Center di Surakarta dengan Konsep Futuristik”. Penyusuna penulisan ini diajukan

Desain, Universitas Sebelas Maret Surakarta.

ABSTRAK
Desain interior Animation Center di Surakarta adalah gagasan tempat pusat animasi
bagi pengunjung. Proyek ini merupakan gabungan antara produksi, edukasi dan
rekreasi yang berkaitan dengan animasi tanah air. Kegiatan yang terdapat dalam
proyek diantaranya adalah menciptakan beragam karya animasi orisinil yang dapat
menarik minat masyarakat. Kegiatan lainnya yaitu menyediakan sumber daya manusia
yang terampil dan cekatan. Selain itu, kegiatan tersebut memberikan aksesibilitas
kepada pihak yang terkait dalam mempromosikan hasil karyanya ke publik. Desain
interior Animation Center menerapkan konsep futuristik dengan memanfaatkan model
Mobile Suite Gundam pada desain interiornya. Futuristik berarti menghasilkan suasana
yang mampu mendukung aktivitas pengguna terutama berimajinasi tinggi dan
kreativitas. Jadi dengan didukung tema futuristik, Animation Center diharapkan dapat
menjadi tempat yang menarik sekaligus menjadi tempat pusat animasi Indonesia.

ABSTRACT
Interior design of Animation Center in Surakarta is an idea where the animation center
for visitors is. The project is combination between production, education, and
recreation acitivites that related to Indonesian animation. Those acitvies are creating
somegood animations and high quality contents in there. Another activity is providing
professional and skilled human resources. Those acitvities also give chances to
animation teams for promoting their creations to visitors or media. Interior design of
Animation Center applied futuristic concept together with Mobile Suite Gundam in the
project. Futuristic means creating imagination world which always think creatively
and into the future. Therefore, applying futuristic theme to Animation Center is to
provide as an interesting place and center of Indonesia’s animations.
