Kesimpulan dan Saran

Kesimpulan- Berdasarkan dari identifikasi visi, misi dan nilai-nilai perusahaan, didapatkan 5

kompetensi inti yaitu Communication skill, Teamwork and cooperation, Total Quality Management, Integrity, Customer Service Orientation.

- Kompetensi berbasis pekerjaan berjumlah 13 kompetensi di masing-masing divisi, dimana tiap-tiap divisi memiliki kompetensi yang berbeda-beda sesuai dengan bidang pekerjaannya. Khusus untuk jabatan sekretaris direksi jumlah kompetensinya adalah 12 kompetensi.

Kesimpulan dan Saran

Saran- Sebaiknya setiap pemimpin departemen/divisi memperhatikan pengembangan

karyawannya dengan memprioritaskan kompetensi Developing Others sebagai kompetensi peran yang dibutuhkan di tiap-tiap departemen/divisi

- Mereview kembali struktur organisasi saat ini dimana masih terdapat posisi yang masih vacant. Selain itu seiring dengan pesatnya perkembangan perusahaan, sebaiknya review struktur organisasi dilakukan dengan memperhatikan kebutuhan perusahaan dan load kerja masing-masing pekerjaan.

- Melakukan integrasi dengan fungsi manajemen SDM lainnya seperti rekrutmen dan seleksi, pelatihan dan pengembangan, penilaian kinerja (performance appraisal/manageent) dan lainnya.

- Dari hasil kompetensi ini diharapkan dapat membangun budaya perusahaan sebagai identitas diri dari perusahaan
