Description :PT. WILMAR NABATI GRESIK membutuhkan lahan baru untuk menunjang tambahan usaha produksi denganmenambah unit silo (biodiesel plant). Mengingat keterbatasan lahan yang tersedia untuk pembangunan silo (biodieselplant) maka dibutuhkan usaha memperluas lahan dengan cara reklamasi pantai. Kondisi tanah dasar pada kawasanreklamasi pantai PT WILMAR NABATI GRESIK cenderung berjenis tanah lempung lunak. Tanah ini pada umumnyamemiliki sifat sangat mudah memampat (compressible), permeabilitas yang rendah dan mempunyai daya dukung yangrendah. Mengetahui sifat-sifat tersebut, tanah lunak cenderung memiliki potensi pemampatan konsolidasi yang besar.Pemampatan konsolidasi yang terjadi dapat dihilangkan dengan menggunakan metode preloading. Selain timbunanreklamasi, struktur tanggul juga perlu diperhatikan karena memiliki peranan penting sebagai pelindung tanah timbunandari terjangan arus dan gelombang air laut. Untuk itu dibutuhkan perkuatan tanah menggunakan micropile di bawahtanggul untuk meningkatkan tahanan geser tanah sehingga struktur tanggul aman dari kelongsoran (sliding).Perencanaan reklamasi pantai PT WILMAR NABATI GRESIK ini memanfaatkan metode preloading dan pemasangan perkuatan tanah dasar dengan micropile ukuran 20x20 cm di bawah tanggul sebanyak 15 buah per meter Panjang.
Description Alt:PT. Wilmar Nabati Gresik needs new area to enlarge its business production by increasing the number of biodieselplant. Considering the insufficiency of the area available for biodiesel plant then seashore reclamation is needed toenlarge the production area. The condition of basic soil at seashore reclamation area of PT Wilmar Nabati Gresik tendsto soft clay type. Generally, this soil is very compressible, has low permeability and low bearing capasity. Knowingthose characteristics, soft soil tends to have big potency of consolidation compression. Consolidation compression canbe omitted by using preloading method. Beside the reclamation pile, dike structure should be considered because it hasimportant part as the protector of pile soil from current and wave lunge. Therefore, it is needed the soil cultivation usingmicropile under the dike to increase soil skid resistance so that the dike structure is save from sliding. Seashorereclamation plant of PT Wilmar Nabati Gresik uses preloading method and basic soil cultivation by appliying the 20 x20 cm micropile under the dike; it uses 15 micropiles per meter Long
