NTB BSS DI MATA KELOMPOK TANI TERNAK
Oleh : MUJITAHID
NTB BSS (Bumi Sejuta Sapi) yang merupakan program unggulan pemerintah provinsi saat ini
mampu memberikan angin segar dan harapan positif bagi para peternak khususnya yang berada
di pulau Lombok yang dijadikan sebagai kawasan pengembangan ternak sapi bali. Namun,
phenomena dilapangan justru menunjukkan sebaliknya. Dari hasil survey yang telah dilakukan
pada dua kecamatan yang berada di Lombok Tengah, hampir 100% kelompok tani merasa belum
tersentuh oleh program unggulan pemerintah provinsi tersebut. Kebanyakan peternak
menganggap bahwa NTB BSS merupakan program yang memberikan sejumlah modal
pengembangan usaha bagi para peternak atau sejumlah ternak untuk dibudidayakan.
Yang menjadi pertayaan saat ini ialah apa sebenarnya program NTB BSS tersebut, seperti apa
program tersebut dijalankan, dan apa kontribusi yang diberikan pemerintah dari program tersebut
kepada peternak? Hal inilah yang perlu disinkronisasikan oleh pemerintah provinsi maupun
daerah kepada peternak agar tidak terjadi pemahaman yang berbeda di antara peternak dan
pemerintah.

3.Cook over medium-high heat until the hard-crack stage. (When the candy caramel cracks, then

Tie Dyeing Old T-shirt
Things you need:
Old cotton T-shirt
Large thread or rubber band
Cloth dye
Bucket
Steps:
1.Wash the cotton T-shirt.
2.Place the wet shirt flat on the work surface.
3.Tie knots in the T-shirt, or twist it and secure the folds with rubber bands or heavy-duty thread.
4.Mix 1/2 c. liquid dye (or 1 package powdered dye) in 1 qt. hot water. Dissolve 5 tbsp. table salt
in the mixture.
5.Let the mixture cool to room temperature.
6.Put the entire shirt in the dye and let it soak for at least 20 minutes.
7.Rinse the shirt in cold water until the water runs clear.

And then, pour the blended paper in a large rectangular container. e.g. sink or tray.

After that, dip the screen frame into the blended paper. Lift and rinse the water for a minute.
Then, dry the paper (with the screen frame still on) in the sun. And then, peel the papers out of
the frame screens when its dry.
