G/26026(25)/2019-20 dated 13/01/2020, I am to convey the administrative approval of SS & DC (MSME) for procurement of below mentioned Machinery and Equipments worth amount Rs. 21,54,1291- (Twenty One Lakh Fifty Four Thousand One Hundred Twenty Nine only) to MSME- Testing Station, Puducherry from fund already available with them to enhance testing facilitiesl balancingl replacement of machinery used for conducting tests and auxiliary equipmentsl accessories required for modification or upgradation 1 to create complete new test facility under object head Machinery and Equipments (4851.00.102.33.00.52) of Infrastructure Establishment DC (MSME) for FY 2019-20.

2. The expenditure of Rs. 21,54,1291- (Twenty One Lakh Fifty Four Thousand One Hundred Twenty Nine only) will be accommodated in Demand No. 66 - Ministry of Micro, Small & Medium Enterprises (MSME) under object head Machinery and Equipments (4851.00.102.33.00.52) of Infrastructure Establishment DC (MSME) for FY 2019-20.

3.The procurement shall be made strictly as per GFR norms / Government prescribed procedures / Rules and Guidelines/ as per the specifications mentioned in the attached Annexure/ meeting at least the requirement of National/International standards.

4. AlA/Director/Director I/c/Asst. Director I/c should furnish the progress report of the work! Procurement and statement for actual expenditure incurred to this office by 2nd of the following month inter alia with the reason or variation if any and ensure utilization of fund within the current FY 2019-20.

5. AlA/Director/Director I/c/Asst. Director I/c shall furnish installation report and commissioning certificate of the procured Machinery & Equipments along with expenditure incurred and fund utilization certificate.

6. This issues as per diary No.1 004/DC dated 03.03.2020.
