhu larutan antara kristalisasi dan suhu dekomposisi termal sesuai dengan konsentrasinya.

PEMUSNAHANPembentukan limbah harus dihindari atau diminimalisasi bila memungkinkan. Hindari penyebaran bahan tumpah/ terkontak ke tanah, saluran air, saluran pembuangan dan selokan. Pemusnahan produk harus memenuhi dan mematuhi persyaratan peraturan perlindungan lingkungan dan pembuangan limbah dari otoritas daerah setempat.

STORAgE AND HANDLINgStore in compatible and insulated tank away from any combustible and incompatible substances. Avoid confinement when heating is necessary to prevent excessive pressure build up. Avoid acidification of solution and maintain solution temperature between crystallization and thermal decomposition temperature in accordance with its concentration.

DISPOSALThe forming of waste should be avoided or minimized wherever possible. Avoid dispersal of spilled material contact with soil, waterways, drains and sewers. Disposal of this product and any by-product should at all times comply with the requirements of environmental protection and waste disposal legislation and any regional local authority requirements

EASY TO HANDLEFor the purpose of preventing possible accident during operating, these blasting machines are designed to be short circuited instantaneously without the terminal hole charged, when hands are taken off.

CHARgINg AND DISCHARgINgInsert the safety key into the safety switch hole and push the charge botton switch and after 5 seconds the pilot lamp will light up. After the lamp is turned on, push the fire push button switch under the condition of pushing the charge switch which will charge the terminal hole and blasting will be completed.

Great Velocity of detonation, greater sensitivity and a longer shelf life

DAYAGEL SEISMICDAYAGEL

DESKRIPSI DAYAGEL SEISMIC adalah pengembangan produk baru dari bahan peledak seismik yang dirancang untuk meningkatkan kinerja generasi sebelumnya yaitu POWERGEL SEISMIC 3000 dan DAYAGEL SEISMIC.

Berdasarkan pengalaman POWERGEL dan DAYAGEL SEISMIC sebelumnya, ada beberapa kelemahan sebagai berikut:

Screw coupling sebagai sistem konektor yang dirancang pada POWERGEL SEISMIC 3000 berukuran pendek dan menggunakan ulir kecil sehingga sambungannya tidak terlalu kuat.

Dua detonator pada DAYAGEL SEISMIC digunakan untuk memastikan efisiensi inisiasi peledakan, namun hal ini menyebabkan beberapa masalah selama produksi sehingga proses pengisian bahan peledak menjadi tidak sempurna.

Karena keterbatasan desain pada kemasan DAYAGEL SEISMIC, ditemukan celah udara yang seharusnya tidak ada diantara cartridge yang dipasang dalam satu rangkaian, sehingga transmisi peledakan menjadi tidak sempurna.

Untuk meningkatkan kinerja bahan peledak seismik, kami perkenalkan DAYAGEL SEISMIC dengan performa yang tinggi.

Sebagai bahan peledak seismik, selain kualitas isian, kinerja DAYAGEL SEISMIC ditentukan oleh karakteristik desain kelongsong:

Koneksi antar kelongsong adalah ulir trapesium besar, sehingga koneksi antara kelongsong yang terpasang dalam satu seri menjadi sempurna.

Hanya satu detonator yang digunakan dalam desain kelongsong DAYAGEL yang baru agar proses pengisian bahan peledak mudah dan isian dijamin penuh. Jika diperlukan untuk menggunakan lebih dari satu detonator, tambahan detonator dapat dipasang pada cartridge lain dalam satu rangkaian.

Rumah detonator dirancang sedemikian rupa, sehingga celah udara yang tidak perlu antara kelongsong dapat diminimalkan.

DESCRIPTION DAYAGEL SEISMIK is a new product development of seismic explosives designed to improve the performance of the former generation of POWERGEL SEISMIC 3000 and DAYAGEL SEISMIC.

Based on experiences of that POWERGEL and DAYAGEL SEISMIC there are some weaknesses recorded as follows:

The screw coupling as a connector system designed on POWERGEL SEISMIC 3000 is short and use small thread so that the connection is weak.

Two detonator well applied on DAYAGEL SEISMIC is to ensure efficiency of detonation initiation, however this causes some problems during production with the result the explosives filling process becoming not perfect.

Because the design limitations on DAYAGEL SEISMIC cartridge, the unnecessary air gap found between cartridges assembled in one series, so that the transmission of the explosives detonation becomes not perfect.

In order to improve the performance of seismic explosives, we introduce the new high performance DAYAGEL SEISMIC.

