FROM THE DESK OF THE NATIONAL PRESIDENT
Shalom ....

Keilahian TUHAN Yesus Kristus. Kelahiran-Nya dari rahim seorang Perawan. Karya penebusan dosa manusia
melalui kematian-Nya diatas kayu salib. Kebangkitan-Nya.

kaya, agar menikmati hidup enak.

“The Wisdom You Need for Today” Each guide offers wisdom in one of 17 different areas to give you holistic help in life:
1. Trust in God. Whether it’s Proverbs 3:5-6, Isaiah 40:31, Romans 8:28 or your favorite scripture or life verse, trusting in God is at the heart of our relationship with God, trusting Him completely through the challenges and storms of life.
2. Humility. Jesus exemplified humility in all He did. We are living in a world where the quality of humility seems like something that will get you further behind, even trampled underfoot, instead of ahead. In Scripture we see humility as a quality that is very near and dear to the Heart of God.
3. Confess and Repentance. How do these qualities of confess and repent resemble a life that bears much fruit? Through the power of the Holy Spirit and the precious blood of Christ, confession and repentance becomes powerful weapons in our arsenal to truly feel the joy of Christ. We disarm the enemy through honest appraisal of ourselves.
4. Integrity. Integrity is something that must be at your core, residing in your heart. In our broken, sinful, and dying world, men and women of Christ must be models of integrity and face life with the biblical tools Jesus imparted to us.
5. Courage. We see examples everyday all around us of great levels of courage. There are physical and philosophical examples of courage that inspire us every day. But what of the courage to stand up for one’s convictions in a sinful and dying world? When our faith and character is challenged, where do we stand? And for Whom do we stand?
6. Fellowship. The Christian life was never meant to be done alone. Physically, mentally and spiritually we were created to be with others. The importance of Biblical fellowship is literally lifesaving.
7. Kindness. Our kindness will very often have a rippling effect on others we may not ever meet this side of heaven. But our rewards will come. As Christ’s hands and feet here on this Earth, what an opportunity we have to be kind and demonstrate His love for the world to see.

8. Goodness When we look at the world around us, we oftentimes may not see a lot of goodness. But it is there. Acts of goodness are practiced all around us, every day. When we look at goodness from the perspective of God’s Word, we are often challenged to take this concept to an even higher level.
9. Thankfulness Gratitude and thankfulness are attitudes that will carry you through life’s storms and enhance the joy and success you celebrate. We have so much to be grateful for and our prayer is that this program will bring to life the attitude of gratitude.
10. Joy The true source of all joy is available 24/7 to us. Don’t settle for anything second hand. Go to the source, the authentic heart of Jesus. There is where we will surely find joy. Many people look everywhere else for joy except this most special place.
11. Self-Control How many times in life do we say or do something we regret and wish we could take back. By reaching deep into God’s Word, relying on the power of the Holy Spirit and realizing we can do everything in His strength, we can live a life were self-control is exemplified.
12. Wisdom James 1:5 tells us that, “If any of you lacks wisdom, you should ask God, who gives generously to all without finding fault, and it will be given to you. It’s comforting to know that we have a Lord and Savior that will help us make good decisions.
13. Faithfulness. Faithfulness is a principle that will reap rewards in every area of your life. Be it business where you must be faithful to your goals, priorities and planning or in your personal life where you need to be faithful in your relationships. The servant of Christ is faithful in all areas of their life.
14. Prayer and Meditation The heart of God the Father is to have a relationship with you. After all, He sent His Only Son to give His life for you. (John 3:16). That is the extent to which He pursues you. The best way we can pursue God is through prayer. We can meditate on His Word to sew it into our hearts to live a life of victory He has promised.
15. Perseverance – In life, you will have challenges. Be it health, financial, marital, career or business, or maybe even a faith crisis, the storms of life are inevitable. But, there is good news! God’s Word has an overflow of examples of people who have emerged victorious through trials.
16. Giving 2 Corinthians 9:7 tells us, “Each of you should give what you have decided in your heart to give, not reluctantly or under compulsion, for the Lord loves a cheerful giver. What exactly is a ‘cheerful giver? A life of service is one that will richly be rewarded.
17. Love “Love is patient, love is kind. It does not envy, it does not boast, it is not proud. It does not dishonor others, it is not self-seeking, it is not easily angered, it keeps no record of wrongs. Love does not delight in evil but rejoices with the truth. It always protects, always trusts, always hopes, always perseveres.” (1 Corinthians 13: 1-7) By Christ’s devotion to us, we are shown what it means to truly go to any length to love.

