NUTRITION POST Using Positive Deviance (PD) approach to overcome lack of nutrition among children. In 2006, from 236 under 5 children 34 were found to be under M & BGM category. From 2007 until now there is a significant decrease. Recently, only 2 children under 5 that are under M & BGM category..

GREENERY PROGRAMIs a re-plantation program in the surrounding environment. This activity was started in 2006. One of the community members successfully grows anthurium and adenium

COMPOSTING PROGRAMIs a waste management program, starting from garbage separating: composting for organic waste and recycling for plastic garbage Recently, posyandu cadres develop Takakura compost that reduced the amount of waste up to 30-40 %

CLEAN RIVER PROGRAMCommunity members participate in cleaning Kali Krukut (700 Meters)

Conducted once in every three months (starting Mei 2006).

HANDWASHING WITH SOAP PROGRAM (CTPS)A health program to anticipate diarrhea etc. CTPS (HWWS) campaign is done through PAUD (Early childhood education), Pos Gizi (Nutrition Post), elementary school students and 3 Hand Washing Station in 3 locations.Every house has home base hand washing station.

BEHAVE PROGRAMConsists of activities to monitor children under five feeding habit and to encourage the mothers to give a nutritious food correctly.

RW SIAGA PROGRAMConsists of activities to help pregnant mother and the health of infants and children under five. :-Recording pregnant women (put sticker on their house)-Preparing savings for mother who gives birth (Tabulin-- Tabungan ibu bersalin)-Preparing social fund (Dasolin--Dana Sosial)-Preparing SIAGA vehicles (10 vehicles)-Preparing blood donation (32 people)

WATER TREATMENT PROGRAMThis program is intended to improve community members’ health quality through knowledge improvement about the importance of drinking water that is free of germs and water container that keeps the water safe from recontamination.

Activities:-Water treatment method discussion-Improving knowledge about safe container-Promoting Air RahMat as a water treatment method alternative.

Air RahMat Tank Installation:Drinking Water which have been purified with Air RahMat and can consume without boiling process.

Note: Air RahMat at MCK ++ is from well water that has been tested in Sucofindo laboratory.

Obtained Benefit :

Economic impact By using Air RahMat, community save their money and reducing the use of kerosene

Health Quality Ensuring community health quality. Most of the ice cube sellers in the neighborhood treat their water with Air RahMat. (before using Air RahMat the water for making ice cube was untreated water)