As seismic explosive, beside the quality of the stuffing, the performance of DAYAGEL SEISMIC is determined by its cartridge design characteristics :

Connection between cartridges is big trapezium thread, so that the connection between cartridges assembled in one series becomes perfect.

Only one detonator well is applied in the New DAYAGEL cartridge design to make explosives filling process easy and stuffing guaranteed in full. If it is required to install more than one detonator, the additional detonator can be attachedat other cartridge assembled in one series.

The housing of detonator is designed in such manner, so the unnecessary air gap between cartridges can be minimized.

The cup is strengthened in order to assure perfect closing.

In seismic exploration, the aim is to collect good quality high resolution seismic data for interpretation to provide accurate

KETAHANAN TERHADAP AIR YANG PRIMADAYAGEL SEISMIC memiliki ketahanan terhadap air yang prima meskipun direndam di dalam lingkungan air yang bergerak. DAYAGEL SEISMIC mampu memberikan energi yang handal meskipun ditempatkan di lubang tembak berair hingga kedalaman 90 meter.

TEKNOLOGI YANG AMANDAYAGEL SEISMIC merupakan bahan peledak emulsi “water in oil” yang tersusun dari bahan-bahan baku non-explosives. DAYAGEL SEISMIC memiliki sensitivitas yang sangat rendah terhadap benturan mekanik, namun demikian produk ini tetap peka terhadap Detonator listrik No. 8.

Shaped Charges dikenal sebagai drilling explosives yang digunakan oleh perusahaan minyak untuk kegiatan perforasi, sehingga minyak mengalir melalui lubang perforasi ke dalam pipa casing dan dapat dipompa keluar.

Penggunaan Shaped Charges pada kegiatan perforasi sumur minyak mulai dilakukan pada tahun 1946 menggantikan tradisi perforator dengan peluru.

Pengembangan dilakukan secara terus menerus, teknik perforasi menggunakan shaped charges mengalami evolusi dan menjadi suatu cara perforasi yang populer dan biaya yang efektif.

Pabrik ini merupakan yang pertama dan satu-satunya di Indonesia yang mampu memproduksi Shaped Charges untuk memenuhi kebutuhan industri perminyakan di Indonesia dan Asia Tenggara.

Shaped Charges which is known as Drilling Explosive used by Oil companies to make holes on steel pipe (casing) with cement surrounded, which has been put in the hole of the oil well, so that through that holes oil will flow in and can be pumped out.

In 1946, the explosives Shaped Charges was adapted for oil well perforating supplanting the tradition bullet perforator.

With continues improvement over the year, the technique has evolved to be the most cost effective and popular method for oil well completion.

Under joint operation arrangement PT DAHANA and Chartered Oiltech Services Pte Ltd Singapore, established an oilwell shaped charges manufacturing facility at Tasikmalaya, West of Java.

This facility is the first and only one in Indonesia with capability to develop and manufacture advanced oil well shaped charges to meet the requirement of oil industry both in Indonesia and South East Asia Regions

A comprehensive range of perforating charges which is manufactured in Tasikmalaya facility include :

2. Big Hole Charges (BH) for High Shot Density and Ported Carrier System, used for application in Gravel Pack and sand control completions.

HMXRDX is the organic compound with the formula (O2NNCH2)3. It is a white solid widely used as an explosive. Chemically, it is classified as a nitramide, chemically similar to HMX. A more energetic explosive than TNT. RDX is also used in controlled demolition to raze structures.

HMX is a powerful and relatively insensitive nitroamine high explosive, chemically related to RDX. HMX is used almost exclusively in military applications, including as the detonator in nuclear weapons. HMX is also used in the process of perforating the steel casing in oil and gas wells. The HMX is built into a shaped charge that is detonated within the wellbore to punch a hole through the steel casing and surrounding cement out into the hydrocarbon bearing formations. The pathway that is created allows formation fluids to flow into the wellbore and onward to the surface.

PETN is is the nitrate ester of pentaerythritol, and is structurally very similar to nitroglycerin. PETN is one of the most powerful explosive materials. PETN is the least stable of the common military explosives, but can be stored without significant deterioration for longer than nitroglycerin or nitrocellulose.

TNT is best known as an explosive material with convenient handling properties. The explosive yield of TNT is considered to be the standard measure of bombs and other explosives. TNT is valued partly because of its insensitivity to friction, with reduced risk of accidental detonation compared to more sensitive explosives such as nitroglycerin.

TNT neither absorbs nor dissolves in water, which allows it to be used effectively in wet environments. To detonate, TNT must be triggered by a pressure wave from a starter explosive, called an explosive booster.

