By virtue of this phenomenon, in March 2015, we opened our first concept store in Lenmarc - the Surabaya’s lifestyle Mall. Supresso Coffee Bar stores have spawned from the Indonesian islands best known for their exotic beauty. Offering a choice of over 14 coffees from around Indonesian islands. The list continues to grow with our ongoing persistence to source specialty coffee from remote regions of the Indonesian spice islands.

Luwak coffee originates from Indonesian island of Sumatra, an area famous of its superb coffee. The beans are digested, fermented inside the alimentary tract of wild luwak and finally, are excreted. The inner beans are intactly passed, still encased in their protective hulls. The collected beans are cleaned and undergo further stages similar to the other types of coffee such as drying process – the coffee is sun-dried. The selected degree of roasting used to accentu-ate the flavours is full city roast mode. This particular strong bodied coffee has a mild acidity level but is endowed with a rich, nearly roasted flavour mixed with the fresh fruity fragrances, chocolatey, caramel tones with sweet and clean aftertastes. Due to the methods of its preparation, it is considered as the most outrageous coffee in the world. Do not let it hinder you from tasting it. Let your palate embark to a delightful escapade.
