ABSTRAK
.unga brokoli (Brassica oleracea 8$9 termasuk suku Brassicaceae.
.rokoli dapat tumbuh di daerah beriklim dingin$ .unga brokoli dikonsumsi
sebagai sayuran yang memiliki banyak khasiat salah satunya sebagai antioksidan
penangkal radikal bebas sehingga dapat mencegah berbagai macam penyakit$
Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk melakukan skrining 3itokimia(
karakterisasi simplisia dan menguji akti"itas antioksidan dari ekstrak etanol( 3raksi
n-heksan( 3raksi kloro3orm( 3raksi etilasetat dan 3raksi air dari bunga brokoli$
Skrining 3itokimia dilakukan terhadap ekstrak dan serbuk simplisia(
selanjutnya serbuk simplisia diekstraksi secara perkolasi dengan menggunakan
