ACARA WISUDA GRADUATION CEREMONY

Tempat : Jakarta Convention Center (JCC), Senayan, Jakarta Place

ACARA GLADI BERSIH & PEMBAGIAN PAKET WISUDA (TOGA & UNDANGAN) GRADUATION REHEARSAL & GRADUATION PACKAGE DISTRIBUTION (ROBE & INVITATION)

Tempat : Auditorium Lt. 4, BINUS Kampus Anggrek, Jakarta Place Auditorium, 4th floor, BINUS Anggrek Campus, Jakarta

Waktu : Dibagi menjadi 8 Shift dengan durasi @ 45 menit, dimulai sejak pukul

Time 09.00; 10.00; 11.00; 13.00; 14.00; 15.00; 16.00; 17.00 WIB. Divided into 8 Shifts with 45 minutes duration for each shift, starting at

09.00; 10.00; 11.00; 13.00; 14.00; 15.00; 16.00; 5:00 p.m.

Pembagian Shift Gladi Bersih akan diumumkan selambatnya hari Rabu, 5 Desember 2018. Graduation Rehearsal dates will be announced on Wednesday, December 5 th, 2018 at the latest.

Dalam acara wisuda ini, panitia tidak menyediakan / tidak menjual undangan tambahan

dikarenakan terbatasnya kapasitas ruangan JCC dan besarnya jumlah wisudawan. In this graduation ceremony, the committee does not provide / sell additional invitations due to the

limited capacity of the JCC room and due to the large number of graduates.

Seluruh Wisudawan D3, D4, dan S1 diwajibkan mengisi enam (6) key soft skill profiling secara

online melalui http://bit.ly/2020binuscareer. Pengisian profiling ini merupakan salah satu

prasyarat untuk mendaftar wisuda.

All D3, D4 and S1 graduates are required to fill six (6) key soft skills profiling through

http://bit.ly/2020binuscareer. This profiling is one of the prerequisites for graduation registration.

Pendaftaran wisuda sudah dapat dilakukan mulai tanggal 1 s.d. 29 November 2018 dengan

cara melakukan transfer biaya pendaftaran sebesar Rp. 1.300.000,- (Satu juta tiga ratus ribu

rupiah) sesuai petunjuk di bawah ini. Graduation registration can be done from November 1st – 29th, 2018 by transferring the registration fee,

Rp. 1,300,000 (one million three hundred thousand rupiahs), according to the instructions below.

• Bagi mahasiswa D3, D4, dan S1 BINUS Regular dan BINUS Online For D3, D4 and S1 BINUS Regular and BINUS Online students

Transfer melalui ATM BCA dengan langkah-langkah sebagai berikut: Transfer via BCA ATM with the following steps:

1. Masukkan kartu ATM BCA Insert the BCA ATM card

2. Masukkan nomor PIN Enter the PIN number

3. Pilih “Transaksi Lainnya” Select “Transaksi Lainnya”

4. Pilih transaksi “Pembayaran” Select "Pembayaran"

5. Pilih “Layar Berikutnya” Select “Layar Berikutnya”

6. Pilih transaksi “Lain-lain” Select “Lain-lain”

7. Masukkan nomor rekening Universitas Bina Nusantara, yaitu: 5 2 7 – 0 9 8 – 9 8 9 8 Enter Bina Nusantara University account number : 5 2 7 - 0 9 8 - 9 8 9 8

8. Masukkan NIM Anda, ditambah dengan kode pembayaran “13” Enter your Student Id, end it with the payment code “13”

9. Contoh: NIM 1701567890, maka kode nomor mahasiswa yang diisi adalah: 1 7 0 1 5

6 7 8 9 0 13 Example: If the Student Id is 1701567890, then type 1 7 0 1 5 6 7 8 9 0 1 3

10. Masukkan jumlah pembayaran yaitu Rp. 1.300.000,- Enter the payment amount, Rp. 1,300,000, -

11. Periksa transaksi pembayaran apakah sudah benar Check the payment transaction

12. Jika sudah benar pilih menu “Keluar” If the payment transaction is correct, select “Keluar”

13. Setelah transaksi selesai, bukti struk pembayaran ATM BCA dibawa pada saat

pengambilan paket wisuda untuk ditukar dengan PAKET WISUDA pada jadwal

pelaksanaan Gladi Bersih dan Pembagian Paket Wisuda. After the transaction is complete, graduates must keep the BCA ATM payment receipt and

bring it on Graduation Rehearsal and Graduation Package Distribution time to be

exchanged with the GRADUATION PACKAGE.

