Ÿ Kontraktor Resmi dan Kontraktor Spesial Desain diharuskan mengikuti peraturan yang berlakupada Exhibitors’ Manual

Ÿ

Ÿ Exhibitor may appoint your own stand contractors and required to complete the ContractorForm, with exception of electrics.

Ÿ Peserta pameran dapat memilih kontraktor yang akan membangun Stand Spesial dan diharuskan mengisi Formulir Kontraktor, kecuali instalasi listrik.

Ÿ

Ÿ All supporting contractors required to guarantee that they will complete preparation on time andaccept liability for any damage or garbage clearance.

Ÿ Seluruh supporting contractor diwajibkan untuk menyelesaikan pekerjaannya tepat waktu danbertanggung jawab terhadap kerusakan dan kebersihan akibat pekerjaannya/ataspekerjaannya.

Ÿ No exhibitor or agent may use the exhibition hall, ceiling, pipes, fixture, floors or wall in any way(i.e. nailing, wiring or fixing of any exhibits to any existing structures is strictly prohibited). Noexhibitor or his contractor may use any wall belonging to any other stand.

Ÿ Peserta, agen maupun kontraktor dilarang menggunakan fasilitas dinding hall, pipa, peralatanhall, lantai dengan cara apapun (seperti memaku, mengebor atau lainnya). Termasukmenggunakan dinding stand milik peserta lain.

Ÿ

Ÿ Exhibitors, agents or contractors are prohibited from making tower stands more than 4.5meters.

Ÿ Peserta, agen maupun kontraktor dilarang membuat tower stand lebih dari 4.5 meter.Ÿ

Ÿ No stand, exhibit, floor covering or lighting shall extend beyond the exact dimensions specified in the exhibitors space contract. Exhibitors must lay floor covering over the whole area of the stand, taped down on all edges.

Ÿ Ukuran stan, barang pameran, karpet atau pencahayaan tidak diperbolehkan melewati ukuranyang telah ditentukan dalam kontrak. Peserta harus menutupi seluruh area stand dengankarpet dan memastikan bagian tepi penutup lantai terpasang rapi dengan plester.

Ÿ All exhibitors, contractors or agent are responsible for the dismantling and removal, by stateddeadlines, of any stand he has constructed.

Ÿ Peserta, kontraktor atau agen bertanggung jawab atas pembongkaran dan pemindahanbarang masing-masing stand setelah pameran berakhir sesuai dengan jadwal yang ditentukan.

Ÿ Exhibitors who appoint contractors other than appointed Organisers’ official contractor mustsubmit the details of the main contractor and sub contractor which based in Indonesia to theOrganizer to be registered no later than 2nd September 2019.

Ÿ Peserta yang menunjuk kontraktor selain kontraktor resmi ditunjuk Panitia harus menyerahkanrincian kontraktor dan sub kontraktor utama yang berbasis di Indonesia kepada Organizeruntuk didaftarkan paling lambat 2 September 2019.

B. NOISE

Organizer reserves the right to determine the acceptable sound level and extent ofdemonstrations of working exhibits in the event of complaints from other exhibitors. Theorganizer reserves the right to terminate any working exhibit deemed to be dangerous orunsuitable for any reason.Penyelenggara memiliki hak untuk menentukan level suara yang dapat diterima dan batasdemonstrasi pengaktifan mesin/ material/ barang pameran bila ada peserta lain yang memberikeluhan. Penyelenggara berhak untuk mengakhiri cara kerja mesin/ material/ barang pameranbila dipertimbangkan ada faktor bahaya yang akan ditimbulkan atau ada yang tidak sesuaitanpa alasan apapun.

C. OPERATING OF MACHINERY OR EXHIBITSPengoperasian mesin/ material/ barang pameran

Ÿ Moving machinery must be fitted with safety devices and only be removed when the machinesare not in operation and not connected to the source of power.

Ÿ Pada saat memindahkan mesin, harus menggunakan alat yang aman dan hanya bolehdipindahkan saat mesin tidak beroperasi dan tidak terhubung dengan arus listrik.

Ÿ No motors, engines, contrivance or power-driven machinery may be used without adequateprotection against fire risk.

Ÿ Dilarang menggunakan mesin, material/ barang pameran yang tidak terlindungi dari bahayakebakaran

Ÿ No moving machinery may be operated out of the gangway.Ÿ Tidak diperbolehkan mengoperasikan mesin keluar dari batas stand.

D. Display ProductŸ

Ÿ Heavy Products are on display for mor than 400 kg - 1.000 kg must be coated triplex / plywood with a thickness of 12 mm.

