akreditasi bagi pendidikan S1 LPTK dan pendidikan profesi guru dan instrumen utk mengukur standar tersebut serta penguatan kemampuan.keahlian tim akreditasi

KOMPONEN 1 Reformasi Pendidikan Bagi Calon Guru
Komponen 1.2.1 (Dikti) Menyiapkan dan mengembangkan 26 LPTK agar mampu
memperoleh akreditasi dalam mendidik S1 pendidikan calon guru dan pendidikan profesi guru sehingga mampu melahirkan guru yang bermutu
Komponen 1.2.2 (Dikti) Pengembangan program Pendidikan Jarak Jauh (PJJ) S1
PGSD di Universitas Terbuka dan 23 LPTK sehingga mutu PJJ untuk pendidikan guru akan lebih efektif, efisien, dan bermutu.
Komponen 1.3 (Dikti) Meningkatkan kualitas dan kuantitas staf pengajar di LPTK
terpilih untuk mendukung pendidikan S1 PGSD melalui pengiriman 30 dosen untuk S3, dan 90 dosen akan mengikuti pelatihan di luar-negeri..

pada tingkat kabupaten dan sekolah
Komponen 2.1 (Dit. Profesi) Mengembangkan konsep pelatihan guru berkelanjutan
yang hasilnya dihargai oleh perguruan tinggi sebagai bagian peningkatan kualifikasi akademik (pengakuan kredit bawaan – RPL) dan sebagai bagian dari penilaian portofolio
Mengembangkan model-model peningkatan kualifikasi guru menjadi S1 di berbagai LPTK

Komponen 2.2 (P4TK)
Pengembangan modul-modul pelatihan bagi guru dalam mata pelajaran IPA, IPS, Bahasa, dan Matematika yang akan digunakan di Kelompok Kerja Guru (KKG) dan Musyawarah Guru Mata Pelajaran (MGMP);
Pengembangan modul-modul pelatihan bagi kepala sekolah, yang akan digunakan di Kelompok Kerja Kepala Sekolah (KKPS) dan Musyawarah Kerja Kepala Sekolah (MKKS);
Pengembangan modul-modul pelatihan bagi pengawas yang akan digunakan di Kelompok Kerja Pengawas Sekolah (KKPS) dan Musyarawah Kerja Pengawas Sekolah (MKPS).

Komponen 2.3 (Bindiklat dan LPMP) Workshop untuk mendiseminasikan praktek terbaik di tk
kecamatan, kabupaten/kota, dan nasional

monitoring dan dukungan profesional oleh tim pengembang nasional dan LPMP terhadap kegiatan KKG, MGMP, KKKS, MKKS, KKPS, dan MKPS.

Komponen 2.4 (Tendik dan LPMP) Pengembangan kebijakan, prosedur dan mekanisme
program induksi untuk guru pemula di sekolah;
Pelatihan bagi kepala sekolah dan pengawas untuk melaksanakan kebijakan, prosedur, dan mekanisme serta pelatihan bagi penilaian kinerja oleh kepala sekolah bagi guru pemula; dan
Hibah untuk KKKS, MKKS, KKPS, MKPS

Komponen 3Memperbaharui sistem akuntabilitas tugas guru dan mengembangkan
sistem insentif bagi kinerja guru dan pengembangan karir guru
Komponen 3.1 (Profesi) Pengembangan kebijakan pembinaan kompetensi dan
promosi guru serta sistem penilaian berbasis kinerja Bantuan teknis nasional dan internasional dalam
pengembangan model; Workshop tingkat nasional dan di 75 kabupaten/kota untuk
mengembangkan dan menguji cobakan berbagai alternatif kebijakan;

Komponen 4.2 (Puslitjaknov) Mengevaluasi dampak peningkatan kualifikasi

dan sesudah BERMUTU.
Evaluasi tentang efektivitas hibah kepada KKG, MGMP. KKKS, MKKS, KKPS, dan MKKPS.

Provide a forum to allow teachers to share experiences, provide support and feedback to each other

Model Description
PARTICIPANTS School
KKG• Regular clusters made up of 8 schools • Remote clusters made up of 16 schools

Requirements for Grant
Participants: Priority is given to permanent teachers, good
performance teachers, age under 50
Frequency Regular cluster must meet at least 16 times a year Remote cluster must meet at least 4 times a year Day of meetings
Any day, but it should be scheduled specifically
Requirements for Grant Duration
At least 5 hours (9am – 2pm with 1 hour lunch)

Notes: Training for DCT at national level conducted at the region, based on the need of teachers quality improvement: Java and Bali group; Sumatera, Sulawesi, NTB and Kalimantan group; NTT, Maluku and Papua group *Tim Pengembang experts would be experts in the areas of CLCC, MBE, CTL, etc.Develop modules and training materials on the 4 MGMP subjects and KKG class (together with BINDIKLAT and PROFESI; possibly involve best-practice clusters). Output 3 years:
Teachers have been trained (basic & advanced); complete syllabus & lesson plan and test item banking are provided; teachers are capable on doing CAR & portfolio, writing academic paper; there are 18 trained & experienced facilitators; head teacher & supervisor are ready and accustom to conduct on-service and evaluation on teacher performance.
Transition program:
Bermutu provides budget/grants for CAR, symposium, bulletin;
Distrct covers budget for on-service & evaluation of teacher performance.
