PHAPROS TBK. Angelina Nirmala 0800746510 Ari Wahyuni 0800781652 Ulfa Meidiana 0800755124 Kelas/kelompok : 08PAT/05 Abstrak Tujuan penelitian didasarkan pada fakta bahwa PT. Phapros Tbk. mengalami kendala dalam pengawasaan jadwal kunjungan salesperson kepada target dan pendataan hasil kunjungan salesperson. Oleh karena itu, penulisan skripsi ini ditujukan untuk mengatasi kendala yang dimiliki oleh PT. Phapros Tbk. dalam melakukan pengawasan jadwal kunjungan salesperson kepada target dan pendataan hasil kunjungan salesperson tersebut dengan cara merancang dan mengembangkan sebuah e-application pengawasan kunjungan sales person. Metode penelitian yang digunakan terdiri dari metode analisis seperti survei, studi kepustakaan, wawancara, kuesioner, dan metode perancangan. Analisis dan perancangan menggunakan metode analisis berorientasi objek, dengan pendefinisian class diagram, use case, sequence diagram dan activity diagram. Hasil yang dicapai dari penelitian ini adalah perancangan suatu aplikasi pengawasan berbasis web yang dapat membantu para sales manager dan executive reviewer untuk mengawasi kunjungan salesperson mereka dan hasil laporan kunjungan secara terstruktur. Kesimpulan yang dapat diambil setelah dilakukan implementasi adalah, sistem baru ini sangat membantu kinerja salesperson dalam melakukan kunjungan dan kinerja sales manager untuk melakukan pendataan hasil laporan kunjungan para salesperson. Kata kunci : e-application, salesperson, manajemen pengawasan kunjungan.

ANALISIS DAN PERANCANGAN E-APPLICATION UNTUK MANAJEMEN PENGAWASAN

KEGIATAN KUNJUNGAN SALESPERSON PADA PT. PHAPROS TBK.

Kelas/kelompok : 08PAT/05 Abstrak Tujuan penelitian didasarkan pada fakta bahwa PT. Phapros Tbk. mengalami kendala dalam pengawasaan jadwal kunjungan salesperson kepada target dan pendataan hasil kunjungan salesperson. Oleh karena itu, penulisan skripsi ini ditujukan untuk mengatasi kendala yang dimiliki oleh PT. Phapros Tbk. dalam melakukan pengawasan jadwal kunjungan salesperson kepada target dan pendataan hasil kunjungan salesperson tersebut dengan cara merancang dan mengembangkan sebuah e-application pengawasan kunjungan sales person. Metode penelitian yang digunakan terdiri dari metode analisis seperti survei, studi kepustakaan, wawancara, kuesioner, dan metode perancangan. Analisis dan perancangan menggunakan metode analisis berorientasi objek, dengan pendefinisian class diagram, use case, sequence diagram dan activity diagram. Hasil yang dicapai dari penelitian ini adalah perancangan suatu aplikasi pengawasan berbasis web yang dapat membantu para sales manager dan executive reviewer untuk mengawasi kunjungan salesperson mereka dan hasil laporan kunjungan secara terstruktur. Kesimpulan yang dapat diambil setelah dilakukan implementasi adalah, sistem baru ini sangat membantu kinerja salesperson dalam melakukan kunjungan dan kinerja sales manager untuk melakukan pendataan hasil laporan kunjungan para salesperson. Kata kunci : e-application, salesperson, manajemen pengawasan kunjungan.
