was it about? How did you feel when you experienced
that? Did you feel excited, shocked, or even satisfied?
Most of people in this world, if they experience the
good thing, they certainly remember it. However, if it
is a sad thing, they are certainly afraid, trauma, or even
not to remember it. As we know that goodness, badness, happiness, and sadness are
actually the part of our life that we must face it. No matter how the past event will be
in our mind for a long time, it is better for us not to forget, but we can use it as a lesson
or a reflection for our better future.
We can write our experience on a book or a sheet of paper. In this way, we can
increase our writing skills. It is more useful than we just remember and do not share our
