Perihal : Update Regulasi IMO Ringkasan

Tujuan dari Informasi Teknik ini adalah untuk menginformasikan kepada pelanggan BKI terkait dengan perubahan dan aturan yang telah diadopsi oleh sidang IMO MSC dan MEPC periode 2018. Informasi

Menyusul sejumlah resolusi yang diadopsi pada beberapa pertemuan IMO, BKI melakukan penyebaran informasi untuk memberikan keuntungan kepada pengguna jasa dalam rangka persiapan untuk mengantisipasinya. Oleh karena itu, BKI telah menyusun tabel Selected Updates on IMO Regulations dengan mengacu pada pertemuan IMO yang dirangkum pada April 2018 hingga Desember 2018, dan tercantum dalam lampiran Informasi Teknik ini. Untuk kemudahan penggunaan, update tersebut dibagi dalam 2 (dua) bagian besar, yaitu update mandatory perangkat keras (konstruksi atau instalasi dari perlengkapan tambahan, peralatan, apparatus, penataan dan lain lain) dan update mandatory selain perangkat keras dan persyaratan terkait lainnya. Sebagai catatan bahwa tabel tersebut tidak mencakup seluruh regulasi IMO terbaru namun dipilih berdasarkan regulasi yang memuat kepentingan kebanyakan pengguna jasa BKI.
