Agile Development Model

UDin is short for Universal Design & Agile Development

a local Malaysian design and development model derived from transformation of

the SPP model originating from the education and software engineering field since

1999 (first exposure@publication 2001)

the simplification bring about an agile development solution with embedded

instructional design model

aims to help novice designers start with defining the product with its learning

outcome before defining the processes and finally ensure the product meets its

purpose via assessment of learning outcome

the instructional design focuses on five elements, which are eclectic content, values,

learning pedagogy, strategy and theories

extensive product testing validate products at the end of development and before

evaluation phases. Use of various evaluation tools safeguard product quality when

using the agile solution.
