    Formation of community organization in each U/C to ensure food Distribution in proper manner.

    To resolve grievances of IDPs on help desk regarding their lost registration form and ration cards

    etc.

    Major Responsibilities in the field:

    Mobilization of IDPs regarding camp services.

    C.O formation in each sector of the camp and arranged meeting with members.

    Households data collection of the IDPs.

    Guided the IDPs on help desk regarding various issues i.e. food, shelter, NFIs & health.

    Formation of work plan for sector & block wise distribution of tents.

    Written of numbering on each tent throughout the camp.

    Duration: Apr 2007 to Oct 2008

    Responsibilities included: Arranging meeting in each village of project area to enhance awareness in the farmers and land

    owners regarding public private partnership that to improve there crops production.

    Education / training session for farmers to use qualitative seeds and fertilizers.

    An establishment of the fertilizer and seeds stores and checks their efficiency in the provision of

    material to the farmers.

    Kohistan in August 2006 regarding the disaster and assessment about the relief services i.e.

    food, shelter, health, education, water supply, sanitation, and physical infrastructure that to knowpublic opinion about the support of govt. and voluntary organizations in the provision of theseservices.

    FIELD WORKS CONDUCT DURING MASTER STUDYS (SOCIAL WORK)

    6 months Fieldwork at Govt. Mental Peshawar in psychiatry. In the fieldwork studied about

    mental illness like neurosis and psychosis and also knew their causes and various approaches for

    treatment and rehabilitation.

    6 months Fieldwork conducted at Khyber Teaching Hospital Peshawar in DrugsAbuse Treatment

    Center as a Trainee Case Worker and studied about various kinds of drugs, causes of drug

    addiction and different approaches for treatment and Rehabilitation of drug addicts.

    6 months Fieldwork on special education was conducted in Special Education Complex

    Hayatabad Peshawar. Where the major physical, mental disabilities and various kinds of

    therapies/ exercise for rehabilitation of special children was studied in detail.

    Internship at (NDP)National drainage Programme Where studied the problems of thefarmers relating to irrigation system and the process of social mobilization. To enablethem to cooperate with each other for the solution of their problems. And also knew therole of social organizer which plays as a mediator between the community and authority.