• Bagi mahasiswa BINUS International For BINUS International Students

Pengumuman petunjuk pembayaran biaya Wisuda 59 akan diumumkan melalui email. Announcement of payment instructions for Graduation 59 will be announced through email.

• Bagi mahasiswa BINUS Graduate Program For BINUS Graduate Programs Students

Melihat pengumuman petunjuk pembayaran biaya Wisuda 59 di Binusmaya menu

on November 5th, 2018.

Mahasiswa BINUS Business School Master Program dan BINUS Doctoral Program tidak

perlu melakukan pembayaran karena biaya wisuda sudah termasuk dalam biaya perkuliahan. BINUS Business School Master Program and BINUS Doctoral Program students do not need to make a

payment because the graduation fee is included in the tuition fee.

FOTO PELANTIKAN WISUDA : GRADUATION INAUGURATION PHOTO

1. Panitia wisuda telah menunjuk TARZAN PHOTO sebagai fotografer resmi Foto Pelantikan

Wisuda 59. Untuk kelengkapan data foto prosesi pelantikan, segera lakukan registrasi sebagai

berikut: The graduation committee has appointed TARZAN PHOTO as the official photographer of the 59th

Graduation Inauguration Photo. For complete photos of the inauguration procession, register

immediately as follows:

• Seluruh wisudawan WAJIB mengisi formulir identifikasi foto prosesi pelantikan wisuda

selambatnya Sabtu, tanggal 10 November 2018 di link wisuda.tarzanphoto.com untuk

kelancaran saat acara pemotretan di atas panggung pelantikan.

All graduates MUST fill in the graduation inauguration photo identification form by

Saturday, November 10th, 2018 at the latest at wisuda.tarzanphoto.com link so the photo

shoot can run smoothly.

• Formulir yang telah diisi lengkap selanjutnya di print out dan diserahkan ke petugas

Tarzan Photo sebagai Bukti Registrasi Identifikasi Foto Prosesi Pelantikan di meja

pameran Kampus Binus University, sebagai berikut:

University Campus, as follows:

➢ Binus Anggrek (Lantai 1 - Depan Bank BCA): mulai tanggal 29 Oktober 2018 Binus Anggrek (1st Floor – In front of BCA Bank): starting on October 29th, 2018

➢ Binus Alam Sutera (Lobby Dalam): mulai tanggal 5 November 2018 Binus Alam Sutera (Lobby): starting on November 5th, 2018

➢ Binus International (JWC) akan ditentukan & diumumkan kemudian. Binus International (JWC) will be determined & announced later.

➢ Showroom Tarzan Photo Roxy Mas/Pondok Indah mulai tanggal 29 Oktober 2018 Tarzan Photo Roxy Mas / Pondok Indah showroom starting on October 29th, 2018

Wisudawan dari semua kampus dapat mendaftar di semua jadwal pameran tersebut. Graduates from every campus can register at all exhibition schedules mentioned above.

• Biaya foto prosesi pelantikan Wisuda 59, sebagai berikut : The fee of 59th Graduation Inauguration Photo, as follows:

➢ Rp 95.000 untuk satu jurusan (satu tabung wisuda) : 5 lembar foto ukuran 20x25 cm,

CD file (sesuai foto), map exclusive. Rp. 95.000 for one department (one graduation tube): 5 sheets of 20x25 cm photo, CD file

(according to photo), exclusive map.

➢ Rp 120.000 untuk dua jurusan (dua tabung wisuda) : 7 lembar foto ukuran 20x25 cm,

CD file (sesuai foto), map exclusive. Rp. 120.000 for two department (two graduation tube): 7 sheets of 20x25 cm photo, CD file

(according to photo), exclusive map.

➢ GRATIS FOTO PROSESI PELANTIKAN WISUDA : untuk pemesanan semua

jenis paket foto studio wisuda HANYA DI TARZAN PHOTO. FREE GRADUATION INAUGURATION PHOTO if graduates orders all types of graduation

photo studio packages ONLY IN TARZAN PHOTO.
