Opportunities

1. There is still a lot of Saving & Loans Co-op need financing and management assistance to improve ability to help their own member

2. Linkage program bank to MFI need intermediaries institution such as IKSP3. Micro business player never stop, and need MFI as their main source of fund

Threats

1. There is no assistance program and facilitation for the secondary co-op from the government, ministry of Co-op, most of the activities of more designated for primary co-op

2. At least there are 2 (two) other secondary co-op organizations whose activities are similar, there is Inkopdit and Inkopsyah which is recruit a spesific members
