DESCRIPTION
Kabayan Ten Outstanding Public School Students Awards (KABAYAN TOPS) for School Year 2011- 2012 is an annual grant search that aims to reach out to poor but deserving student who, despite facing adversities, have displayed commendable performance in their studies and in student-leadership. KABAYAN TOPS is a pet project of former Vice President Noli “Kabayan” de Castro thru the Kabayan Noli de Castro Foundation, Inc in partnership with the Department of Education, SM Foundation, Inc., and Rotary Club of Makati West (District 3830). Each awardee will be given a full college scholarship grant. The search is open to all bonafide fourth year public high school students nationwide. Deadline of Submission of Nomination Form in the School Level search is on November 11, 2011.TRANSCRIPT
