7. GUARANTEE

Manufacturer will guarantee the equipment from defective materials, workmanship and

manufacturer design for a period of 12months after the equipment has been placed in

operating, or 24months after date of shipment from manufacturer's work shop,

whichever comes earlier, and such damage of injury be proved to be clearly attributable to

the manufacturer's responsibility after discussion between the purchaser and manufacturer,

the manufacturer will supply free of charge, only replacing parts of damaged parts included

in the manufacture's scope of supply of FCA. Wooyang HC Shop (Pyeong basis and,

if necessary, dispatch, free of charge, only a supervisor required for the repair work.
