    Berdasarkan landasan yang kuat, BPD DIY telah berhasil meraih berbagai pencapaian. Kinerja yang terus meningkat selama 21 tahun terakhir menjadi bukti bahwa Bank BPD DIY mampu bersaing dan menjadi pemenang di rumah sendiri (regional champion). Tahun 2017 merupakan momentum Bank BPD DIY memasuki era Digital Banking. Untuk itu, Bank BPD DIY senantiasa berupaya memberikan layanan perbankan yang prima melalui inovasi-inovasi produk serta layanan berbasis digital dan budaya.

    Bank BPD DIY secara berkelanjutan berupaya memberikan kinerja terbaiknya melalui pengembangan produk dan layanan yang inovatif berbasis digital dan budaya untuk menghadirkan kemudahan, kenyamanan dan keamanan bagi nasabah dalam melakukan transaksi di Bank BPD DIY. Berbagai terobosan dan inovasi yang dilakukan merupakan komitmen Bank BPD DIY dalam memberikan pelayanan prima bagi nasabah dan meningkatkan daya saing di era disruption dimana kondisi yang dihadapi penuh dengan volatility, uncertainty, complexity dan ambiguity. Semangat untuk terus tumbuh berkelanjutan tersebut selaras dengan tema Laporan Tahunan Tahun 2018 yang diusung yakni Maintaining Excellent Performance. Tema tersebut mencerminkan tekad kuat dari seluruh insan BPD DIY untuk terus melaju dan unggul sebagai bank terpercaya dan teristimewa pilihan masyarakat Indonesia

    With a strong foundation, BPD DIY succeeded in meeting various achievements. The continuously growing performance within the last 21 years served as an evidence that Bank BPD DIY was capable of competing and emerging as the winner in its region (regional champion). The year 2017 was a momentum for Bank BPD DIY to enter the Digital Banking era. Therefore, Bank BPD DIY strived to provide prime banking services through product innovation and digital and culture-based services.

    Bank BPD DIY strives to deliver the best performance in a continuous manner through innovative product and service development that is based on digital and culture aspects, in order to provide convenience, comfort, and security for customers in conducting transactions at Bank BPD DIY. Various breakthroughs and innovations carried out demonstrate the Bank’s commitment to providing excellent services for customers and increasing competitiveness in this era of disruption where the conditions are rife with volatility, uncertainty, complexity, and ambiguity. This enthusiasm to grow sustainably is in line with the theme of the 2018 Annual Report, namely “Maintaining Excellent Performance”. The theme reflects the strong determination of all personnel of BPD DIY to continuously advance and deliver excellence as a trusted bank specifically chosen by the people of Indonesia.

    Sudah banyak yang berhasil dicapai oleh Bank BPD DIY sejak transformasinya yang diawali pada September 2014. Menapaki tahun 2016 Bank BPD DIY berhasil memasuki era perbankan baru Era Buku 2. Sederetan Prestasi yang diraih pada kurun waktu 2016 merupakan wujud apresiasi atas keberhasilan kinerja cemerlang di tahun sebelumnya. Pengakuan Bank BPD DIY sebagai Bank dengan kinerja Sangat Bagus selama 20 tahun berturut-turut merupakan suatu prestasi membanggakan yang harus dijaga dan terus ditingkatkan. Sampai dengan tahun 2016 Bank BPD DIY terus menata dan memperkuat landasan-landasan utama bisnisnya, agar dapat terus tumbuh berkelanjutan. Jaringan pelayanan bertambah luas, ragam produk semakin bervariasi, dan citra korporat semakin kokoh sebagai sebuah bank milik Pemerintah Daerah yang mampu bersaing di antara Bank Nasional.

    Bank BPD DIY has generated a lot of achievement since the transformation that began in September 2014. In 2016, Bank BPD DIY was successfully entering a new banking era, the Era of Book 2. A series of Achievement in the period 2016 is a form of appreciation for the success of a brilliant performance in previous year. Bank BPD DIY recognition as a Bank that has a Very Good performance for 20 years in a row is a proud achievement that must be maintained and improved. Until 2016, the Bank BPD DIY still continue to organize and strengthen the main foundations of its business, in order to continue to grow sustainably. Expanding service network, more varied product range, and a more solid corporate image as a local government-owned bank that is able to compete within the National Bank.

    Melalui program transformasi Bank BPD DIY bertekad menjadi bank yang unggul, berdaya saing, kontributif dan menjadi market leader di DIY.

    Through transformation program, Bank BPD DIY determined to be an excellent, superior, competitive, contributive bank, and becomes market leader in Yogyakarta.

    Tahun 2014 merupakan momentum penting bagi Bank BPD DIY karena dimulainya program transformasi untuk menjadi bank yang lebih baik, lebih kuat, lebih kompetitif dan lebih kontributif. Selaras dengan semangat bertransformasi itu, semangat kebangkitan atau renaissance Jogja sedang menggelora untuk membangun kejayaan Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta ; semangat itu lebih dari sekedar kebangkitan sehingga lebih tepat disebut gumregah. Kedua momentum ini selaras beriring dilandasi tujuan mulia untuk membangun kejayaan Bank BPD DIY dan Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta.

    2014 is an important moment for Bank BPD DIY, it was the beginning of transformation program to become a better, stronger, more competitive and more contributive Bank.     Di tahun 2018, PT Bank BPD DIY belum melakukan aktivitas

    perdagangan saham di Bursa Efek manapun sehingga

    informasi mengenai:

    a. Ikhtisar kinerja perdagangan saham yang terdiri dari

    jumlah saham beredar, kapitalisasi pasar berdasarkan

    harga pada Bursa Efek tempat dicatatkan, harga saham

    tertinggi, terendah dan penutupan, serta volume

    perdagangan;

    b. Informasi aksi korporasi yang meliputi bentuk-bentuk

    aksi korporasi, tanggal pelaksanaan aksi korporasi, rasio

    pemecahan saham, jumlah saham beredar sebelum dan

    sesudah aksi korporasi;

    c. Sanksi pengehentian saham yang berupa penghentian

    perdagangan saham dan penghapusan pencatatan

    saham.

    Tidak dapat disajikan karena tidak relevan dengan kondisi

    Perseroan saat ini.

    In 2018, PT Bank BPD DIY has not conducted share trading

    activities in any Stock Exchange. As such, information

    regarding:

    a. Overview of the performance of share trading, which

    consists of the number of outstanding shares, market

    capitalization based on the price at the listed Stock

    Exchange, highest, lowest and closing share price, and

    trading volume;

    b. Corporate action information, which covers forms of

    corporate action, implementation date, stock split ratio

    and number of outstanding shares before and after

    corporate action;

    c. Sanctions for share termination in the form of termination

    of stock trading and write-off of shares.