Ÿ Product yang di display dengan beban lebih dari 400 kg - 1.000 kg harus dilapisitriplex/playwood dengan ketebalan 12mm

AIR CONDITIONING

Air conditioning will operate during the open period of the show only. No air conditioning during build – up and dismantling periods.AC hanya diaktifkan saat pameran berlangsung. AC akan dinon-aktifkan selama masa pembangunan dan pembongkaran stand.

DISTRIBUTION OF PROMOTIONAL LEAFLET OR GOODS

Promotional leaflet or goods may not be distributed or fixed to walls outside their exhibition stand area.Peserta tidak diperkenankan membagikan atau menempelkan barang-barang promosi di luar stand.

FREIGHT FORWARDER AND MOVE-IN OF EXHIBIT

Official Freight forwarding have been appointed as handling and clearing agents for this exhibition. Full documentation, details of procedures, scheduling of date and cost estimates will be sent exhibitors by this companies on request.Official Freight forwarding telah ditunjuk sebagai membantu untuk pameran ini. Kelengkapan dokumen, prosedur, penjadwalan tanggal dan perkiraan biaya akan dikirim peserta oleh perusahaan ini atas permintaan.

CANCELLATION OF EXHIBITION SPACE

When receiving and signing the contract, exhibitors will be liable for all in Exhibitor’s Manual, or part of the cost stated in the contract in according with the following :Pada saat menerima dan menandatangani kontrak, peserta pameran menyetujui semua yang tercantum dalam Exhibitor’s Manual termasuk mengenai sistem pembayaran.

The scale of charges will apply including Down Payment until Full Payment from the date the organizer receive written notice. These terms cannot be varied under any circumstances.Skala pembayaran ini berlaku termasuk Down Payment dan Pelunasan dari tanggal penyelenggara menerima kontrak keikutsertaan peserta pameran, Kondisi ini tidak dapat diubah dalam keadaaan apapun.

PAYMENT GUIDELINES

Payment for exhibition space, Sponsorship and Seminar by cheque or transfer to PT. Debindo Mega Promo in IDR or USD.Pembayaran tempat pameran, sponsorship dan seminar dilakukan melalui cek maupun tranfer, mohon ditujukan kepada “PT. Debindo Mega Promo” dalam mata uang Rupiah maupun Dollar Amerika.

TERM AND CONDITION

FORCE MAJEURE

In case of cancellation of the exhibition due to Force Majeure (natural disasters, fires, riots, war), all losses incurred is not the responsibility of the Organizer.Apabila terjadi pembatalan pameran yang disebabkan oleh Force Majeure (bencana alam, kebakaran, kerusuhan, perang) maka segala akibat yang timbul , termasuk kerugian bukan menjadi tanggung jawab organizer.

VISA AND TRAVEL INFORMATION

Immigration / ImigrasiI. Visitors are required to possess passports valid for 6 months beyond travel dates.

Peserta wajib memiliki paspor yang berlaku selama 6 bulan melebihi tanggal berkunjung.

II. Despite the recent relaxation of visa requirements for tourists, exhibitors are recommended topossess a valid business visa which can be applied for at an Indonesia embassy or through aconsular representative.Peserta dianjurkan untuk memiliki visa bisnis yang berlaku yang dapat diajukan di kedutaanIndonesia atau perwakilannya.

III. The organizer do not accept any responsibility for obtaining visas for exhibitors to travel toIndonesia.Penyelenggara tidak bertanggung-jawab untuk mendapatkan visa peserta yang ingin lakukanperjalanan ke Indonesia.

IV. Exhibitors are responsible for obtaining their own visas in good time in advance of the showdate. Any exhibitor cancelling participation in the exhibition due to failure to obtain visa beliable to cancellation charges as outlined above.Peserta bertanggung-jawab untuk mendapatkan visanya tepat waktu sebelum acaraberlangsung. Peserta yang membatalkan stand karena tidak mendapatkan visa harusbertanggung jawab untuk membayar biaya pembatalannya yang telah dijelaskan di atas.

EXHIBITOR

Ÿ The exhibitor will be responsible for cleaning the stand each day during build-up, showdays and dismantling periods. The organizer has fully authority to suspend any damageand if the exhibitors will be given a penalty.

Ÿ Peserta bertanggung jawab terhadap kebersihan stand nya, baik selama pembangunan,masa pameran maupun pembongkaran. Penyelenggara berhak memberikan sanksi kepeserta.

Ÿ

Ÿ If during the construction, exhibition (show days) and dismantling there is damage to one ofthe ornaments of the building JCC which is caused by the negligence of exhibitors, the dueto which caused the cost becomes the responsibility of the exhibitor’s.

Ÿ Apabila selama pembangunan, pameran dan pembongkaran terjadi kerusakan pada salahsatu ornamen gedung JCC yang di sebabkan oleh kelalaian peserta pameran, maka biayaakibat yang di timbulkan menjadi tanggungjawab dari peserta pameran tersebut.
