BIOGRAFI PENELITI

Al Musanna lahir pada tanggal 03 Maret 1978 di Uning Bertih,

Kampung Pante Raya, Kecamatan Wih Pesam, Kabupaten

Bener Meriah, Provinsi Aceh. Putra dari Tengku H. Djemadil

dan Hj. Remiah ini menjalani Sekolah Dasar di Uning Bertih

(1985-1990); Madrasah Tsnawiyah Swasta di Simpang Balik

(1990-1993); Madrasah Aliah Negeri I Takengon (1993-1996);

Jurusan Pendidikan Agama Islam Fakultas Tarbiyah IAIN Ar-

Raniry Banda Aceh (1996-2001); Program Pascasarjana IAIN

Ar-Raniry konsentrasi Pendidikan Islam (2001-2003); dan Sekolah Pascasarjana

Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia Program Studi Pengembangan Kurikulum (2008-

2013).

Pengalaman sebagai dosen dimulai ketika bertugas menjadi dosen luar biasa di

Fakultas Tarbiyah IAIN ar-Raniry, Darussalam-Banda Aceh (2003-2006), Fakultas

Agama Islam Universitas Serambi Mekkah, Banda Aceh (2005-2006); Fakultas

Agama Islam Universitas Muhammadiyah Aceh, Banda Aceh (2004-2006);

Perguruan Tinggi Ilmu al-Qur’an/PTIQ, Banda Aceh (2005-2006); Sekolah Tinggi

Agama Islam Al-Hilal, Sigli (2005-2006). Pada bulan April 2006 diangkat sebagai

salah seorang dosen Pegawai Negeri Sipil di lingkungan IAIN Ar-Raniry

diperbantukan (DPK) pada Sekolah Tinggi Agama Islam Gajah Putih Takengon.

Penelitian yang telah dilakukan: Peran Imam Mukim dalam pelaksanaan Syariat

Islam di Aceh (Yayasan Al-Madani dan Dinas Syariat Islam Provinsi Aceh, 2005);

Inventarisasi Kesenian Tradisional Masyarakat Gayo (Badan Rehabilitasi dan

Rekonstruksi NAD-NIAS, 2005); Kompetensi Guru Bahasa Inggris dan Matematika

di Kabupaten Gayo Lues (Fakultas Tarbiyah IAIN Ar-Raniry dan Badan Rehabilitasi

dan Rekonstruksi NAD-NIAS, 2006); Model Pendidikan Karakter Berbasis Kearifan

Lokal Masyarakat Gayo (Hibah Penelitian IAIN Ar-Raniry, 2012).
