Dabur - an MNC, captures 60% market share with its around 40 variants of 100% Pure and Nectar juice, named 'Real', in the Indian Juice Market. Dabur manufactures slim (200ml, 1000 ml), square (1000 ml) & prisma (330 ml) packs in its prime works, situated in Nepal. 9500-10, 000 KL juice per month is produced in this modern Tetra-Pack equipped huge facility.

Milk Power(SMP), Whole Milk Powder(WMP), Dairy Whitener, Whey Protein Concentrate(WPC) Powder, Casein, Lactose, Butter, Ghee, Natural and Processed Cheese, Yoghurt etc.

Looking after the total operation (Process and Packaging) of the UHT plant.

Leading the Team of installation and commissioning of 13 KLPH Low acid sterilizer.

  Direct Communication with Clients and Customers like Nestle, Tropicana, Danone,

Mother Dairy, KDD, Tetra Pak and Diversey to solve different issues related to third party business or service.

  Responsible for Process modification and improvement as per the clients’ desire.

Responsible for Raw material & Packing material (RMPM) movement within the Plant.

  Responsible for the Costing of all UHT products in Schreiber Dynamix Dairies Ltd.  Responsible for all type of MIS, like weekly as well as monthly recovery etc. of the

plant.

I was in the pilot batch of employees who worked since the commissioning stage of this fully automated (PLC) plant, manufacturing products for world class FMCG brands like Nestle, Britannia , Tropicana, Unilever, Pepsi, McDonald in a third-party environment along with several own export commitments of Casein, Lactose, WPC, MPC, Whey Powders, Milk Powders, Cheese, Butter, Ghee etc.
