    ABSTRAK

    Sistem pakar untuk diagnosa penyakit saraf otak manusia ini merupakan suatu sistem pakar yang dirancangsebagai alat bantu untuk mendiagnosa penyakit saraf otak manusia dengan basis pengetahuan yangdinamis. Pengetahuan ini didapat dari seorang pakar yang ahli didalam bidangnya serta buku yangberhubungan dengan penyakit saraf otak manusia. Basis pengetahuan disusun sedemikian rupa ke dalamsuatu database dengan beberapa tabel diantaranya tabel penyakit, tabel gejala dan tabel aturan untukmempermudah kinerja sistem dalam penarikan kesimpulan. Penarikan kesimpulan dalam sistem pakar inimenggunakan metode inferensi forward chaining dan certainty factor. Sistem akan menampilkan pilihangejala yang dapat dipilih oleh user, dimana setiap pilihan gejala akan membawa user kepada pilihan gejalaselanjutnya sampai mendapatkan hasil akhir. Pada hasil akhir sistem pakar akan menampilkan pilihan gejalauser, jenis penyakit yang diderita, penyebab, penanganannya dan nilai CF dari setiap jenis penyakit yangdiderita. Disamping itu, sistem pakar ini juga memberikan informasi tentang kesehatan seperti kesehatanotak dan saraf.

    ABSTRACT

    Expert system to diagnose a nervous disease of the human brain this is an expert system designed as anauxiliary apparatus to diagnose a nervous disease of the human brain with a base of knowledge dynamic.Knowledge is obtainable from an expert on who is expert in its field and book that deals with a nervousdisease of the human brain. The base of knowledge arranged into a database with some table diseases,such as the table a table symptoms and table rules to facilitate the performance of the system in thewithdrawal of the conclusion. The withdrawal of conclusion in expert system is using the method of inferenceforward chaining and certainty of. The system will perform the choice of a symptom of which may be chosenby the user; where every choice symptoms will bring user to the choice of symptoms next until it gained thefinal result. In the final outcome expert system will feature choice symptoms the user; types of diseasesuffered, causes, handling and value cf of any kind of disease suffered. Besides, expert system is alsoprovides information about health such as health brain and nerve.