    Cannot be presented as they are not relevant with the

    Company’s current condition.

    Puji syukur kami panjatkan kehadirat Tuhan Yang Maha Esa

    atas segala rahmat dan karunianya PT Bank Pembangunan

    Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta (Bank BPD DIY) berhasil

    mencapai kinerja positif di tahun 2018. Bank BPD DIY terus

    mencatatkan pertumbuhan dengan mengedepankan aspek

    inovasi produk dan layanan yang memperhatikan kebutuhan

    nasabah menjadikan institusi perbankan yang Istimewa,

    terpercaya dan pilihan masyarakat. Untuk itulah, atas nama

    Dewan Komisaris akan menyampaikan pandangan dan

    Laporan Kinerja yang telah dilakukan dengan mengedepankan

    aspek transparansi, akuntabel dan bertanggung jawab.

    KINERJA EKONOMIPada tahun 2018, situasi ekonomi global masih dilanda

    ketidakpastian bahkan cenderung mengalami pelemahan

    dari tahun sebelumnya. Bank Dunia dalam laporan yang

    berjudul “Global Economic Prospects: Darkening Skies,”

    pertumbuhan ekonomi global tahun 2018 diproyeksikan

    sebesar 3,0%, lebih rendah dari realisasi tahun 2017 sebesar

    3,1%. Perang dagang yang terjadi antara Amerika Serikat

    (AS) dan platform di tahun 2018 merupakan faktor utama

    pelemahan ekonomi dunia.

    successfully achieved positive achievement in 2018. Bank BPD

    DIY continues to record growth by prioritizing the innovation

    of products and services to become an exceptional, trusted,

    and preferred banking institution. For this reason, on behalf

    of the Board of Commissioners, we would like to deliver our

    views and Performance Reports that have been carried out

    by prioritizing aspects of transparency, accountability, and

    responsibility.

    ECONOMIC PERFORMANCEThe global economic situation in 2018 was still hit by

    uncertainty and even tended to weaken from the previous

    year. The World Bank in a report entitled “Global Economic

    Prospects: Darkening Skies,” stated that global economic

    growth in 2018 was projected at 3.0%, lower than the

    realization in 2017 at 3.1%. The trade war between the

    United States (US) and China in 2018 is a major factor in the

    weakening of the global economy.

    Bank Dunia juga memproyeksikan pertumbuhan ekonomi

    di kumpulan negara maju melambat menjadi 2,2%, turun

    dibandingkan tahun 2017 sebesar 2,3%. Perlambatan

    tersebut terutama disebabkan oleh bank-bank sentral utama

    yang kian menarik kebijakan moneter akomodatif merek.

    Salah satu contoh utama dari kebijakan tersebut adalah

    keputusan The Fed yang sebanyak 4 (empat) kali menaikkan

    suku bunga jangka Fed Fund Rate (FFR) menjadi 2,50%

    sebagai upaya untuk menormalisasi kebijakan moneternya.

    Di tengah situasi ekonomi global yang mengalami pelemahan,

    ekonomi Indonesia justru mencatatkan pertumbuhan. Badan

    Pusat Statistik (BPS) melaporkan realisasi pertumbuhan

    ekonomi nasional sepanjang tahun 2018 sebesar 5,17%,

    naik dibandingkan tahun sebelumnya sebesar 5,07% dan

    merupakan pencapaian yang tertinggi sejak tahun 2014.

    BPS mencatatkan Produk Domestik Bruto (PDB) tahunan

    sepanjang 2018 sebesar Rp14.837,4 triliun dan PDB Per

    Kapita tercatat sebesar USD3.927,0.

    Kendati meningkat, namun realisasi pertumbuhan ekonomi

    nasional tahun 2018 masih belum mampu mencapai target

    yang tertuang dapat Anggaran Pendapatan dan Belanja

    Negara (APBN) 2018 sebesar 5,4%. Kementerian Keuangan

    mengutarakan bahwa belum tercapainya target pertumbuhan

    ekonomi di tahun 2018 disebabkan oleh lingkungan makro

    global yang mengalami tekanan cukup dalam.

    Dari sisi inflasi, tingkat inflasi nasional secara tahunan di 2018

    tercatat sebesar 3,13%, lebih rendah dari tahun sebelumnya

    sebesar 3,61%. Realisasi tersebut berada dibawah target

    pemerintah (APBN 2018) sebesar 3,5% dan masih berada di

    kisaran target inflasi Bank Indonesia sebesar 3,5% plus minus

    1%.

    Terkendalinya tingkat inflasi di tahun 2018 merupakan hasil

    dari kinerja Bank Indonesia (BI) untuk menjaga kesehatan

    inflasi nasional. Upaya-upaya yang dilakukan oleh BI

    untuk mengendalikan tingkat inflasi antara lain, menjaga

    inflasi volatile food melalui kecukupan pasokan pangan,

    mengatur ketepatan waktu dalam mengeluarkan kebijakan

    administered price, menjalin kerja sama yang kuat dengan

    pemerintah pusat dan daerah dalam mengambil kebijakan

    makroekonomi yang tepat sasaran.

    The World Bank also projected economic growth in developed

    countries to slow to 2.2%, down from 2017 at 2.3%. The

    slowdown was mainly due to the main central banks that

    increasingly withdrew brand accommodative monetary

    policies. One of the main examples of this policy is the Fed’s

    decision to raise 4 (four) times the Fed Fund Rate (FFR) term

    interest rate to 2.50% in an effort to normalize monetary

    policy.

    In the midst of the weakening global economic situation,

    the Indonesian economy actually recorded growth. Statistics

    Indonesia (BPS) reported the realization of national economic

    growth throughout 2018 at 5.17%, up compared to the

    previous year at 5.07% and the highest achievement since

    2014. BPS recorded an annual Gross Domestic Product

    (GDP) in 2018 at Rp14,837.4 trillion and GDP per capita was

    recorded at USD3,927.0.

    Even though it has increased, the realization of national

    economic growth in 2018 was still not able to reach the

    target stated in the 2018 State Budget (APBN) at 5.4%.

    The Ministry of Finance stated that the achievement of the

    economic growth target in 2018 had not been achieved

    due to the global macro environment which experienced

    considerable pressure.

    In terms of inflation, the national inflation rate on an annual

    basis in 2018 was recorded at 3.13%, lower than the previous

    year at 3.61%. This realization was below the government’s

    target (2018 State Budget) at 3.5% and was still in the range

    of Bank Indonesia’s inflation target at 3.5% plus minus 1%.

