ABSTRAK

UJI STABILITAS OBAT CUCI MATA ZnSO4 DENGAN DAPAR ASAM BORAT NA SITRAT

Preparat untuk mata merupakan produk steril dan bebas partikel, salah satu sediaan untuk mataadalah obat cuci mata. Sediaan ini biasanya membutuhkan dapar dan bahan pengisotonis. Penelitianini dimaksudkan untuk mendapatkan obat cuci mata seng sulfat yang stabil selama penyimpanan,

mengetahui kadaluarsa dan medapatkan obat cuci mata yang steril.

Telah dilakukan penelitian uji stabilitas obat cuci mata seng sulfat dengan dapar asam borat-natriumsitrat yang dibuat menurut 3 cara dan disterilkan pada pH isohidri. Stabilitas pada sediaan ini diujidengan cara uji stabilitas dipercepat, diuji pH dan sterilitas selama 3 minggu dan dimaksukkan

kedalam oven suhu 60, 80 dan 100 oC, pada uji sterilitas dilakukan inkubasi 48 jam suhu 35 OC.kadaluarsa obat cuci mata seng sulfat cara I 3, 18 tahun, cara II 3, 18 tahun dan III 3, 14 tahun.

Hasil analisis statistik ada perbedaan kandungan seng dalam seng sulfat pada suhu 60 oC kecualiantara cara II dan III tidak ada perbedaan, sedangkan pada suhu 80 o dan 100 oC tidak menunjukkanperbedaan baik cara I, II maupun III. Hasil analisis statistik tidak terdapat perbedaan pH obat cuci

mata seng sulfat baik cara I, II maupun III. Hasil sterilitas obat cuci mata seng sulfat memenuhi syaratfarmakope. Hasil rata-rata angka mikroba aerob total pada minggu ke 0 dan ke 1 untuk cara I, II danIII adalah < 10 per ml spesimen.

THE STABILITY TEST EYE DROPS ZINC SULFATE WITH ACID BORIC - SODIUM CITRIC BUFFER

Preparations for the eyes is sterile and particles free, one of the preparations for the eyes is

eye drop. This preparation usually requires buffer and isotonizer. The aimed of this research

is to get the eyedrops that contain stabilized zinc sulfate during storage, knowing the

expired and obtain steriled eye drops.

This research has been conducted by stability test eyedrops zinc sulfate with boric acid-

sodium citric buffer prepared by 3 ways and sterilized at pH isohidri. The stability in the

preparation was tested by accelerated stability test, pH and sterility tested for 3 weeks and

put into the oven at 60, 80 and 100C, the sterility test performed 48 hours of incubation at

35C. the expired eye drops zinc sulfate the first way is 3,18 years, the second way is 3,18years and the third way is 3,14 years.

Based on the results of statistical analysis there is a difference zinc content in zinc sulfate at 60Cexcept for the second way and the third way there is not difference, while at a temperature of 80and 100C dont show difference either way I, II and III. The results of statistical analysis there is no
