Responsible for planning and managing onshore drilling projects, as well as the

execution of project.

Day to day monitoring drilling, workover and well service activities for 3 Fields (total 10

Rig).

Review drilling programs to achieve safe and optimal operation and to ensure that the

program meet company policy and free of errors or anomalies.

Manage and coordinate rig movement for Drilling and Workover/Well Service include

related material and services support.

Work closely with drilling engineer and drilling superintendent in troubleshooting drilling

problems.

Prepares detailed and accurate drilling cost and time estimates; issues drilling AFEs.

Responsible for controlling drilling & workover budget expenditure > US$116million/year.

Create workover program procedure (>400 programs) include fishing job, fracturing,acidizing and surfactant stimulation.

Directly supervise particular workover operations at rig site as company man and

supervisor.

Offer engineering and operational suggestions to improve well designs and operation

procedures to achieve optimal drilling operation and safe cost.

Participate in reviews and analyzes lab results of cement slurry designs prior toproviding for use in the well.

Review and analyze offset well data for potential drilling problems such as kicks, lost

circulation, deviation control and slow drilling rates.

Participate in technical meeting and pre spud meeting prior to spud the drilling.

Coordinate meeting with all departments and third parties related to drilling/workover

activities: drilling engineer, drilling superintendent, procurement division, well sitepreparation division, HSE division, legal division, financial division and field operation inorder to make job execution run as planning.

Work closely with geologist, reservoir engineer and production engineer to proposedrilling completion program and well candidates selection for workover.

Involve in drilling site preparation to ensure the site meet HSE requirements and

company policy.

Updating well data: well history and well schematic, for new drilling well and existingwell.

Arrange for required drilling and workover services and materials such as rig, wirelinelogging and perforating, cementing, casing and tubing and ensure all contractors are up-to-date on the progress of the drilling-workover operations and when their services arerequired.

Prepare and evaluate tender technical document for rig procurement, wireline logging-perforating, cementing and stimulation contract.

Work closely & provide technical support for workover/well service supervisor duringexecution, available on call 24/7.

Verify contractor invoices related to drilling/workover activities. Using MySAP application

to create PR, PO, and SA.

Prepare and present Closed Out AFE documents for drilling, workover and study project

to Government.

Monitor contract progress realization to ensure all services can be used during drillingexecution.

Work in team to build Plan of Further Development for Bunyu, Sangatta and KlamonoField.