    The controlled inflation rate in 2018 was the result of the

    performance of Bank Indonesia (BI) in maintaining the

    soundness of national inflation. The efforts made by BI

    to control the inflation rate including maintaining volatile

    food inflation through adequate food supply, regulating

    the timeliness in issuing administered price policies, and

    establishing strong cooperation with the central and regional

    governments in taking appropriate macroeconomic policies.

    Sementara dari Suku Bunga, Sepanjang tahun 2018, BI telah

    menaikkan suku bunga acuan atau BI 7 – Day Reverse Repo

    Rate sebanyak 6 (enam) kali sehingga mencapai 6,00% pada

    akhir tahun. Jika diakumulasi, BI telah meningkatkan suku

    bunga sebesar 175 bps. Sedangkan deposit facility berada di

    level 5,25% dan suku bunga lending facility tercatat di level

    6,75% sampai dengan akhir tahun 2018.

    Kenaikan suku tersebut untuk mempertahankan daya

    saing pasar keuangan di tengah tingginya ketidakpastian

    perekonomian global. Selain itu, langkah peningkatan

    suku bunga merupakan bentuk dukungan BI terhadap

    langkah-langkah solid pemerintah untuk menurunkan defisit

    transaksi berjalan. Selain menaikkan suku bunga acuan

    untuk memperkuat daya tarik aset keuangan domestik

    dan mengantisipasi kenaikan suku bunga global, BI juga

    menerbitkan peraturan baru mengenai transaksi derivatif

    rupiah berupa interest rate swap dan overnight index swap.

    Peraturan tersebut diterbitkan untuk mendukung transparansi

    kurva yield di pasar uang dan utang, memperkuat transmisi

    kebijakan moneter dan mendorong surat utang pemerintah

    dan korporasi.

    EKONOMI DIYPada tahun 2018, ekonomi Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta (DIY)

    mencatatkan pertumbuhan 6,20% dari tahun 2017 atau lebih

    tinggi dari pertumbuhan ekonomi Nasional. Kinerja positif

    ini ditopang oleh kinerja investasi yang merupakan dampak

    2018. Disamping itu, peningkatan konsumsi rumah tangga

    juga turut memberikan kontribusi terhadap perekonomian

    DIY.

    Pertumbuhan kinerja investasi yang tinggi pada tahun

    2018 terutama ditopang oleh pembangunan infrastruktur

    yang masif, diantaranya pembangunan New Yogyakarta

    International Airport (NYIA), Jalur Jalan Lintas Selatan (JJLS),

    revitalisasi kawasan Malioboro dan pembangunan Underpass

    Kentungan yang secara keseluruhan telah meningkatkan

    investasi sebesar 11,50% di tahun tersebut.

    Kinerja pertumbuhan ekonomi DIY terutama dapat dilihat

    pada realisasi pertumbuhan Produk Domestik Regional Bruto

    (PDRB) DIY pada triwulan IV 2018 yang tercatat sebesar 7%,

    melebihi triwulan sebelumnya sebesar 6,03% dan naik dari

    level pada triwulan III 2018 sebesar 5,25%.

    Meanwhile in terms of interest rates, throughout 2018, BI

    has raised the benchmark interest rate or BI 7 - Day Reverse

    Repo Rate by 6 (six) times to reach 6.00% at the end of the

    year. If accumulated, BI has increased interest rates by 175

    bps. Whereas deposit facilities were at the level of 5.25% and

    the lending facility interest rate was recorded at the level of

    6.75% as of the end of 2018.

    The increase in the rate was to maintain the competitiveness

    of the financial market amid the heightened uncertainty in the

    global economy. In addition, the step to increase interest rates

    was a form of BI’s support for the government’s solid steps

    to reduce the current account deficit. In addition to raising

    the benchmark interest rate to strengthen the attractiveness

    of domestic financial assets and anticipate a rise in global

    interest rates, BI also issued new regulations regarding rupiah

    derivative transactions in the form of interest rate swaps and

    overnight index swaps. The regulation was issued to support

    the transparency of the yield curve in the money market and

    debt, strengthen the transmission of monetary policy, and

    encourage government and corporate debt securities.

    DIY ECONOMYIn 2018, the economy of the Special Region of Yogyakarta

    (DIY) grew by 6.20% from 2017 or higher than the national

    economic growth. This positive performance was supported

    by investment performance which was a positive impact of the

    acceleration of infrastructure development in 2018. Besides,

    an increase in household consumption also contributed to the

    DIY economy.

    The high growth of investment performance in 2018 was

    mainly supported by massive infrastructure development,

    including the construction of New Yogyakarta International

    Airport (NYIA), the Southern Cross Road (JJLS), the

    revitalization of the Malioboro area, and the construction of

    the Kentungan Underpass which overall increased investment

    by 11.50% in that year.

    DIY economic growth can be seen in the realization of DIY

    Gross Regional Domestic Product (GRDP) growth in the

    fourth quarter of 2018 which was recorded at 7%, exceeding

    the previous quarter at 6.03% and up from the level in the

    third quarter of 2018 at 5.25%.

    Tingkat inflasi DIY secara tahunan tercatat sebesar 2,66%

    berdasarkan data Kantor Perwakilan Bank Indonesia (BI) DIY.

    Angka tersebut merupakan yang terendah dibandingkan

    provinsi lainnya di Pulau Jawa dan lebih rendah dibandingkan

    tingkat inflasi nasional pada 2018 yang tercatat sebesar

    3,13%. Realisasi inflasi sebesar 2,66% pada tahun 2018

    terkendali dan berada pada sasaran target inflasi 3,5% plus

    minus 1%. Terkendalinya tingkat inflasi tersebut merupakan

    hasil dari upaya Tim Pengendali Inflasi Daerah (TPID) DIY

    dalam menjaga stabilitas inflasi melalui beberapa strategi,

    seperti warung untuk rakyat.

    TINJAUAN INDUSTRI PERBANKAN NASIONALKinerja positif ekonomi Nasional turut dipengaruhi oleh

    stabilitas sistem keuangan nasional di tahun 2018.

