    4.2.1. Pengolahan Data Beban Fisik

    Menurut Basal Metabolisme Rate(BMR) Equation

    Harris Benedict Equation. Maka untuk jumlah kalori dalam tubuh manusia

    (Operator) didapat hasil sebagai berikut:

    Karena Operator pria maka menggunakan rumus

    Male = 66,5 +[13,75 (Weight in kilogram)] + [5,0 (Height centimeter)]

    = 66,5 + 13,75 (55) + 5,0 (175) 6,78(20)

    = 1562,15 kalori

    = 1562 kalori

    Jumlah yang dikonsumsi:
