ABSTRACT

Recently, exclusive breastfeeding in Indonesia is not yet gratified. Therefore require to be developed a promotion strategy to motivate the exclusive breasfeeding, by improvement health care facilitiation with good services. Start from first line healthcare, hospital, clinique and also breastfeeding group. Lots of baby suffer from disease because of inappropiate feeding practice during their early first year. Inappropiate means these infants had been given the type of food that is not supposed to be given at their age. Many aspects cause these attitude.

Considering those circumstances, this research aim to answer the question about what factors that Cause the decrease of delivery exclusive breast feeding. According to several researches, this research concludes that Mothers knowledge, social behaviour, family beliefs and also cows milk formula promotion have significant effect on breastfeeding mother attitude.

To answer those questions, this research employs a descriptive methods with observational approach to find out The succesfully Level of exclusive breast feeding delivery in Mother and child health care section in Kuncup Ceria Clinique Mojokerto. The results among those variables were tested using by qualitative criteria to obtain the conclusion. The data was collected using questionnaires distributed to parts of Mother and child health care section as the key respondents.