    Berdasarkan data Otoritas Jasa Keuangan (OJK) dalam

    Aset perbankan nasional di tahun 2018 telah mencapai

    Rp8.068,35 triliun, meningkat sebesar 9,21% dibandingkan

    tahun 2017 sebesar Rp7.387,63 triliun. Aset Bank nasional

    tahun 2018 tersebut terbagi dalam beberapa kelompok

    bank, antara lain Bank Persero sebesar Rp3.343,00 triliun,

    BUSN Devisa sebesar Rp3.126,36 triliun, BUSN Non Devisa

    sebesar Rp101,04 triliun, BPD sebesar Rp655,96 triliun,

    Bank Campuran sebesar Rp390,33 triliun dan Bank Asing

    sebesar Rp451,66 triliun. Penghimpunan Dana Pihak Ketiga

    (DPK) tercatat sebesar Rp5.630,45 triliun, naik tipis sebesar

    6,45% dibandingkan realisasi pada akhir tahun 2017 sebesar

    Rp5.289,38 triliun. Berdasarkan jenisnya, perlambatan

    pertumbuhan DPK terutama terjadi pada instrumen

    Simpanan Berjangka yang hanya tumbuh sebesar 5,75%

    dibandingkan tahun sebelumnya sebesar 8,98%. Sementara

    jumlah penyaluran kredit perbankan nasional tercatat

    sebesar Rp5.358,01 triliun, naik 12,05% dibandingkan tahun

    2017 sebesar Rp4.781,93 triliun. Secara nominal, kenaikan

    terbesar berasal dari kredit kepada pihak ketiga yang naik

    sebesar Rp556,94 triliun atau 11,75% dibandingkan tahun

    sebelumnya. Namun secara persentase, kenaikan penyaluran

    kredit kepada Bank Lain memberikan pertumbuhan terbesar,

    yaitu 43,52%. Dari keseluruhan jumlah kredit yang berhasil

    disalurkan oleh Bank Umum di tahun 2018, kredit Modal

    Kerja masih mendominasi jumlah pemberian kredit sebesar

    Rp2.512,48 triliun dengan kontribusi sebesar 47,45% dan

    diikuti oleh kredit Konsumsi dan Investasi dengan masing-

    masing kontribusi sebesar 27,83% dan 24,72%.

    The annual DIY inflation rate was 2.66% based on data from

    the Bank Indonesia (BI) Representative Office in DIY. This

    figure was the lowest compared to other provinces in Java

    and was lower than the national inflation rate in 2018 which

    was 3.13%. Realization of inflation was 2.66% in 2018,

    under control and was on the inflation target at 3.5% plus

    minus 1%. The controlled inflation rate was the result of the

    efforts of the DIY Regional Inflation Control Team (TPID) in

    maintaining inflation stability through several strategies, such

    as stalls for the people.

    NATIONAL BANKING INDUSTRY OVERVIEWThe positive performance of the National economy was also

    influenced by the stability of the national financial system in

    2018. Based on data from the Financial Services Authority

    (OJK), national banking assets in 2018 reached Rp8,068.35

    trillion, increased by 9.21% compared to 2017 at Rp7,387.63

    trillion. The national bank assets in 2018 were divided into

    several bank groups, including State Banks at Rp3,343.00

    trillion, Foreign Exchange BUSN at Rp3,126.36 trillion, Non-

    Foreign Exchange BUSN at Rp101.04 trillion, BPD at Rp655.96

    trillion, Mixed Banks at Rp390.33 trillion, and Foreign Bank at

    Rp451.66 trillion. Third Party Funds (DPK) was recorded at

    Rp5,630.45 trillion, up slightly by 6.45% compared to the

    realization at the end of 2017 at Rp5,289.38 trillion. By type,

    the slowdown in DPK growth mainly occurred in the Time

    Deposit instrument which only grew by 5.75% compared to

    the previous year at 8.98%, while total national bank loan

    was recorded at Rp5,388.01 trillion, up 12.05% compared to

    2017 at Rp4,781.93 trillion. Nominally, the highest increase

    came from loans to third parties which rose by Rp556.94

    trillion or 11.75% compared to the previous year. However,

    in terms of percentage, the increase in loan to other banks

    provided the largest growth, namely 43.52%. From the total

    number of loans successfully channeled by Commercial Banks

    in 2018, Working Capital loans still dominated the amount of

    loan at Rp2,512.48 trillion with a contribution of 47.45% and

    followed by Consumption and Investment loans with 27.83%

    and 24.72% contributions respectively.

    PENCAPAIAN KINERJA 2018Dewan Komisaris memandang tahun 2018 merupakan tahun

    yang cukup menantang bagi industri perbankan. Kondisi

    ekonomi global maupun domestik yang belum sepenuhnya

    pulih dan masih diliputi ketidakpastian turut memberikan

    dampak yang luas bagi kinerja industri perbankan secara

    keseluruhan. Belum lagi dihadapkan dengan era disrupsi

    digital yang bergerak sangat cepat membuat persaingan di

    industri semakin dinamis.

    Kendati demikian, kami melihat Bank BPD DIY masih berhasil

    melalui berbagai tantangan tersebut dengan mencatatkan

    kinerja cukup membanggakan pada tahun 2018. Hal tersebut

    terllihat dari indikator pencapaian berdasarkan target

    yang dituangkan dalam Rancangan Kerja dan Anggaran

    Perusahaan (RKAP) tahun 2018 maupun Rancangan Bisnis

    Bank (RBB) tahun 2018 yang diselaraskan dengan Corporate

    Plan tahun 2016-2020.

    Salah satu capaian yang patut diapresiasi adalah kinerja

    penyaluran kredit Bank BPD DIY yang mampu tumbuh

    13,71%. Capaian ini merupakan rekor tertinggi sejak tahun

    2015. Realisasi penyaluran kredit dan pembiayaan tahun

    2018 tercatat sebesar Rp7,48 triliun atau 101,26% dari

    target sebesar Rp7,39 triliun atau tumbuh 13,71% dari posisi

    tahun 2017 sebesar Rp6,58 triliun, Pertumbuhan ini juga

    jauh lebih tinggi jika dibandingkan pertumbuhan penyaluran

    kredit di DIY sebesar 11%. Pertumbuhan ini dipengaruhi oleh

    kebijakan dalam strategi pemasaran kredit terutama terkait

    dengan target pasar. Sedangkan secara khusus realisasi

    penyaluran kredit dan pembiayaan untuk UMKM sebesar

    Rp1,99 triliun atau tercapai sebesar 88,92% dari target yang

    ditetapkan sebesar Rp2,24 triliun, dimana alokasi kredit dan

    pembiayaan Non UMKM tercapai sebesar Rp1,93 triliun atau

    128,53% melebihi dari target yang ditetapkan sebesar Rp1,50

    triliun. Komisaris mendorong Bank BPD DIY agar lebih agresif

    dalam menyalurkan kredit untuk sektor produktif seperti pada

    sektor Usaha Mikro Kecil dan Menengah (UMKM) melalui

    produk Mikro Makarya, Angkringan, dan Mikro Makarti.