TNT dikenal sebagai bahan peledak dengan sifat penanganan yang mudah digunakan. Hasil peledak TNT dianggap sebagai ukuran standar bom dan bahan peledak lainnya. TNT dinilai juga sebagai bahan peledak yang tidak peka terhadap gesekan, dengan pengurangan risiko peledakan tersebut, sering dibandingkan dengan bahan peledak yang lebih sensitif seperti nitrogliserin.

TNT tidak menyerap atau larut dalam air, yang memungkinkannya untuk digunakan secara efektif di lingkungan yang basah. Untuk meledakkan, TNT harus dipicu oleh gelombang tekanan dari bahan peledak starter, yang disebut booster.

Bahan peledak merupakan barang yang sangat berbahaya dan rawan, sehingga untuk kepentingan keselamatan dan keamanan penggunaan bahan peledak komersil diperlukan adanya pengawasan dan pengendalian secara khusus. Bahan peledak komersil adalah berbagai produk bahan kimia yang dapat digunakan sebagai bahan peledak untuk kepentingan pekerjaan tambang, pekerjaan umum atau digunakan dalam proses produksi tertentu serta bersifat komersil.

PT Dahana (Persero) ditunjuk berdasarkan Kepres 5 tahun 1988 untuk melayani kebutuhan bahan peledak sesuai dengan peraturan perundangan. PT Dahana (Persero) telah memiliki pengalaman lebih dari 50 tahun dalam industri bahan peledak serta memiliki infrastruktur, fasilitas dan kompetensi yang diperlukan dalam memberi pelayanan yang berhubungan dengan bahan peledak.

Berdasarkan Keppres 5 tahun 1988 JO Keppres 125 tahun 1999, Pengadaan dan penggunaan bahan peledak selanjutnya diatur dalam Peraturan Menteri Pertahanan RI No. 36/2012 tentang Pedoman dan Tata Cara Perizinan, Pembinaan, Pengembangan, Pengawasan dan Pengendalian Industri bahan peledak dan Peraturan Kepala Kepolisian RI Nomor 2 tahun 2008 tentang Pengawasan, Pengendalian dan Pengamanan Bahan Peledak Komersial.

Izin Pembelian dan Penggunaan (Izin P2)

Pembelian bahan peledak hanya dapat dipenuhi jika pelanggan memiliki Izin Pembelian dan Penggunaan (Izin P2) yang dikeluarkan oleh Kepala Kepolisian Republik Indonesia (Kapolri) yang berlaku selama 6 (enam) bulan dan hanya diberikan kepada pelanggan yang sudah mempunyai sendiri Izin Pemilikan, Penguasaan, dan Penyimpanan Bahan Peledak (Izin P3) yang juga dikeluarkan oleh Kapolri. Sebelum Izin P2 dikeluarkan oleh Kapolri, diperlukan adanya rekomendasi dari Kepala Kepolisian Daerah (Kapolda). Untuk proyek/ perusahaan di bawah Direktorat Jenderal Pertambangan Umum atau Direktorat Jenderal Minyak dan Gas Bumi atau Direktorat Jenderal Energi Baru, Terbarukan dan Konservasi Energi, selain rekomendasi dari Kapolda setempat, rekomendasi dari salah satu Direktorat Jenderal tersebut di atas juga diperlukan. Selain itu, untuk mendapatkan rekomendasi dari Kapolda, rekomendasi dari Kepolisian Resor (Polres) juga diperlukan.

Izin Pemilikan, Penguasaan dan Penyimpanan (Izin P3)

Izin P3 adalah Izin Pemilikan, Penguasaan, dan Penyimpanan Bahan Peledak. Izin P3 dikeluarkan oleh Kepala Kepolisian Republik Indonesia dan berlaku sesuai dengan keabsahan Izin Gudang yang diterbitkan oleh Direktorat Jenderal Minyak & Gas Bumi, atau Direktorat Jenderal Mineral & Batubara, atau Direktorat Jenderal Energi Baru, Terbarukan dan Konservasi Energi.

Sebelum Izin P3 dikeluarkan oleh Kapolri, diperlukan adanya rekomendasi dari Kepala Kepolisian Daerah (Kapolda). Selain itu, untuk mendapatkan rekomendasi dari Kapolda, rekomendasi dari Kepolisian Resor (Polres) juga diperlukan.

Izin Gudang

Izin Gudang diterbitkan oleh Direktorat Jenderal Minyak & Gas Bumi, atau Direktorat Jenderal Mineral & Batubara, atau Direktorat Jenderal Energi Baru, Terbarukan dan Konservasi Energi sedangkan Izin Gudang untuk proyek konstruksi diterbitkan oleh Kepala Kepolisian Republik Indonesia.

