KATA PENGANTAR
Pertama-tama kami ucapkan puji dan syukur kehadirat Tuhan Yang Maha Esa,
karena dengan rahmat, hidayah serta karunia-Nya, kami telah dapat menyelesaikan
Laporan Tugas Akhir yang berjudul “ Perencanaan Gedung Administrasi dan
Pelayanan RSUD Dr. Moewardi Surakarta”.
Tugas Akhir merupakan salah satu persyaratan yang harus dipenuhi oleh setiap
mahasiswa Jurusan Teknik Sipil Fakultas Teknik Universitas Diponegoro Semarang
untuk menyelesaikan pendidikan tingkat sarjana (S1), yang mempunyai bobot empat
satuan Kredit Semester (4 SKS).

ABSTRAK
Struktur bangunan bertingkat tinggi pada perkembangannya sering
menggunakan sistem rangka kaku murni (3D frame building system) yang terdiri dari
kolom dan balok. Struktur rangka portal diharapkan dapat memenuhi syarat
keamanan dan kenyamanan terutama dalam menahan gaya akibat gempa.
Kemampuan untuk menahan gaya tersebut tergantung pada kekakuan dari
sambungan balok-kolom dan kapasitas momen penahan dari masing – masing
elemen. Sistem ini biasanya dikenal dengan portal kaku yang biasa digunakan pada
bangunan dengan jumlah lantai hingga 15-20 lantai. Gedung Administrasi dan
Pelayanan RSUD Dr. Moewardi Surakarta ini terdiri dari 5 lantai dan 2 basement,
sehingga dipilih sistem rangka portal untuk perencanaan gedung ini.
Diharapkan kita dapat merencanakan struktur bangunan gedung yang dapat
dipertanggungjawabkan dan memiliki nilai marketable, mengetahui proses desain
suatu pemodelan struktur dan pembebanan berdasarkan standar nasional , dan
mampu menganalisis struktur menggunakan software komputer serta
membandingkannya dengan perhitungan manual.
Sesuai hasil analisa struktur menggunakan program SAP 2000 dengan
daerah gempa rencana pada Zona 2, diperoleh gaya-gaya dalam yang terjadi. Pada
kolom (gaya normal aksial) yang bekerja pada kolom struktur, semakin ke bawah
semakin besar harganya. Penentuan dimensi balok dipengaruhi panjang bentang dari
balok tersebut dan beban pelat yang bekerja pada balok. Semakin besar bentang dan
beban yang bekerja, maka didapatkan dimensi yang besar pula. Pondasi yang
digunakan yaitu pondasi telapak yang termasuk jenis pondasi dangkal karena letak
tanah keras berada di kedalaman yang rendah.
