6 Conclusion1. The peak time of the mall’s customer arrival is on Saturday,

at 13.00 until 19.00 based on expert judgement and Historical Data from the parking vendor

2. Arrival Rate = 6 Motor/minuteService Time = 8,27 second

3. The average time of the queue is 0,86 Minute at the peak time

4. The length of the queue is 5 motorcycle/minute

The capacity of the parking lot is optimal and does not need improvements (assuming the service time standard is 1

minute/motor and searching time is 2 minutes) based on the data we collected, our data is below those standards

The parking counter machine is also optimal and does not need improvements. Because the automatic machine that works simultaneously and the amount of server is enough based on the model that producing the small amount of

queue number