    Kinerja positif juga ditunjukan oleh pencapaian

    penghimpunan Dana Pihak Ketiga (DPK), yang terealisasi

    101,15% atau tercatat sebesar Rp8,86 triliun dari target.

    Capain ini ini tercatat tumbuh 9,64% dari capaian tahun 2017

    sebesar Rp8,09 triliun. Pertumbuhan DPK ini menunjukkan

    kepercayaan masyarakat kepada PT Bank BPD DIY masih

    terjaga.

    2018 PERFORMANCEThe Board of Commissioners views that 2018 was as a

    challenging year for the banking industry. Global and domestic

    economic conditions that have not fully recovered and were

    still filled with uncertainties also have a broad impact on

    the performance of the banking industry as a whole, not to

    mention the digital era disruption that was moving very fast,

    making competition in the industry increasingly dynamic.

    Nevertheless, we view that Bank BPD DIY succeeded through

    various challenges by recording quite a proud performance

    in 2018. This can be seen from the achievement indicators

    based on the targets outlined in the 2018 Work Plan and

    Budget (RKAP) and the 2018 Bank Business Plan (RBB) which

    were aligned with the 2016-2020 Corporate Plan.

    One of achievements that deserve to be appreciated is the

    performance of Bank BPD DIY lending which was able to

    grow by 13.71%. This achievement is the highest record

    since 2015. The realization of lending and financing in 2018

    was recorded at Rp7.48 trillion or 101.26% of the target

    at Rp7.39 trillion or grew by 13.71% from the position in

    2017 at Rp6.58 trillion. Such growth is also much higher

    when compared to the growth of DIY lending by 11%. This

    growth was influenced by policies in the loan marketing

    strategy mainly related to the target market. In particular, the

    realization of lending and financing for MSMEs amounted to

    Rp1.99 trillion or reached 88.92% of the target set at Rp2.24

    trillion, where the allocation of loan and non-MSME financing

    reached Rp1.93 trillion or 128.53%, exceeding the target set

    at Rp1.50 trillion. The Commissioners encouraged Bank BPD

    DIY to be more aggressive in lending to productive sectors

    such as the Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSME)

    through Mikro Makarya, Angkringan, and Mikro Makarti

    products.

    Positive performance was also shown by the achievement

    of Third Party Funds (TPF) which realized at 101.15% or

    recorded at Rp8.86 trillion of the targets. This achievement

    recorded a growth of 9.64% from the 2017 achievement at

    Rp8.09 trillion. This growth in DPK shows that public trust in

    PT Bank BPD DIY is still maintained.

    Sementara dari sisi Aset, total Aset Bank BPD DIY terus

    mengalami pertumbuhan dalam kurun waktu empat tahun

    terakhir sejak tahun 2014. Pada tahun 2018, total Aset

    Bank BPD DIY tumbuh sebesar 12,14% dari total aset

    tahun 2017 sebesar Rp10,70 triliun yang dipengaruhi terus

    meningkatnya penghimpunan DPK. Dari sisi Laba, Bank BPD

    DIY membukukan Laba Rp311,32 miliar atau 103,77% dari

    target yang ditetapkan sebesar Rp300 miliar, Laba diperoleh

    meningkat sebesar 4,44% dari pencapaian akhir tahun 2017

    sebesar Rp298,06 miliar.

    Meski mencatatkan kinerja keuangan yang positif, namun

    dari sisi Rasio Bank BPD DIY masih perlu melakukan beberapa

    langkah strategis. Sebab, baik dari CAR, Return on Equity,

    dan Return on Asset mengalami penurunan dari tahun

    sebelumnya. Sementara pencapaian Loan to Deposits Ratio

    (LDR) tercapai sebesar 83,94%, masih berada di dalam batas

    sesuai ketentuan Peraturan Bank Indonesia Nomor 18/14/

    PBI/2016 tanggal 18 Agustus 2016 yaitu, batas bawah LDR

    sebesar 80% dan batas atas LDR sebesar 92%, sehingga

    Bank tidak dikenakan disinsentif oleh Bank Indonesia,

    pencapaian ini lebih tinggi jika dibandingkan LDR tahun 2017

    yaitu sebesar 81,18%. Sementara dari Non Performing Loan

    (NPL) Bank BPD DIY masih bisa mencapai NPL lebih baik dari

    target yang ditetapkan yakni sebesar 4,5%, pencapaian NPL

    tercapai sebesar 4,21%. Secara keseluruhan Dewan Komisaris

    menilai Bank BPD DIY mampu menunjukan pencapaian

    kinerja keuangan yang baik, meski di beberapa aspek perlu

    ditingkatkan kinerjanya agar lebih optimal.

    ASPEK OPERASIONAL Dewan Komisaris menilai Bank BPD DIY sudah sangat baik

    dalam meningkatkan kualitas layanan dan inovasi produk

    perbankan terutama dalam menghadapi era disrupsi

    digitalisasi di sektor perbankan. Sejak beberapa tahun

    terakhir Bank BPD DIY telah mengembangkan produk

    berbasis teknologi digital seperti mobile banking, Cash

    Mangement System, e-money dan terakhir t-money yang

    secara resmi di-launcing pada tahun 2018 untuk memenuhi

    kebutuhan nasabah kaum milenial dalam transaksi finansia

    serta memenangi persaingan di industri perbankan.

    Disamping pengembangan sistem teknologi dan produk

    berbasis digital, Bank BPD DIY juga memperkuat basis

    layananya dengan melakukan penambahan jaringan layanan

    baru sejumlah 12. Dengan adanya penambahan jaringan

    layanan tersebut, maka pada akhir tahun 2018 jumlah

    Total Assets of Bank BPD DIY continued to grow in the last

    four years since 2014. Total assets of Bank BPD DIY in 2018

    grew by 12.14% from total assets in 2017 at Rp10.70 trillion

    which was affected by increasing collection of DPK. Bank

    BPD DIY posted a profit of Rp311.32 billion or 103.77% of

    the target set at Rp300 billion, increased by 4.44% from the

    achievement at the end of 2017 at Rp298.06 billion.

    Although recorded a positive financial performance, Bank

    BPD DIY still need to take several strategic steps in terms

    of ratio, for CAR, Return on Equity, and Return on Asset

    decreased from the previous year, while the achievement of

    the Loan to Deposits Ratio (LDR) reached 83.94%, still within

    the limits according to the Regulation of Bank Indonesia

    No. 18/14/PBI/2016 dated August 18, 2016, namely, the

    lower limit of LDR at 80% and the upper limit of the LDR

    at 92%, so that the Bank is not subject to disincentives by

    Bank Indonesia. This achievement is higher compared to LDR

    in 2017 at 81.18%, while the Non-Performing Loan (NPL) of

    Bank BPD DIY can still achieve NPL better than the target set

    at 4.5%, the achievement of NPL reached 4.21%. Overall,

    the Board of Commissioners assesses that Bank BPD DIY is

    able to demonstrate good financial performance, although

    in some aspects it needs to be improved to be more optimal.

