With refer to Consotim letter No.CON-PLN-L-PM-0147 dated October 21 st 2015 we would
like to inform that since October 26 th 2015 the condition of air pollution index is in healthy
condition. Today we got official letter from “Badan Lingkungan Hidup – Enviromental
Agency of Barito Utara” that the Air Condition is in normal condition. With regard to this, all
activity outside and working hour can be done usual (attached).

In relation with process construction of Bangkanai Project, hereby we inform that the Main
Transformer and Town Feeder Transformer already on foundation since July 2015 but until
the date of this letter we still never got the schedule of Transformation Installation due to
schedule of arrival Siemens Transformer Supervisor still not yet available.
With regard to the above and as per our target during last meeting to start power evacuation
on end of november 2015, hereby we instruct consortium to submit schedule of Installation,
Procedure and do the process of Installation immediately.
