Bangunan diidealisasikan dengan analisa 3 dimensi dengan elemen struktur kolom beton serta konstruksi rangka baja.. Analisa struktur direncanakan terhadap beban vertikal berupa beban yang terbagi rata yang didistribusikan dalam konstruksi rangka baja. Selain itu juga direncanakan beban horisontal akibat gempa pada konstruksi rangka baja tersebut. Analisa struktur memakai program bantu SAP90
