What we’ve learned so far..

→ The majority of volunteers are youths.

→ Social organizations needs to catch up with technology

→ www.indorelawan.org needs extra “promotions” from social media and

newsletter

→ Feedback from users is a basis for a well-designed platform

→ Offline engagement is still needed to attract users, especially for social

organizations

→ Local culture affects the adoption of our platform
