LATAR BELAKANG

atuh pada hari pertama pada setiap tahun peanggalan Imlek China dan berlangsung selama berminggu-minggu, The Spring Festival dianggap oleh orang-rang China sebagai festival tahunan terbesar dan dianggap paling penting. Berasal selama Dinasti

Shang (Abad ke 11 - 16 SM), The Spring Festival merupakan kegiatan yang merayakan reuni keluarga, penuh dengan banyak kegiatan yang menarik dan berwarna-warni, serta penuh harapan baru dengan munculnya musinm semi dan bunga-bunga yang bermekaran. Orang-orang dari berbagai daerah dan kelompok etnis yang berbeda pun ikut merayakannya dengan cara yang unik.

Untuk memperkenalkan dan memeriahkan SPRING FESTIVAL 2012 kepada seluruh mahasiswa President University, kami selaku President University Student Union (PUSU) merencanakan untuk membuat suatu acara perayaan tahun baru China pada Senin, 13 Februari 2012 di area President University Student Housing. Acara ini terdiri dari berbagai macam kegiatan menarik seperti tarian Barongsai dan naga, bazaar makanan khas festival musim semi, lomba menyanyi, dan masih banyak kegiatan menarik lainnya.

OBJEKTIVITAS

Tujuan dibentuknya kegiatan SPRING FESTIVAL 2012 “ The Dragon’s Paradise “ adalah :

Tujuan Utama :1. Untuk memperkenalkan dan mempromosikan semangat, tradisi, dan

nilai-nilai kebudayaan Tahun Baru Imlek China – SPRING FESTIVAL 2012 “ The Dragon’s Paradise “.

2. Untuk merayakan dan ikut memeriahkan Tahun Baru Imlek China – SPRING FESTIVAL 2012 “ The Dragon’s Paradise “.

3. Untuk membawa kebersamaan antar mahasiswa Indonesia dengan mahasiswa asing di President University.

4. Untuk menunjukan bahwa President University masih peduli dengan nilai budaya yang berasal dari negara lain.

Tujuan Spesifik :1. Untuk memperkuat ikatan antar semua anggota mahasiswa President

University.




2. Mengurangi kesenjangan antara mahasiswa Indonesia dan mahasiswa dari luar negeri, dan menciptakan lingkungan yang ramah bagi seluruh mahasiswa di daerah President University.

SPRING FESTIVAL 2012 “ The Dragon’s Paradise “ merupakan suatu acara yang diselenggarakan oleh komite President University Student Union (PUSU). Dengan acara ini, kami berharap dapat memperkenalkan dan mempromosikan semangat, tradisi dan nilai-nilai budaya Tahun Baru Imlek China – SPRING FESTIVAL 2012 untuk mahasiswa President University. Tema SPRING FESTIVAL 2012 pada tahun ini adalah :

INTRODUCTION

pring Festival 2012 with the theme “ The Dragon’s Paradise “ is an activity of Chinese Lunar New Year celebration which enlivened by all student of President University. This activity is a tool that aims to introduce and promote the spirit,

traditions and cultural values of Chinese Lunar New Year. In addition, this event aims to bring togetherness among students across Indonesia to foreign students at President University and aims to show that President University concerned with the cultural values that originated from other countries.

To introduce and enliven Spring Festival 2012 to the entire President University students, we as President University Student Union (PUSU) planned to make a Chinese New Year celebration event consists of a wide range of exciting activities such as Liong and Barongsai dances, traditional spring festival food bazaar, singing content, and many other exciting activities.

Spring Festival 2012 would require a lot of support from various parties for the smooth and successful event. We therefore expect the participation, cooperation and assistance from anyone who is sympathetic to this activity. On this occasion we are offering cooperation in the form of sponsorship.

Sponsorship is a partner to participate and cooperate in order to expedite and success and is expected to meet all the requirements necessary for this activity. Participation and cooperation you have provided is a form of deep concern for social values of our culture on other nations in this day and age. Hopefully, through participation will establish a mutually beneficial relationship and usable and can provide a positive impact for both parties.

