2 tahun yang lalu pasien masih mempunyai istri mempunyai anak satu. pasien

sering bertengkar dengan istri. dia merasa dihina istrinya karena tidak mampu

beli rumah dan mobil. kemudian bercerai. setelah bercerai pasien sering diam,

 jarang keluar dengan tetangga. pasien juga malas bekerja di sawah. pasien suka

marah – marah. tidak mau mendengarkan nasihat dari kakak dan orang tuanya.

pasien tinggal bersama kakak. akhirnya kelurga membawa pasien ke rumah sakit

 jiwa. pasien dirawat dirumah sakit jiwa selama satu tahun. setelah itu berobat

rawat jalan di rumah sakit.tetapi pasien tidak teratur minum obat. pasien pernah

berhenti minum obat selama 1 bulan. selama diobati pasien sudah tidak marah –

marah lagi dan mau bekerja di sawah. dia adalah petani tembakau. 2 bulan yang

lalu pasien gagal panen tembakau karena sawahnya terbakar. setelah itu pasien

menjadi suka marah – marah. apabila dinasihati pasien tambah marah. dia tidak

bekerja di sawah. sering bertengkar dengan tetangga. pasien mengatakan mati

itu lebih mudah dari pada hidup.

2 years ago the patient still has a wife with a child . patients often quarreled withthe wife . he felt insulted his wife for not being able to buy houses and cars. then

divorced . after divorced patients often silent , rarely go out with the neighbors .

patients also lazy to work in the elds. patients like angry ! angry . did not listen

to the advice of his sister and his parents . patients living with my sister .

ultimately their patients to bring the patient to a mental hospital . psychiatric

patients being treated at home for one year. after that he outpatient at the

hospital. but patients do not take their medication regularly . patients had

stopped taking medication for 1 month . "#$% treated patients was not angry

and want to work in the elds. he is a tobacco farmer . 2 months ago due to

patients failing to harvest tobacco elds after burning. after the patient becomeslike angry ! angry . when advised to add angry . he did not work in the elds.

arguments with neighbors. the patient says it is easier to die than to live

kakak. pasien marah saat dibawa ke rumah sakit. (asien bilang lelah karena

habis bekerja. pasien sedih karena wanita – wanita selalu mengejeknya karena

dia miskin dan jelek. (asien tidak tahu mengapa pasien dibawa ke rumah sakit.

(asien bilang pak bayan yang menyuruh pasien ke rumah sakit. )ia

menceritakan bahwa pernah menjadi tentara. )an bertugas di hutan. )ia diberi

baju polisi oleh kepala polisi. (asien mengatakan dia dikejar – kejar tentara yang

disuruh pak bayan. 'entara itu mengajak bertengkar.
