LAPORAN INSTRUMEN GEOTEKNIK INKLINOMETER NYT OFFICE

I. PENDAHULUANProyek NYT Office merupakan proyek untuk pembangunan gedung 10 tingkat lantai dengan 1 basement. Lokasi NYT Office ini bersebelahan dengan gedung Kedutaan Besar Perancis dan Wisma GEHA. Melihat hal tersebut maka dipasangkan instrumen geoteknik. Instrumen geoteknik yang diinstalasi di proyek NYT Office ini adalah inklinometer. Fungsi dari inklinometer adalah untuk memonitor pergerakan tanah dibawah permukaan saat dilakukan proses penggalian.

II. INKLINOMETERII.1 DASAR TEORI

Alat monitoring inklinometer dimaksudkan untuk mengetahui kedalaman, bentuk dan arah bidang pergeseran daerah yang berpotensi bergerak dengan cara memasang pipa beralur (casing) ke dalam lubang bor yang dalam. Fungsi pipa antara lain untuk jalur probe dari inklinometer, karena pipa akan terdeformasi sesuai dengan pergerakan tanah maka probe akan mengukur / mengontrol pergerakan bawah tanah. Pergerakan ini akan direkam pada alat pembaca (read out unit).

Inklinometer dapat mengukur besarnya deformasi dengan bantuan akselerometer yang terpasang di dalam badan probe inklinometer. Terdapat dua akselerometer yang terpasang dalam probe inklino sehingga probe ini dapat membaca inklinasi antara probe terhadap bidang vertikal dalam arah sejajar lereng maupun arah tegak lurus lereng.

II.2 INSTALASI INKLINOMETER

Inklinometer yang digunakan untuk memonitor NYT Office ini merupakan inklinometer biaxial sehingga sudah memperhitungkan gaya arah B-B. Prosedur pemasangan adalah sebagai berikut: a. Pembuatan lubang dengan alat bor Lubang bor berukuran 100 mm (10 cm), karena pipa beralur inklinometer memiliki diameter luar 70 mm (2.75 inci) atau diameter dalam 60 mm (2.36 inci). Bagian ujung bawah inklinometer harus ditanam pada tanah atau batuan stabil (tidak bergerak) sekurang-kurangnya 6.0 m untuk tanah dan 3.0 m untuk batuan.

Perakitan pipa inklinometer di lapangan

Sebelum dilakukan pemasangan pipa ke dalam lubang bor, pipa inklinometer yang panjangnya masing-masing 3 m disambung terlebih dahulu sehingga memiliki panjang yang diperlukan. c.

Pemasangan pipa inklinometer ke dalam lubang bor Kedalam lubang bor kemudian dimasukkan satu per satu pipa inklinometer sampai mencapai dasar lubang bor. Ujung bawah pipa harus ditutup (plug) dengan rapat. Pada setiap sambungan pipa harus dilem agar material grouting tidak masuk ke dalam pipa. Peralatan yang digunakan dalam penyambungan pipa adalah: Rivets Hand rivets

Ujung pipa bagian atas kemudian dipotong sesuai panjang yang ditentukan dan ditutup. Arah alur dalam pipa harus disesuaikan dengan arah asumsi pergerakan yang akan terjadi. d.

Backfilling dengan bentonite cement Dilakukan backfilling dengan bentonite cement di sekeliling bagian luar pipa. Campuran yang digunakan adalah 40 kg cement dengan 15 kg bentonite. Campuran dipompakan ke dalam lubang.

Pemasangan pelindung Bagian atas inklinometer kemudian dilindungi dengan alas beton, yang dilengkapi kotak baja penutup dengan kunci pengaman.

II.3 CARA PENGOPERASIANPengoperasian inklinometer bisa dijelaskan sebagai berikut : 1. Untuk pengukuran nilai A0 dan B0 posisi probe dijelaskan pada Gambar 2, probe lalu diturunkan sampai ke titik dimana pengukuran terdalam diinginkan (0.5 m dari ujung casing inklinometer). 2. Setelah itu pengukuran dilakukan dengan interval 0.5 m menuju permukaan tanah atau elevasi puncak inklinometer. Hasil pengukuran ini berupa data A0 dan B0 yang merupakan sudut deviasi yang terbentuk antara sumbu vertikal casing dengan bidang vertikal. Besarnya nilai deviasi ini dicatat secara manual atau secara otomatis dalam alat read out unit. 3. Setelah itu arah probe dibalik seperti ditunjukkan pada Gambar 3, probe lalu diturunkan sampai titik terdalam ekivalen dengan titik pada saat pembacaan A0 dan B0. 4. Pengukuran dilakukan dengan interval 0.5 m menuju permukaan tanah atau elevasi puncak inklinometer. Hasil pengukuran berupa data A180 dan B180. Idealnya nilai A180 dan B180 tidak berbeda dengan nlai A0 dan B0. 5.

Pengukuran sebaiknya tidak dilakukan pada saat cuaca hujan untuk menghindari rusakya akselerometer pada saat hujan.B180

II.4 HASIL MONITORING INKLINOMETERMonitoring inklinometer pada NYT Office ini dilakukan secara berkala untuk mengantisipasi adanya pergerakan pada saat dilakukan penggalain.

1. Titik IN-1Titik IN-1 ini terletak di sebelah gedung Kedutaan Besar Perancis. Initial reading dilakukan pada 28 September 2011, dan pembacaan pertama dilakukan pada tanggal 30 September 2011. Sampai akhir kontrak kerja telah dilakukan monitoring sebanyak 6 (enam) kali. Dari hasil plotting pembacaan terakhir dapat disimpulkan bahwa inklino di titik ini mengalami pergerakan sebesar 15.84 mm di bidang atas dengan arah pergerakan kearah gedung Kedubes Perancis. Bidang pergerakan terbaca pada kedalaman 17.50 m. Galian di lokasi titik IN-1 ini relatif masih aman. Inklinometer yang terpasang pada titik IN-1 ini adalah sedalam 29 m.

2. Titik IN-2Titik IN-2 ini berada di sebelah Wisma GEHA. Initial reading dilakukan pada 30 September 2011, dan pembacaan pertama dilakukan pada tanggal 3 Oktober 2011. Sampai akhir kontrak telah dilakukan monitoring sebanyak 5 (lima) kali. Dari hasil plotting pembacaan terakhir dapat disimpulkan bahwa inklino di titik ini mengalami pergerakan pada bidang atas sebesar 5.29 mm searah galian. Potensi bidang pergerakan didapati pada kedalaman 17 m. Inklino di titik IN-2 ini juga merupakan kondisi deep sliding. Inklinometer yang terpasang pada titik IN-2 ini adalah sedalam 29.5 m.

II.5 KESIMPULAN1) Monitoring pergerakan lateral akibat galian pada proyek NYT Office telah dilaksanakan dengan tujuan sebagai sistem peringatan dini untuk resiko sliding. 2) Dari data inklinometer tersebut terbaca gerakan-gerakan yang menunjukkan potensi bidang longsor adalah jauh dibawah permukaan tanah, mengindikasikan gerakan deep sliding, namun gerakan tersebut tidak signifikan dan dapat disimpulkan bahwa galian aman.
