PT Bhanda Ghara Reksa (Persero) merupakan Badan Usaha Milik Negara (BUMN) yang 100% sahamnya dimiliki Pemerintah Republik Indonesia melalui Kementerian Negara BUMN. Bergerak di bidang jasa pergudangan dan transportasi, PT BGR (Persero) didirikan berdasarkan Peraturan Pemerintah No. 25 tahun 1976 pada tanggal 11 April 1977.

PT BGR (Persero) didirikan sebagai perusahaan pergudangan yang awalnya untuk stabilisator barang-barang strategis, di antaranya sebagai stock holder pupuk. Karena itu pada periode tahun 1975 s.d. 1977, pemerintah melalui Departemen Perdagangan membangun gudang-gudang di wilayah Jawa, Bali, dan Kalimantan.

Saat ini, PT BGR (Persero) bertransformasi menjadi perusahaan penyedia jasa logistik yang terintegrasi, dan mengelola beragam komoditi seperti: elektronika, timah, telekomunikasi, farmasi, consumer goods, barang proyek, semen, produk pertanian, pupuk, perkebunan, alutsista, dan lain-lain.

PT BGR (Persero) was established as a warehousing company which was originally to stabilize strategic goods, such as fertilizer stock holder. Therefore, between 1975 to 1977, the government through the Ministry of Commerce built warehouses in Java, Bali, and Kalimantan.

Untuk mendukung layanan BGR Warehousing, BGR juga memiliki layanan BGR Transportation dalam mendukung pendistribusian logistik pelanggan. Armada yang dimiliki oleh BGR, terdiri dari berbagai jenis dan tipe kendaraan, menyesuaikan dengan jenis barang yang didistribusikan. To support BGR Warehousing services, BGR also has BGR Transportation service separately in supporting customer logistics distribution. The transportation �eet owned by BGR, consisting of various types and types of vehicles, adapts to the type of goods distributed.

1. Transportasi Darat/Land Transportation Pada layanan ini, BGR menyediakan beragam kendaraan angkutan barang berupa truk box dan truk container yang

dilengkapi dengan GPS (Global Positioning System). In connection with this service, BGR provides various goods transport vehicle in the form of box truck and container

equipped with GPS (Global Positioning System).

2. Transportasi Laut/Sea Freight Selain angkutan barang darat, BGR juga menyediakan angkutan barang, bongkar muat serta pengurusan dokumen

dengan menggunakan jasa transportasi laut. In addition to land transportation, BGR also provides goods shipping, cargo handling equipment, and freight

forwarding services.

3. Transportasi Udara/Air Freight BGR berupaya melengkapi sarana distribusi di berbagai moda, termasuk menggunakan fasilitas angkutan udara. BGR strives to complement its distribution facilities in various modes, include by providing air transport facilities.

Freight Forwarding merupakan layanan yang dimiliki oleh BGR dalam hal pendistribusian dan penerimaan barang/kargo untuk kebutuhan domestik atau kegiatan ekspor-impor dengan menggunakan sarana angkutan kapal laut atau pesawat udara. Layanan yang dimiliki oleh Freight Forwarding antara lain:Freight forwarding is a service provided by BGR in the distribution and receipt of goods/cargo for domestic needs or export-import activities by shipping or air transport. The services covered in Freight Forwarding are, among others:

• International Freight Forwarding/International Freight Forwarding Layanan ini menawarkan jasa pengelolaan, pengiriman, brokerage solution untuk barang ekspor-impor

(international forwarding) serta pengurusan kepabeanan (customs clearence). This service o�ers management, delivery, brokerage solution for export-import goods (international

forwarding) and customs clearance services.

• Domestic Freight Forwarding/Domestic Freight Forwarding BGR menawarkan jasa pengelolaan, pengiriman, brokerage solution untuk barang-barang antar kota,

antar pulau (domestic forwarding), melalui darat, laut maupun udara serta pengurusan kepabeanan (customs clearance).
