ACCESS TO THE REHEARSAL ROOM PREPARING THE REHEARSAL ROOM REMINDER Nominate one person who is responsible for the health and safety of the group. Marc the floor to ensure all singers maintain the relevant social distance between them. Allow the room to ventilate. Disinfect all the surfaces in the rehearsal room. Supply alcohol based hand sanitiser, single use tissues or paper towels and a laser thermometer. Install a disinfectant tray in the entrance. Disposable foot covers (either paper or plastic) can also be used. Mask must be worn at all times. Do not share music sheets or instruments. All rehearsals must be standing. You will breath better and it will make cleaning easier. Temperature checks must be carried out on all singers. Maintain the security distance: 1.5 mt between singers in each row and 2 mt between rows. Make a list of everyone in attendance. Hands must be sanitised when entering and leaving the room using hydroalcoholic gel or water and soap. Rehearsal time can not exceed 30 minutes and there must be 15 minutes between rehearsals to allow the room to ventilate. Avoid using toilets and rest areas. Attendance to rehearsal is voluntary and at your own risk. Do not attend the rehearsal if you have any symptoms or have been in contact with anyone who has tested positive. Avoid physical contact.
