In order to eliminate potential risk or damage, PT.Lintas Antar Samudra has developed a safety system to maintainreliable performance. The purpose of health, safety and environment policy is to assist for protecting theenvironment assets as well.

PT. Lintas Antar Samudra has identified that health, safety and environment as the key area of operations thatimportance and needed to safety prevent personal injuries/illness, fire, damages, to property and degradation of theenvironment. To meet this requirement and to keep good environment in which safety come first, PT. Lintas AntarSamudra ensure that : 1. All employees must be safety conscious and encourage all to become actively involve in identifying possible

hazards, implementing corrective action and constantly monitoring all facets of their working environment to ensure safety condition prevail.

2. Required each employees report all accidents, near miss or anomaly cases and responsible for working safetycomplying with company safety regulation and Indonesia law concerning HSE matters.

3. Each field activities have an accident/incident reporting procedure and each event is fully investigated, thedocumented and costly effect. The result of such investigation for remedial action should be followed up toprevent reoccurrence.

4. Each Safefty Equipments Supports & Personal Body Proctectors are implemented to all activities on projects and other activities which relationship with high risk activities. Safety equipments are stand by at right place to avoid any risk and damages, also all equipments will be inspects regulary which reported to Managements.

5. Each Projects while process will be inspects to property degradation of the enviroments to avoid enviroments damages due to project process.