    OPERATIONAL ASPECTThe Board of Commissioners considers that Bank BPD DIY

    has been very good in improving the quality of service and

    innovation of banking products, especially in the facing

    digitalization disruption era in the banking sector. Since the

    last few years, Bank BPD DIY has developed digital technology-

    based products such as mobile banking, cash management

    system, e-money and lastly t-money which officially released

    in 2018 to meet the needs of millennial customers in financial

    transactions and win competition in the banking industry.

    Besides the development of technology system and digital-

    based products, Bank BPD DIY also strengthened its service

    base by adding 12 new service networks. With the addition

    of these service networks, by the end of 2018 total service

    networks of Bank BPD DIY has reached 320 networks

    PENGAWASAN IMPLEMENTASI STRATEGI PERUSAHAAN YANG DIJALANKAN DIREKSIDalam rangka menjalankan peran pengawasan aktif,

    Dewan Komisaris terus melakukan kegiatan pengawasan

    dan pemberian nasehat kepada Direksi agar kegiatan

    usaha Bank BPD DIY dapat dilaksanakan dengan baik sesuai

    dengan rencana dan target bisnis yang telah ditetapkan

    bersama. Direksi juga telah menyusun dengan baik Rencana

    Bisnis Bank Bank BPD DIY Tahun 2018 yang mengacu kepada

    Corporate Plan maupun visi dan misi Bank BPD DIY.

    Dewan Komisaris bersama Direksi telah membangun

    komunikasi yang terbuka dan intens terutama dalam

    merumuskan berbagai kebijakan strategis guna

    mengoptimalkan kinerja di sepanjang tahun 2018. Bentuk

    pengawasan yang dilakukan Dewan Komisaris yakni

    dengan melakukan rapat bersama Direksi yang telah

    dilakukan sebanyak11 kali rapat atau pertemuan. Sebagai

    bentuk pengawasan aktif Dewan Komisaris, Direksi telah

    menyampaikan laporan bulanan atas Kinerja yang akan

    dilakukan review setiap Triwulanan oleh Komisaris dan

    dilaporkan kepada Otoritas Jasa Keuangan (OJK) setiap

    Semester melalui Laporan Pengawasan Pelaksanaan Rencana

    Bisnis Bank.

    Di samping itu, review atas kinerja Bank dilakukan secara

    triwulanan dengan menerima laporan maupun pembahasan

    dalam rapat-rapat koordinasi. Dari sisi operasional, Dewan

    Komisaris melakukan pemantauan melalui Komite Audit,

    Komite Pemantau Risiko serta Komite Remunerasi dan

    Nominasi. Dari hasil review yang dilakukan, disimpulkan

    bahwa Kinerja Bank di tahun 2018 adalah baik.

    Dewan Komisaris juga selalu mendorong peran aktif

    dari Komite Audit, Komite Pemantau Risiko serta Komite

    Remunerasi dan Nominasi untuk melaksanakan tugas

    sesuai dengan Job Description yang harus dilakukan serta

    mendorong komunikasi antara SKAI dan Komite Audit, Divisi

    Manajemen Risiko dan Kepatuhan dengan Komite Pemantau

    Risiko maupun Komite Remunerasi dan Nominasi dengan

    Divisi SDM dan Umum. Secara keseluruhan pada tahun 2018,

    fungsi pengawasan dan komunikasi bersama Direksi telah

    berjalan dengan sangat baik sehingga Bank BPD DIY mampu

    mencatatkan kinerja positif pada tahun ini.

    SUPERVISION ON IMPLEMENTATION OF STRATEGY BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORSIn order to carry out an active supervisory role, the Board

    of Commissioners continues to carry out supervisory and

    advisory activities to the Board of Directors so that the

    business activities of Bank BPD DIY can be carried out properly

    in accordance with the business plans and targets that have

    been set together. The Board of Directors has also prepared

    2018 Bank BPD DIY Business Plan that refers to the Corporate

    Plan and the vision and mission of Bank BPD DIY.

    The Board of Commissioners and the Board of Directors have

    established open and intense communication, especially in

    formulating various strategic policies to optimize performance

    Board of Commissioners was by conducting meetings with

    the Board of Directors which have been carried out as much

    as 11 meetings. As a form of active supervision by the Board

    of Commissioners, the Board of Directors has submitted a

    monthly report on the Performance that will be reviewed

    quarterly by the Board of Commissioners and reported to

    Financial Services Authority (OJK) every semester through the

    Bank Business Plan Implementation Supervision Report.

    In addition, a review of the Bank’s performance is conducted

    quarterly by receiving reports and discussions in coordination

    meetings. From the operational aspect, the Board of

    Commissioners monitors through the Audit Committee, Risk

    Monitoring Committee, and Remuneration and Nomination

    Committee. From the results of the review conducted, it was

    concluded that the Bank’s performance in 2018 was good.

    The Board of Commissioners also encourages the active role

    of the Audit Committee, Risk Monitoring Committee, and

    Remuneration and Nomination Committee to carry out duties

    in accordance with the Job Description that must be carried

    out and encourage communication between the SKAI and

    Audit Committee, Risk Management and Compliance Division

    with the Risk Monitoring Committee and Remuneration

    Nomination and Committee with the HR and General

    Division. Overall in 2018, the function of supervision and

    PENILAIAN ATAS KINERJA KOMITEDalam mendukung pelaksanaan fungsi pengawasan,

    Dewan Komisaris Bank BPD DIY dibantu oleh Komite

    Audit, Komite Pemantau Risiko serta Komite Nominasi dan

    Remunerasi. Komite Audit bertugas membantu Dewan

    Komisaris melakukan pengawasan terhadap sistem dan

    proses pelaporan keuangan, proses audit atas laporan

    keuangan Perseroan, evaluasi atas pelaksanaan pengawasan

    internal (internal control) Perseroan, evaluasi atas kinerja

    Internal Auditor Perseroan, dan pengawasan kinerja teknis

    dan operasional serta pemenuhan ketentuan dan peratuan

    perundang-undangan lainnya.

    Komite Pemantau Risiko bertugas membantu Dewan

    Komisaris melakukan pemantauan dan monitoring

    pelaksanaan Manajemen Risiko di lingkungan Bank BPD DIY

    yang menjalankan kegiatan usaha di industri perbankan.

