    ABSTRAK

    Dinding penahan tanah merupakan salah satu dari berbagai metode untuk

    mengatasi kelongsoran suatu lereng. Banyaknya metode yang bisa digunakan

    memiliki sisi kelemahan, kelebihan dan kesesuaian dengan kondisi dilapangan.

    Salah satu metode yang dapat digunakan ialah dengan menerapkan lembaran

    geosintetik sebagai bahan perkuatan tanah.

    Studi kasus lereng sungai pada proyek pembangunan gedung D3

    Ekonomi UII, terdapat suatu dinding penahan tanah dengan pasangan batu.

    Perencanaan redesain dinding penahan tanah dengan pasangan batu diawali

    dengan menentukan stabilitas eksternal dan stabilitas internal struktur tersebut.

    Tahapan redesain dengan menggunakan geotekstil akan diperoleh dimensinya,

    selanjutnya dianalisis stabilitas eksternalnya untuk mengetahui tingkat keamanan

    dan menghitung Rencana Anggaran Biaya (RAB).

    Design dinding penahan tanah dengan pasangan batu, dinyatakan aman

    terhadap stabilitas eksternal dan stabilitas internal. Hasil analisis desain dinding

    penahan tanah dengan geotekstil woven tipe georeinfox, didapat dimensi lebar

    4m dan tinggi 6,75 m, dan dipasang 15 lapis geotekstil dengan jarak antar

    geotekstil yang bervariasi dari 0,25 m, 0,5 m,dan 0,75 m. Stabilitas eksternal

    dinding penahan tanah dengan geotekstil didapat faktor aman untuk stabilitas

    terhadap gaya geser sebesar 2,4289,stabilitas gaya guling diperoleh sebesar

    4,0876 , stabilitas terhadap daya dukung tanah didapat 5,1407. RAB hasil

    redesain menggunakan geotekstil sebesar Rp. 391.236.337,064 lebih mahal

    dibandingkan dengan RAB dinding penahan tanah dengan pasangan batu,

    sebesar Rp 277.331.198,087.

    Soil retaining wall is considered as one of many to overcome the slide slope.

    Various types of methods that can be applied surely have their own weakness,

    strength, and appropriation within the fields condition. One of possible method to

    apply is by employing the geo-synthetic sheet as the substance to fortify the land.

    From the case study along the river slope in D3 UII buildings founding

    project, it can be perceived that there is a kind of soil retaining wall by utilizing

    stones. The redesign planning of soil retaining wall by utilizing stones was started

    with deciding the external and the internal stability from its structure. From

    employing the geo-synthetic sheet in the redesign stage, the buildings dimension will

    be obtained, next the external stability is analyzed to measure the security level and

    to calculated the budget plan (RAB).

    The design of soil retaining wall by utilizing stones, considered as the save

    one toward the external and internal stability. From the analysis of soil retaining

    wall design by applying woven geo-textile type geo-reinfox, the result indicates that

    wide dimension of its calculated as 4 meters width with the 6,75 meters height, and it

    is also equipped with 15 layers of geo-textile that have variation in it is gap, from

    0,25 meters, 0,5 meters, and 0,75 meters. The external stability of soil retaining wall

    with geo-textile is also considered as the save one towards the sliding force friction

    as shown by 2,4289 point, with the spinning force as shown by 4,0876 point, as well

    as the 5,1407 point shown by land supporting power stability. The result of the

    budget plan which applying geo-textile is Rp 391.236.337,064 ,it is more expensive

    than budget plan for the soil retaining wall which applying stones, which is Rp

    277.331.198,087.
