1. SKENARIO

Seorang pasien berusia 60 tahun datang ke sebuah klinik dengan keluhan sering merasa pusing. Pasien mengaku bahwa dia sebelumnya telah berobat, ia didiagnosis terkena penyakit hipertensi dan diberikan obat amlodipine. Setelah dokter memeriksanya lagi, ternyata tekanan darahnya tak kunjung menurun, akhirnya dokter memberikan resep obat amlodipine yang dikombinasikan dengan losartan.
