Deviden bulanan
• Berupa penghargaan kepada pemberi pinjaman dengan nilai flat dilihat dari jumlah investasi. Normalnya 2-8% dari nilai investasi. Misal B invest kepada A sebesar 5 juta, A memberikan 2-8% kepada B setiap bulannya sampai akhir perjanjian misal 3 bulan.
Profit Sharing
• Berupa penghargaan kepada pemberi pinjamandengan nilai berubah-ubah bergantung dari rugi-laba. Misal B investasi kepada A sebesar 5 juta, A memberikan profit sharing kepada B sebesar misal 20% dari profit setiap bulannya, selama perjanjian misal 3 bulan.
Murobahah (Jual-Beli)
• Berupa penghargaan kepada pemberi pinjaman dengan mekanisme jual-beli. Misal A butuh mesin senharga 5 juta, minta B untuk membelikan terlebih dahulu, dalam 3 bulan akan dibayar oleh A senilai 7 juta kepada B.