    Sedangkan Komite Remunerasi dan Nominasi membantu

    Dewan Komisaris dalam mendorong dilaksanakannya

    kaderisasi yang terstruktur dan berkelanjutan, termasuk

    dalam rangka seleksi calon Pengurus Bank.

    Pada tahun 2018, komite-komite tersebut sudah sangat

    efektif membantu Dewan Komisaris menjalankan fungsi

    pengawas baik pada aspek audit, manajemen risiko, serta

    nominasi dan remunerasi. Penilaian terhadap Komite diukur

    dengan adanya aktivitas pemantauan dan review yang

    dilakukan serta frekuensi pertemuan yang dilakukan. Komite

    Audit beberapa kali mengundang Direktur Pemasaran untuk

    melakukan pembahasan aspek perkreditan. Pertemuan

    Komite Pemantauan Risiko dengan Divisi yang membidangi

    Manajemen Risiko dan Kepatuhan dilakukan secara berkala

    termasuk dalam membahas pedoman-pedoman yang

    dibuat sebagai upaya melakukan mitgasi terhadap risiko

    yang dihadapi. Dewan Komisaris berkomitmen untuk

    meningkatkan kualitas kinerja komite agar pengelolaan Bank

    BPD DIY menjadi lebih profesional dengan mengacu pada

    standar tertinggi di industri perbankan.

    ASSESSMENT ON COMMITTEE PERFORMANCEIn supporting the implementation of the supervisory function,

    the Board of Commissioners of Bank BPD DIY is assisted

    by Audit Committee, Risk Monitoring Committee, and

    the Nomination and Remuneration Committee. Duties of

    Audit Committee are assisting the Board of Commissioners

    in supervising the financial reporting system and process,

    auditing the Company’s financial statements, evaluating the

    Company’s internal control, evaluating the performance of

    the Company’s Internal Auditors, and overseeing technical

    and operational performance and compliance with the laws

    and regulations.

    Duties of Risk Monitoring Committee are assisting the

    Board of Commissioners to monitor the implementation

    of Risk Management within the Bank BPD DIY that runs

    business activities in the banking industry. Remuneration and

    Nomination Committee assists the Board of Commissioners

    in encouraging the implementation of structured and

    sustainable regeneration, including in the framework of

    selecting prospective Bank Managers.

    In 2018, these committees have been very effective in assisting

    the Board of Commissioners in carrying out supervisory

    functions in the aspects of audit, risk management,

    and nominations and remuneration. Assessment of the

    Committee was measured by the existence of monitoring and

    review activities and the frequency of meetings conducted.

    The Audit Committee has invited the Director of Marketing

    several times to discuss loan aspects. The meeting of the

    Risk Monitoring Committee with the Division in charge of

    Risk Management and Compliance is carried out regularly,

    including in discussing the guidelines made as an effort

    to mitigate the risks faced. The Board of Commissioners

    is committed to improving the quality of the committee’s

    performance so that the management of Bank BPD DIY

    becomes more professional by referring to the highest

    standards in the banking industry.

    IMPELEMENTASI TATA KELOLA PERUSAHAAN/ GOOD CORPORATE GOVERNANCE (GCG)Dewan Komisaris memandang, implementasi tata

    kelola perusahaan yang baik atau Good Corporate

    Governance (GCG) telah dijalankan dengan baik yang diukur

    dari aspek struktur, proses maupun outcome-nya. Dari aspek

    struktur, jumlah dan keanggotaan Dewan Komisaris, Komite-

    komite yang wajib ada di bank telah menuhi ketentuan.

    Independensi maupun kompetensi dari personil selama

    ini berjalan dengan memadai. Bank BPD DIY juga tidak

    ditemukan adanya benturan kepentingan maupun tindakan

    yang melanggar etika dan integritas.

    Bank BPD secara konsisten menjalankan bisnis yang sehat

    dengan mematuhi berbagai regulasi baik dari Bank Indonesia,

    Otoritas Jasa Keuangan, maupun peraturan perundang-

    undangan lainnya.

    Tugas pengawasan atas pelaksanan tugas Direksi juga

    dilakukan dengan cermat dan kegiatan yang dijalankan oleh

    bank telah berprinsip pada four eyes principle & dual control.

    Pelaporan-pelaporan dijalankan dengan baik dan tepat waktu,

    tidak terdapat sanksi-sanksi atas laporan yang signifikan

    terjadi. Sementara, kegiatan pengawasan dan pelaksanaan

    usaha yang dijalankan baik oleh Dewan Komisaris maupun

    Direksi telah mendapatkan persetujuan oleh RUPS Tahunan

    dan diberikan Pembebasan dan Pelunasan (Acquit et de

    charge).

    Dalam rangka menjaga dan meningkatkan kualitas penerapan

    tata kelola, Bank BPD DIY secara berkala setiap tahunya

    melakukan penilaian sendiri (self assessment) untuk mengukur

    pelaksanaan tata kelola, Bank BPD DIY mendapatkan nilai

    Komposit 2 dari hasil assessment yang mencerminkan

    manajemen Bank telah melakukan penerapan Tata Kelola

    yang secara umum sangat baik. Penerapan GCG di Bank BPD

    DIY juga diperkuat Unit Kepatuhan yang bertanggungjawab

    menetapkan kebijakan atau mengambil keputusan untuk

    mencegah unsur penyimpangan, ketidakpatuhan, bahkan

    pelanggaran terhadap ketentuan dan peraturan yang berlaku,

    serta melanggar prinsip kehati-hatian. Fungsi kepatuhan ini

    juga berperan dalam program Anti Pencucian Uang (APU)

    dan Pencegahan Pendanaan Terorisme (PPT) dan melakukan

    pemantauan Transaksi Keuangan Mencurigakan (TKM) dan

    Transaksi Keuangan Tunai (TKT). Pelaporan kepada otoritas

    terkait ini merupakan komitmen Bank BPD DIY mencegah

    terjadinya tindakan melanggar hukum dalam melakukan

    transaksi perbankan. Dewan Komisaris berharap, Bank BPD

    IMPLEMENTATION OF GOOD CORPORATE GOVERNANCEThe Board of Commissioners considers that the implementation

    of Good Corporate Governance (GCG) has been carried out

    properly as measured by aspects of structure, process and the

    outcome. On structure aspect, number and membership of

    the Board of Commissioners and Committees that shall exist

    in the Bank have fulfilled the provisions. The independence

    and competence of personnel has been running smoothly.

    Bank BPD DIY Bank also found no conflicts of interest or

    actions that violated ethics and integrity.

    Bank BPD DIY consistently runs a sound business by complying

    with various regulations from Bank Indonesia, the Financial

    Services Authority, and other laws and regulations.

