CNC Prototyping (CNC加工)

CNC是一种由程序控制的自动化机床，该控制系统能够逻辑地处具有控制编码或者其他符号指令规定的程序，通过计算机将其译码，从而使机床执行规定好的动作，通过道具切削将毛坯料加工成半成品零件。CNC加工出来的杨建成型尺寸大、强度高、韧性好、成本低等优势，已成为样件制作的首选。公差：100mm+/-0.15mm.

CNC is an auotomation tool controlled by program. The control system can logically control codes or other symbols instructions perscribed by the computer to decode, implement the provisions of the machine to make a good action. By cutting tool, material will be processed into semi-finished parts blank. The sample milled out CNC will be with advantages: a large sample size, high strength, good toughness, low cost. Tolerance: 100mm+/-0.15mm

Vacuum Casting (真空复膜)

注塑利用原有样板，在真空状态下制作出硅胶模具，并采用聚氨酯材料进行灌注，从而克隆出与原型相同的复制件。公差：100mm/+/-0.20mm模具材料：进口硅胶、透明硅胶、特种硅胶

Using original model(CNC/SLA/SLS Model,make silicone mold under vacuum state, and perfusion with polyurethane, and then copy out the same prototype.Maximum size: 1000*800*800mm Tolerance:100mm/+/-0.20mm

Injected Material: Impoted PU, Transparent PU, Soft PU、PP、8150、PX223、PX100Mold material: Imported Silicone、Tnsparent Silicone、Special Silicone

Sheet Metal Machining (钣金加工)

利钣金加工是针对金属薄板（通常在6mm以下）一种综合冷加工工艺。包括剪、冲、切、焊接、铆钉、拼接、成型，特征是同一种工件厚度一致。常用材料有冷轧板（SPCC）、热轧板（SHCC)、镀锌板（SECC/SGCC),黄铜、紫铜、镀铜、铝板、铝型材、不锈钢。

Sheet metal processing is (usually in under 6 mm) a comprehensive cold working process. Including cutting, punching, cutting, welding, riveting, joining together, forming, whcih in the same thickness of workpiece. Commonly used materials like cold rolled sheet (SPCC), hot rolled plate (SHCC), galvanized sheet (SECC/SGCC), brass, copper, copper, aluminum plate, aluminum, stainless steel plating.

3D Printing (3D 激光成型)

SLA是指用特定波长与强度的激光聚焦到光固化材料表面，使之由点到线，由线到面顺序凝固，这样层层叠加成一个三维实体。SLA rapid prototyping process is uses a vat of liquid UV-curable photopolymer resin and a UV laser to build parts one layer at a time.

SLS工艺是医用粉末材料成型的。将材料铺洒在已成型的零件上面，并刮平，用高强度激光器在新层上面扫描出零件截面。SLS rapid prototyping process that uses a high power laser to fuse small particles of powder to build parts one layer at a time.

Low Pressure Profusion Molding (低压灌注)

将双组份聚氨酯材料混合后，在常温、低压环境下注入快速模具内，通过材料的聚合、交联、固化等化学和物理过程形成制品。具有效率高、生产周期短、过程简单、成本低的优点。适用于产品开发过程中的小批量生产的结构较简单的覆盖件和大型壁厚不均匀壁厚制品的生产。标准复制精度：+/-0.20mm/100mm 最大浇注件：2000×1200×1000mm.适用模具：ABS模具（100件以上）；树脂模具（300以上）；铝合金模具（1000件以上)浇注材料：双组份聚氨酯PU。所用材料：HD-PU4210,DCP-RIM,AXSON-RIM875

RIM is a new process way for producing large size and huge quantity products rapidly. RIM process is monomer or pre-polymer(PU Materials) in liquid state with a certain proportion which measured by the metering pump mixing in mixing head of a mold. After the mixture be injected into the mold under a low pressure, it will rapid response and cross-linking curing. After 10 minutes, it will be solidified, nad then release it from the mold, that is RIM product. Process: Storage - Measurement - Hybrid - Mold Filling - Demould - Post Processing

注塑成型是批量生产某些形状复杂部件时用到的一种加工方法。具体指将受热融化的材料由高压射入模腔，经冷却固化后，得到成形品。模具材料最重要的因素是热强度和热稳定性，常用模具材料：工作温度形成材料模具材料。Injection molding is a method to mass produce complex parts. Injection Mold & Die Casting Mold (模具)

压铸（英文：casting）是一种金属铸造工艺，其特点是利用模具腔对融化的金属施加高压。模具通常是用强度更高的合金加工而成的，这个过程有些类似注塑成型。大多数压铸铸件都是不含铁的，例如锌、铜、铝、镁、铅、锡以及铅锡合金以及它们的合金。根据压铸类型的不同，需要使用冷室压铸机或者热室压铸机。Die casting is a kind of metal casting process, which using high pressure push the melting metal under mold cavity. Molds are usually use high strength alloy, this some similar with injection molding. Most die castings are not inlclude iron, such as zinc, copper, aluminum, magnesium, lead, tin and lead tin alloy or their alloys. According to different types of die casting to choose cold chamber die casting machine or hot chamber die casting machine.

PS: we will send pictures of the products during production. But don't worry, all the info won't leak out and in confidential.

Packing and Delivery (包装和货运)

All the parts will be checked before delivery, with white paper, foam and air bubble sheet wrapped. Putting into Industrial-man custom-made carton or wooden box.

We will choose common International Express such as DHL/UPS/Fedex for delivery. If you need fastest way we can choose official one which freight cost would be higher than normal but faster(normal:3-4 days, official:1~2 days). You can also choose to pay with your own Express account.

在发货前，会根据生产订单核对所有部件。通常我们会用白纸，珍珠棉及泡泡纸包裹产品。然后放进工业人定做的纸箱或木箱中。

我们会使用DHL/UPS/Fedex等国际快递，一般走货代。但是如果客户需要更快的服务，可以选择走官方，但是运费会贵一点。客户也可以选择用自己的快递账号付款。
