E. Langkah Pembelajaran

Procedure

1. Siapkan gelas ukur, bunsen pembakar lengkap dengan kaki tiga dan lapisan asbesnya dan sebuah termometer.

Prepare a measuring cup, complete with a Bunsen burner and a three-foot layer of asbestos and a thermometer.

2. Isi gelas ukur dengan air hingga bagian dan letakkan di atas kaki tiga tanpa ada pembakar.

Fill measuring cup with water to parts and place over three feet without burning.

3. Ukur temperatur air dalam gelas ukur. Catat hasil pengukuran ini sebagai temperatur mula-mula (To).

Measure the temperature of water in a measuring cup. Record the results of this measurement as the initial temperature (To).

4. Nyalakan bunsen pembakar dan tunggu beberapa saat hingga nyalanya terlihat normal.

Turn on the Bunsen burner and wait a while until the flame looks normal.

5. Letakkan bunsen pembakar tadi tepat di bawah gelas kimia bersamaan dengan menjalankan alat pengukur waktu (jam tangan misalnya)

Place the Bunsen burner was just below the beaker along with running a timing device (eg watches)

6. Catat temperatur yang terbaca pada termometer tiap selang waktu 1 menit sampai diperoleh 5 atau 6 data pada tabel pengamatan 1.

Record the temperature reading on the thermometer every 1 minute intervals until a 5 or 6 observational data in table 1.

7. Ulangi kegiatan 4, 5, dan 6.

Repeat activities 4, 5, and 6

8. Catat waktu yang dibutuhkan setiap kenaikan 50C catat hasilnya dalam tabel 2!