CLASSIFICATION OF COOPERATION

A. SOLE SPONSOR

Sole sponsor is the party who is willing to cooperate with funding 100% of budget revenues are derived from the sponsor of Spring Festival 2012 is as follows : IDR 6,145,000.00 ( Six million one hundred forty five thousand dollars ).




Sole Sponsor will be given only to one party without any other party in any form of cooperation. Sole sponsor will get full rights to the media campaign that we offer. In addition, a single promotional sponsor will also get the right co-operation such as when one party has agreed to sole sponsored the activities, so the MC would be read the commercial products of company, jingle break and the company’s current corporate logo will be input into Spring Festival 2012 slide show during the opening ceremony and when break as the consent of the sponsor.

B. MAIN SPONSOR

The main sponsor is the party who is willing to cooperate with the fund by 75% of budget revenues are derived from the Spring Festival 2012 sponsor in the amount of : IDR 4,608,750.00 ( Four million six hundred eight thousand seven hundred fifty dollars ).

The main sponsor will be given to one party only, but the organizers reserve the right to conduct cooperation with other parties, provided the other party is a single sponsor, major sponsors and associate sponsors.

C. ASSOCIATE SPONSOR

Associate sponsor is the party who is willing to cooperate with the fund for 50% of budgetary revenues derived from the Spring Festival 2012 sponsor in the amount of : IDR 3,072,500.00 ( Three million seventy two thousand five hundred dollars ).

Associate sponsors will be given to one party or the party sponsor a maximum of two intermediate with the following conditions :

a. If there are two sponsors, the organizers have no right to hold any kind of cooperation.

b. If there is an associate sponsor, the committee reserves the right entered into a collaboration with other parties, provided the other party is other associate sponsor or donors supporting and not a single sponsor or main sponsor.

c. Associate sponsors will obtain 50% of media promotion campaign that we provide.

D. SUPPORTING SPONSOR

Supporting sponsor is the party who is willing to cooperate with the fund for 25% of budget revenues are derived from Spring Festival 2012 sponsor in the amount of : IDR 1,536,250.00 ( One million five hundred and thirty six thousand two hundred fifty dollars ).

Supporting sponsor will be provided to one or a maximum of four parties supporting sponsor. Supporting sponsor can be provided if there is still a lack of funds at least




25%. Sponsor supporting the promotion of the rights gained 25% of the promotional media that we provided.

E. EXECUTIVE SPONSOR

Executive sponsors are willing parties outside the classification above of costs and forms of cooperation based on mutual agreement of the sponsor to the organizing committee.

F. DONORS

Donors are individuals, institutions or companies that cooperated with the committee of Spring Festival 2012 and no counter-interpretation there is to provide volunteer assistance for the implementation of activities of Spring Festival 2012.

CONTRACT AGREEMENT

The undersigned is :

I. First Party

In this case acting for and on behalf of the sponsor,

II. Both Parties

In this act and the committee of Sring Festival 2012, the parties hereby agree and said it has agreed to bind itself to a cooperative agreement with the terms and conditions as stated in the following articles :

Article I

OPENING

The first party is required to fill out a participation revelation-page letter that was provided.




Article II

ABOUT SYSTEM PARTNERSHIP

Both parties are required to execute the things contained in the terms of sponsorship as appropriate in accordance with applicable regulations. If any

parties become the sole sponsor, the committee wouldn’t accept another sponsor.

Article III

ABOUT PAYMENT

In terms of payment, the sole party have can pay installment twice. With the following details:

1. The first party shall pay a deposit of at least 60% of the contract no later than one week after the payment agreement in accordance with the contract no later than one week before the event.

2. Repayment of remaining at least 3 days prior to implementation.

Article IVEVENT CANCELLATION

1. If cancellation is done by the sponsor :a) For those who have paid the down payment, so the entire value that

has been paid will become the right of the committee.b) For those who have paid in full, then 50% of the value that has been

paid become the rights committee and the rest become the right of sponsor.

2. If there is a sole sponsor, the organizers reserve the right to other sponsor questionnaires that have been entered and return all fees that have been submitted to the committee.

3. If cancellation is done by the committee, it will refund 100% of the price that was paid.
