Skenario :

Seorang pasien mengeluhkan ketika ia berkeringat, ia merasakan gatal-gatal dan timbul bercak-bercak merah di punggungnya. Menurut dokter, ia terkena pityriasis versicolor atau yang biasa di sebut dengan panu. Lalu dokter memberikan obat fluconazole. Namun, ia tidak yakin dengan dokter yang pertama, maka ia pergi ke dokter yang lain dan ia pun mendapatkan obat yang berbeda untuk penyakit yang sama yaitu ketoconazole.