    Duty of supervision over the implementation of the duties of

    the Board of Directors was also carried out carefully and the

    activities carried out by the Bank have referred to the four eyes

    principle & dual control. Reporting was carried out properly

    and on time, there were no significant sanctions for the

    reports. Meanwhile, business supervision and implementation

    activities carried out by both the Board of Commissioners and

    the Board of Directors have been approved by the Annual

    GMS and granted Full Release and Discharge (Acquit et de

    charge).

    In order to maintain and improve the quality of governance

    implementation, Bank BPD DIY periodically conducts self-

    assessment to measure the implementation of governance.

    Bank BPD DIY received Composite 2 score from an assessment

    that reflected the Bank’s management that has implemented

    good Governance in general. GCG implementation at

    Bank BPD DIY was also strengthened by the Compliance

    Unit which was responsible for determining policies or

    making decisions to prevent elements of irregularities, non-

    compliance, and even violations on applicable rules and

    regulations, and violation on the principle of prudence. The

    compliance function also played a role in the Anti-Money

    Laundering (APU) and Counter Terrorism Financing (PPT)

    program and monitored Suspicious Financial Transactions

    (TKM) and Cash Financial Transactions (TKT). The report

    was then followed-up to the relevant agencies. Reporting

    to relevant authorities is a commitment of Bank BPD DIY to

    prevent unlawful actions in conducting banking transactions.

    DIY terus meningkatkan kualitas GCG dengan mengevaluasi

    perangkat infrastruktur yang dimiliki serta menyesuaikan

    dengan peraturan maupun perundang-undangan yang

    terbaru terkait GCG di industri perbankan.

    PENGAWASAN WHISTLEBLOWING SYSTEMSebagai komitmen menjalankan binis yang baik dan bersih

    dari praktik kecurangan, Bank BPD DIY telah memiliki

    Whistleblowing System (WBS). WBS atau sistem pelaporan

    pelanggaran ini merupakan sistem yang digunakan untuk

    menyampaikan pengaduan terkait praktik kecurangan yang

    dilakukan seluruh insan Bank BPD DIY. Sebagai bagian dari

    fungsi pengawasan, Dewan Komisaris secara rutin dan

    aktif memonitor pengelolaan WBS terkait aduan mengenai

    penyimpangan internal maupun indikasi pelanggaran hukum.

    Saat ini tengah dilakaukan perbaikan model WBS yang dibuat

    dengan model open system.

    Dewan Komisaris meminta WBS terus diperkuat, baik dari

    sisi monitoring serta keaktifan dalam menindaklanjuti

    segala indikasi penyimpangan agar pengelolaan Bank BPD

    DIY terbebas dari praktik penyimpangan yang merugikan

    perusahaan.

    IMPELEMENTASI TATA KELOLA PERUSAHAAN/ GOOD CORPORATE GOVERNANCE (GCG) UNIT USAHA SYARIAHDewan Komisaris menilai Tata Kelola Unit Usaha Syariah juga

    sudah dijalankan dengan baik sesuai kaidah dan prinsip syariah

    yang berlaku di industri perbankan. Dewan Pengawas

    Syariah (DPS), juga sudah menjalankan peran dan fungsinya

    untuk memastikan bahwa kegiatan Unit Usaha Syariah Bank

    BPD DIY telah benar-benar dilaksanakan berdasarkan prinsip-

    prinsip syariah dan tata kelola perusahaan secara Islami yang

    berdasarkan Persaudaraan (ukhuwah) Keadilan (adalah)

    Kemaslahatan (maslahah) dan Keseimbangan (tawazun) serta

    Undang-Undang tentang perbankan syariah dan ketentuan

    dari Dewan Syariah Nasional (DSN) yang menjadi pedoman

    dalam menjalankan Unit Usaha Syariah.

    Kualitas penerapan GCG Unit Usaha Syariah dapat terlihat

    dari assessment yang dilakukan mendapatkan nilai komposit

    from fraud, Bank BPD DIY has a Whistleblowing System

    (WBS). WBS or violation reporting system is a system used

    to submit complaints related to fraud practices carried out

    by all personnel of Bank BPD DIY. As part of the supervisory

    function, the Board of Commissioners routinely and actively

    monitors the management of the WBS regarding complaints

    on internal irregularities and indications of violations of the

    law. Bank BPD DIY is currently improving the WBS made with

    open system mode.

    The Board of Commissioners requested that the WBS

    continue to be strengthened, both in terms of monitoring

    and activeness in following up any indications of irregularities

    so that the management of Bank DIY BPD is free from the

    practice of irregularities that harm the Company.

    IMPLEMENTATION OF GOOD CORPORATE GOVERNANCE OF SHARIA BUSINESS UNIT

    The Board of Commissioners assesses that the Sharia Business

    Unit Management has been carried out properly according to

    the principles and sharia principles that apply in the banking

    industry. The Sharia Supervisory Board (DPS) has also carried

    out its role and function to ensure that the activities of Sharia

    Business Unit of Bank BPD DIY have been truly implemented

    based on Sharia principles and corporate governance based

    on Brotherhood (ukhuwah) Justice (adalah) Benefit (maslahah)

    and Balance (tawazun) as well as the Law on sharia banking

    and the provisions of the National Sharia Council (DSN) which

    are guidelines in running the Sharia Business Unit.

    the Sharia Business Unit has carried out its business activities

    in accordance with the prevailing laws and regulations,

    PANDANGAN ATAS PROSPEK USAHA YANG DISUSUN OLEH DIREKSIDewan Komisaris menilai tahun 2019 industri perbankan masih

    diliputi berbagai tantangan yang cukup berat. Diantaranya

    ketidakpastian ekonomi global serta perubahan prilaku

    nasabah yang beralih pada digital economy. Dewan Komisaris

    memandang Direksi serta Manajemen telah menyiapkan

    langkah antisasipasi yang dengan menyusun Rencana Bisnis

    Bank Tahun 2019 sehingga kinerja Bank BPD DIY bisa lebih

    fokus dan terarah diantaranya menekankan pada memperkuat

    permodalan, meningkatkan fungsi Governance, Risk and

    Compliance yang berkelanjutan, mempertahankan market

    share kredit dan pembiayaan, mempertahankan market

    share dana, melanjutkan pengembangan digital banking

    untuk menyasar generasi milenial, meningkatkan kualitas dan

    kuantitas SDM serta menerapkan budaya kerja “ISTIMEWA”,

    optimalisasi potensi pendapatan dan penggunaan biaya yang

    efektif untuk menghasilkan laba yang optimal dan melanjutkan

    proses spin off Unit Usaha Syariah (UUS).
