Team dan teamwork

• Team Sekelompok kecil orang dengan keterampilan yang saling melengkapi, yang bekerja bersama untuk mencapai tujuan bersama dan saling bertanggung jawab atas kinerja yang mereka hasilkan

• Teamwork Suatu proses dimana orang-orang secara aktif bekerja bersama untuk mencapai tujuan bersama.


Keunggulan tim : SINERGI

– SINERGI adalah suatu kreasi dimana keseluruhan adalah lebih besar daripada sekedar penjumlahan dari bagianbagiannya. 2 + 2 > 4 – Suatu tim memaksimumkan pendayagunaan anggota timnya secara kolektif, dan dengan tindakan kolektif tersebut dapat mencapai hasil yang jauh lebih besar dibandingkan jika pendayagunaan anggota tim tidak dilakukan secara kolektif.

Dialogue

- A way of helping people to “ see the representative and participatory nature of

thought…. and to become more sensitive to and make it safe to acknowledge the

incoherence in our thought - In dialogue people become observers of their

own thinking


Discussion

• Discussion is counterpart of dialogue • Decision is made in discussion, complex issue

is explored
