Fungsi CALCULATOR

• Menghitung suatu nilai variable tertentu yang ingin diketahui

• Menghitung suatu nilai variable tertentu yang selanjutnya digunakan dalamproses simulasi

Cara

• Buat blok calculator

• Identifikasi variabel-variabel yang akan digunakan dalam menghitung

• Susun formula di fortran atau excel

• Tentukan kapan blok kalkulator dilaksanakan

Contoh Soal

Pembuatan Propilen Glikol di dalam RCSTR

• C3H6O + H2O C3H8O2

Propylene oxide Water Propylene glycol

• Property methods : Wilson

• Kondisi Umpan:

• T = 25O C

• P = 3,5 bar

• C3H6O = 18,762 kmol/hr

• H2O = 250 kmol/hr

• Methanol = 32,73 kmol/hr (ditambahkan agar C3H6O larut dalam air)

• Kondisi Operasi Adiabatik dengan P = 3,5 bar

• T = 25o C

• Volum RCSTR = 1,1357 m3

• Valid phases = Vapor-Liquid

• Reaction Phase = Liquid

• (-ra) = k Cp2

• k = 9,15E+22exp(-155600000/RT)

IN = mol flow, REAKTAN, PO, import variable

OUT = mol flow, PRODUK, PO,import variable

• Import Variables: menentukan arus informasi dari blok atau stream yang sudah tersedia datanya untuk diinput ke calculator blok.

• Export Variables: menentukan arus informasi dari calculator block ke AspenPlus.
