Block

JPX03-STO-128B exchange side terminal block is designed for indoor application, which

is used in MDF for internal lines termination and jumpers connection, in addition, lines

test and disconnection can be implement on the exchange side terminal block by using

test plug and open-circuit plug.

Reference standard: YD/T694-2004 Main Distribution Frame .

Capacity: 128 pairs/block, 8 pairs/strip;

Installat ion of JPX03-STO-128B

Installation steps:

1. Loose M6 bolt of pressure plate moderately, and rotate the pressure plate;

2. Place JPX03-STO-128B terminal block at the desired position on installation

bar , and rotate the pressure plate to hold down the installation bar;

3. Adjust JPX03-STO-128B terminal block to required position along installation

bar, and screw down M6 bolt to fasten the pressure plate.

IDC tool

IDC tool is used to terminate each wire into IDC connection slot. After wires are inserted

into the corresponding termination slot, the wire-cutter will operate to cut off the extra wire

ends.

Used for cable connection;

Insulation Displacement Connection

For wires termination and pulling out

from contact elements;

It can automatically cut redundant

ends after wires terminated;

There is a hook convenient for wire

removing.