Sebelum Izin Gudang diterbitkan, diperlukan adanya rekomendasi dari Kepala Kepolisian Daerah (Kapolda). Selain itu, untuk mendapatkan rekomendasi dari Kapolda, rekomendasi dari Kepolisian Resor (Polres) juga diperlukan.

PEMBELIAN

1. Pelanggan mengajukan permintaan tertulis dengan menyebutkan jenis dan kuantitas bahan peledak bersama dengan penjelasan pada tujuan penggunaan.

2. Berdasarkan permintaan material, Dahana akan mengajukan penawaran untuk pelanggan dan jika diinginkan, Dahana dapat membantu dalam mempersiapkan dan menyelesaikan izin yang diperlukan.

3. Setelah perjanjian pembelian tercapai antara Dahana dan pelanggan, persyaratan pembelian akan dinyatakan dalam pesanan pembelian / PO atau layanan order / SO.

4. Berdasarkan urutan, Dahana akan menentukan rencana pengadaan, apakah itu akan dipenuhi dari stok yang tersedia, diproduksi atau diimpor.

5. Barang akan dikirim setelah izin dan pembayaran persyaratan terpenuhi sesuai dengan jadwal pengiriman.

Explosives are extremely dangerous and sensitive, thus for the purpose of safety and security, there needs to be specific monitoring and control. Commercial explosives are various chemical products that can be used as explosives for mining work, civil work or in certain production for commercial purposes.

PT Dahana (Persero) is appointed based on The Presidential Decree 5 of 1988 to serve the needs of explosives in accordance with the laws and regulations. PT Dahana (Persero) has more than 50 years of experience in the explosives industry and has the necessary infrastructure, facilities and competencies in providing services related to explosives.

Based on The Presidential Decree No. 125/1999, the procurement and usage of explosives is detailed in the Minister of Defense Regulation No. 36/2012 regarding Guidelines on regulation, supervision and development of explosives industry and Chief of National Police Regulation No. 2/2008 concerning supervision, control and safety of commercial explosives.

PURCHASE AND USAgE PERMIT (P2 PERMIT)

Purchase and Usage Permit (P2 Permit)Purchase of explosives can only be fulfilled if customer owns Purchase and Usage Permit (P2 Permit) issued by the National Police Chief (Kapolri) which is valid for 6 (six) months and only given to customers who already own Explosives Ownership, Authorization and Storage Permit (P3 Permit) which is also issued by the National Police Chief.

Before P2 Permit is issued by the Chief of Indonesian Police (Kapolri) a recommendation from the Chief of Regional Police (Kapolda) is required. For projects/ companies under the Directorate General of General Mining or the Directorate General of Oil & Gas or the Directorate General of New Energy, Renewable and Energy Conservation, in addition to the recommendations of the local police chief, recommendation from one of the above Directorates is also required. In addition, to get a recommendation from Kapolda, recommendation from the Police of the Resort (Polres) is also required.

OWNERSHIP, AUTHORIZATION AND STORAgE PERMIT (P3 PERMIT)

P3 Permit is an Explosives Ownership, Authorization and Storage Permit. P3 Permit is issued by the Indonesian Police Chief and is valid for 5 (five) years in accordance to the validity of the magazine permit issued by The Directorate General of Mineral & Coal, The Directorate General of New Energy, Renewable and Conservation of Energy.

Before P2 Permit or P3 Permit is issued by the Chief of Indonesian Police, a recommendation from The Chief of regional Police (Kapolda) is required. For projects/companies under the Directorate General of General Mining or Directorate General of Oil and Gas, aside from recommendation from the Chief of Provisional Police, a recommendation from either of the abovementioned Directorate is also required. WAREHOUSE PERMIT

Warehouse Permit is issued by The Directorate General of Oil and Gas, or Directorate General of Mineral and Coal, or Directorate General of New Energy, Renewable, and Energy Conservation while the warehouse permit for construction project is issued by the Chief of Police of The Republic of Indonesia.

Before the warehouse permit issued, a recommendation from the Regional Police Chief (Kapolda) is required. In addition, to get recommendation from Polda, recommendation from Resort Police (Polres) also required.

PURCHASE

1. Customer submits written inquiry by stating the type and quantity of explosives along with the explanation on the purpose of usage.

2. Based on the material requisition, Dahana will submit quotation to the customer and if desired, Dahana may assist in preparing and completing the necessary permits.

3. After purchase agreement is reached between Dahana and the customer, the purchase requirements will be stated in the purchase order/PO or service order/SO.

4. Based on the order, Dahana will determine the procurement plan, whether it will be fulfilled from available stock, produced or imported.

5. Goods will be delivered after permit and payment requirements are met in accordance to the delivery schedule.
