create stroke (tips: use ctrl), connected node = path, resize, move center to the bottom edge (tips: use ctrl)

right click, duplicate (Ctrl+D), open object transform window,rotate and apply (-30 or 30 degree), repeat!

select all, group (or combine), open fill & stroke window,stroke = none, fill = gradient

create rectangle, select both (tips: use shift), path menu,select intersection

create another rectangle, fill = gradient, lower one step,create another rectangle