DEVOTIONAL
"What does it mean to walk with GOD?"
There are several people described as
“walking with God” in the Bible,
beginning with Enoch in Genesis
5:24. Noah is also described as "a
righteous man, blameless among the
people of his time, and he walked
faithfully with God (Genesis
6:9). Micah 6:8 gives us a glimpse
into God's desire for us: "He has
shown you, O mortal, what is good. And what does the LORD require of you?
To act justly and to love mercy and to walk humbly with your God." Walking
with God is not an activity reserved for a select few. God desires all of His
children to walk with Him.
What happens when we walk with someone? Imagine that you and a close
friend are enjoying a walk down a country lane. You are in close proximity.
You talk, laugh, listen, and share your hearts. Your attention is focused on
this person to the exclusion of almost everything else. You notice the beauty
around you or an occasional distraction, but only to point it out to your
companion. You share it together. You are in harmony, and you both enjoy
the peaceful camaraderie.
Walking with God is like that. When we enter into an intimate heart
relationship with God through faith in His Son (Hebrews 10:22), He becomes
our heart's greatest desire. Knowing Him, hearing His voice, sharing our
hearts with Him, and seeking to please Him become our all-consuming focus.
He becomes everything to us. Meeting with Him is not an activity reserved
for Sunday morning. We live to fellowship with Him. A. W. Tozer states that
the goal of every Christian should be to "live in a state of unbroken worship."
This is only possible when we walk with God.
Just as walking with a close friend requires saying "no" to many other things,
so walking with God requires letting go of anything that would be a
distraction. If you were on a walk with a friend, but you brought a kazoo and
13
played it the whole time, the walk would not be satisfying for either of you.
Many people attempt to walk with God, but they bring along kazoo-like
habits, sins, worldly entertainments, or unhealthy relationships. They know
these things are not God's choice for them, but they pretend everything is
fine. The relationship is not satisfying to either of them. To walk with God
means that you and God are in agreement about your life. “Can two walk
together, except they be agreed?” (Amos 3:3, KJV). To walk with God means
you have aligned your will with His and seek every day to consider yourself
"crucified with Christ" (Galatians 2:20). You don't have to be perfect, as none
of us are (Romans 3:10). But your heart's desire is to be pleasing to God, and
you are willing to let His Spirit conform you to the image of His Son (Romans
8:29).
When the Bible speaks of "walking," it often refers to a lifestyle. We can walk
in the ways of the world as well (2 Kings 8:27; Ephesians 2:2; Colossians
3:7). In the New Testament, walking with God is often called "walking in the
Spirit" (Galatians 5:16; Romans 8:4). To walk with God means we choose to
glorify Him in every way we can, regardless of personal cost. And there is a
cost. Walking with God also means we cannot also walk with evil people as
companions (Psalm 1:1-3). We choose the narrow road over the broad way
to destruction (Matthew 7:13-14). We don't live to please our sinful flesh
(Romans 13:14). We seek to eliminate from our lives everything that does not
enhance our walk with Him (Hebrews 12:2). We apply 1 Corinthians
10:31 literally: "So whether you eat or drink or whatever you do, do it all for
the glory of God." God’s ways are reflected in our thoughts, our actions, our
motivations, and our life choices because we spend so much time with Him.
It is not difficult to identify people who walk with God. Their lives are a stark
contrast to the world around them, like stars in a nighttime sky (Philippians
2:15). They produce the fruit of the Spirit (Galatians 5:22) rather than the
fruit of fleshly desire (Galatians 5:19-21). In Acts 4:13 Peter and John had
been arrested for preaching and were brought before the authorities. "The
members of the council were amazed when they saw the boldness of Peter
and John, for they could see that they were ordinary men with no special
training in the Scriptures. They also recognized them as men who had been
with Jesus." When we walk with God every day, the world cannot help but
recognize that, in spite of our imperfections and lack of knowledge in some
areas, we have been with Jesus.
